Lovely modern decor. Excellent choices for breakfast. Costa's coffee used in the bar. Really handy for Christmas markets and shopping.

Lovely hotel and close to station and shops. However found bed very uncomfortable. Was very hard and pillows were too firm. A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic food great service staff are very friendly.

Stayed here on Friday night. The staff were absolutely amazing! They looked after one of our party (who was unfortunately not able to join us on our night out due to an injury and had to stay behind in her hotel room). The hotel staff checked up on her while we were gone, brought her extra pillows, even lent her a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food here was lovely (I highly recommend the Mexican burger), rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Overall, one of my favourite hotel experiences. We'll definitely be back ☺

Receptionist girl called 'Kerry' was so welcoming and fantastic. Very clean and a great service! 100% would recommend to anyone and this is my first time staying.

Amazing comfortable bed with a big room and quiet rooms. Easy to get from the centre of the city back to the hotel. Right by the bus stations is well.

There was a mistake when we got into the building but staff were very friendly and helpful and it was fixed straight away and we even got an upgrade and what a room at the top of the house and breakfast was grand too. The hotel guided us with all our excursions too.

This hotel is great. Nicole and Rachel on front desk were superb and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. They made a fuss over our 2 year old and she loved hanging around in the lobby so she could say hello to them! Perfect for a city break over a couple of days, ideal location and great amenities in the hotel. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Previously stayed in the hotel and like the location but not a big fan of the card system going to the toilet or lift. Find this system as a downside to hotel. First time hired a meeting room and didn't get disappointed. Although the room was with nice view, the size of the room is a little too small and tea& coffee were also placed in the room where there no room to move around. Not expensive to hire.

Hotel located right in belfast city centre, next to or near the city's most distinctive pubs, so optimal location. Remarkable room cleaning. The only ones in are showering in the tub (not serious, we would miss less ➖ easy) and the kitchen that is not bad, but not even as good as you can taste in the Dublin area.

Hotel location is great. Price is reasonable. Reception staff were very clinical I felt just processing people in and out with no real service. Out room was roasting too with no air con, an electric fan was provided but didn't help at all. Seemingly they are getting air soon and they do need it. Bar area was nice and food there was good, nachos were a real treat. Breakfast was only average though.

Good budget hotel. Great new beds and contemporary furnishings. We had a good deal because breakfast was included. It's probably not as good as the Premier Inn breakfasts but great coffee and you don't go hungry!

The hotel is situated very close to the Grand Opera House and is surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Check in was very quick and easy and the presence of 3 lifts ensures that there's never much of a wait for a lift. My room — 314 — was great with a very comfy bed, pillows and duvet and I had a great nights sleep even though there was no air con but I was able to sleep with the window open due to the quiet environment. Note: There is building work going on at the hotel but that was only between 8-5. The Wifi was fine with a large desk to work on and an easy chair for relaxing in with a good sized flat screen TV and complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and well cooked hot food — that was hot and of a good quality. A great hotel and I shall definitely return here on my next trip to Belfast.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very nice clean rooms and the breakfast is good too. Unfortunately there is no thermostat in the room!. Edit: **AVOID RESTAURANT! ** Service is dreadful and food is horrendous. Not only do you have to wait 1 hour for your tasteless food to arrive — you'll also get something you didn't order. I had the 'pleasure' of eating there twice and both times I was dissapointed in the service and quality of the food. The hotel is marvelous but the restaurant has a long way to go!

Well-located hotel (close to the city center).
Spacious and clean, comfortable and well equipped room. There is nothing missing if not the parking. However, it is possible to park at the pay car park at 300 m. (Discount for hotel guests on presentation of the signed ticket).
Small downside: The shower head is fixed which is inconvenient to rinse.
The hotel's Cafe/restaurant offers good value/quantity/price.
Breakfast in the form of a very full buffet.

1st time staying in Belfast & a jury's Inn Hotel. Shame we wasn't staying longer. Excellent service at reception, friendly & helpful staff. Lovely rooms & bed was very comfy. Definitely stay again.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely room, very powerful shower, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Only slight bother was feeling very hot in the room at night but didn't ruin my stay. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was fresh and tasty. Ideal location for exploring central Belfast and very close to the Europa bus station for transfers to the international airport.

Great budget hotel in Belfast — it's in a very convenient area just two blocks from the city centre bus station (Europa). Nice, modern rooms and good-sized bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent clean hotel, with nice staff and service. Room/beds are comfortable, however it was a little warm in the rooms without a way to adjust temperature, and was loud outside preventing us from opening window. Great hotel otherwise!

Have stayed on many occasions here and this was the best. Staff all very friendly and helpful, The room was spotless, the bed fabulous and a nice touch with treats in the fridge too. Great location for city shopping and sightseeing. They have some construction works there but it's only during the day and it didn't affect my stay in any way, great sleep in a quiet cosy room. Will be back soon and use this as a base for checking out the Game of Thrones tours.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very nice clean rooms and the breakfast is very good too! I gave four stars because I didn't have a thermostat in my room.

If you're getting a bus up to Belfast jury's is 5 minutes away from the stations! Very central, the hotel does need a little tlc, stayed here a few times. Parking unfortunately is around the corner and is expensive if you stay here getting up early to avoid additional costs on the car has to be done! Otherwise you'll get ripped off. Nice staff all in all. And staff where lovely.

Had a great room the only thing wrong with it was the heating. It was on a timer and that's not good. Had to ask if they could have someone to check the heater as it was cold, when we got back no change. Had to get a blow heater to get the room warm. Other than that I had a great time.

Nice central hotel, good food, but refrigerator beneath my room going on and off every few minutes was unacceptable. When I mentioned it at checkout they knew about it — but were still letting out the room! Very poor customer experience.

We had a fantastic overnight stay staff were extremely helpful count do enough for us even offered my wife and myself a complementary drink, had a lovely dinner in the bar. Bed was so comfy and I slept like a log. Highly recommended.

Stayed for three night for work purposes due to its great location being central to shops and bars / restaurants. City tour bus stops outside the hotel Some building work goung goingon but not noisy Only real problem there is the restaurant is closed at night meaning you have to eat in the bar which is cold and has Sky news on TV constantly No Sky Sports for football which is a let down being a big chain. The reception area was freezing and guests were all wearing coats and scarves sat around chatting. My room was very cold Radiators only come on for short periods yet some guests on 4th floor complained they were too hot so central heating needs sorting out I was offered a fan heater which made so much noise I couldn't hear the TV and being polite not wanting to disturb other guests watched programmes on my tablet instead! Probably wouldnt stay again because my meal allowance prices dont get me much here and meals not that good, definitely not value for money and at £6 for a g and t didnt drink much either!

My colleagues and I stayed in the Jury's Inn Belfast for 5 weeks when we were training in Belfast for work. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for this hotel as I stayed in it for so long. The room, reception staff and breakfast was all first class and lovely. I couldn't have faulted them or it! But the evening food, bar & waiting staff was horrendous. We got food allowance from our company to eat in the hotel and it was that bad we ate out most nights. We tried various things off the menu but every meal was well below standard. The waiters were so inattentive and were quite rude to our custom. No table manners or even a friendly gesture or smile on arrival to the restaurant when seated for our meal. I was so surprised as I had stayed in Jury's Inn before and it was a great hotel. I definitely won't be staying in this one again as I had a terrible experience in it. It's such a shame cause it's so central to everything in Belfast but that's how bad the evening service was.

Located in a perfect location, not too expensive, it's very clean, well connected, and the rooms are the best I've ever been.

Great stay in a clean, modern hotel. Service was excellent and the breakfast was hot and fresh. The location is central but away from the main thoroughfares meaning a good night's sleep and a very short walk to City Hall and the other main attractions. Looking forward to returning.

Really nice surprise rooms very large bed… 4 stars x The price not very cheap.

Don’t get me wrong, the room is clean and nice but organisation is seriously lacking. I was told check in was from 12… we finally got in out room at 3:20, not an apology in sight nor did anyone keep us updated on the hold up. I was also told we had a king size bed… this turned out to be a questionable double. To top it all off we attempted to order room service… you can’t actually order this from your room… my choices was to order at the bar butt naked (this being a belated honeymoon and children free for the weekend) or order a Domino’s… I must say, the garlic bread was exceptional, hats off Dominos! Excellent staff, the driver that delivered our food was lovely. So to sum up, not so impressed with Jurys Inn Belfast, highly recommend checking out the local Dominos whilst in town.

The breakfast buffet was very good but the dinner menu was a horror and super expensive… the rooms well but they do not know how to make the beds… all clean but better…

The rooms were really lovely and the staff helpful. My only criticism is that the room was very warm, and there is no individual thermostat to control the air conditioning. They provided a fan but it was of no help.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jurys, we stayed on Sunday night for just one night. The receptionist was great, asking us was it a special occasion, I was just up for an interview on Monday morning. She put us in an executive suite which was great. Large room, I found it very warm, but my missus loved it. We had a pizza in the bar, which was lovely, and breakfast the following morning which was plentiful and warm.

We stayed in the Executive Suite. Great clean, large room with complimentary bevvies, snacks. Great location in walking distance of many tourist places and transit depot. Bar staff were friendly and quick to help/serve. Food was 6/10 nothing fancy or extraordinary.

Kamers modern, luxe, strak en schoon. Helemaal prima! Goede kussens en voldoende ruimte. Ontbijt heel erg uitgebreid. Echter wel alles in buffetvorm geserveerd waardoor je het verste ontbijt om 6.45 hebt en om half 10 dat wat minder is. Klantvriendelijkheid kan beter. Het personeel komt heel gestresst over en is heel afstandelijk. Eén groot nadeel voor ons (wij maakten een roadtrip door het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Ierland) is dat de parkeergelegenheid ronduit bagger is. Er is een parkeerplaats in de patio van het hotel maar die is niet van het hotel en mag dus niet gebruikt worden. We werden verwezen naar een onder toezicht staande, betaalde parkeerplaats even verderop. Hiervoor verleende het hotel wel 50% korting. Echter kost één nachtje daar staan £17 (= €19, 20). Onze twee nachten kostten dus €19, 20 extra. Bij een hotel als Jury's Inn verwacht je op zijn minst een parkeerplaats, al is deze niet naast het hotel. Deze service mag wel bij de prijs inbegrepen zijn!

Loved the hotel staff and room. If I had to complain the shower curtain was a little suspect and we are not used to not have access, but that is not the hotels fault. Location is great for getting around by foot.

Fantastic experience in the jury's hotel Belfast. I work in hospitality so I know there is nothing worse than people looking for check in before 3pm but thanks to Danielle we got a lovey quick check in at 12 noon. We did ask for connecting rooms as we were 4 ladies traveling together but the lovey Danielle informed us that there was a stag party on the floor that our room was on so kindly moved us to the 3rd floor with a lovely bottle of bubbley as it was my 50th birthday celebrations. The beds were a dream to sleep in the room was very clean and bright. Numberous plugs (had to point thatout after reading previous comments about no plugs in the room) for kettle phones hairdryers and straighteners. We ate lunch in the bar today and it was scrumchous to say the least. Will definatley be back keep up the good work. Young lady (long blonde hair) and young guy (also blond hair) were just lovely and very good at their job. Many thanks for making my night away so special see you again soon hopefully.

Went here for a quick meeting, place was very tidy and neat. Parking in this area is difficult as there are limited pay and display parking spots at the side of the building and in front of the school beside it. Also at the time I arrived the school was ending for the day and this meant all of these spots were taken. The hotel itself was nice and staff are very welcoming to the guests and visitors. The business rooms are in very good condition and the internet speeds were sufficient enough that I could update the presentation I was about to give seconds before I gave it. Having a meal afterwards all I can say is that it doesn't disappoint and with very attentive staff. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Hotel ideally located 2 steps from the city center. The hotel offers a night and breakfast formula. Small flat, no free parking but partnerships with 2 parking allowing to benefit from "advantageous" rates in the vicinity including one just behind the hotel. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean.

Such a gorgeous hotel once you step inside! The staff were helpful, it was great how central the hotel was and there was a strong feeling of safety because you had to be buzz yourself in after 11 and the same for the lift throughout the day so you could only get in if you were a guest! The hotel room (standard) is spacious, clean and well presented!

Don't judge a book by its cover. Honestly, we didn't know what to expect when we seen the outside but the inside was like a completely different hotel. Very modern and we'll designed. The staff were outstanding and the room was top class. Definitely recommend to anybody.

Good central location. Room was large clean and tidy. Bathroom would need updated but the hotel is in the middle of renovations so this will be addressed. For once a good hairdryer in a hotel with heat and speed settings and no need to keep holding the power button to keep it working. The reception staff was very friendly and professional as were the bar staff. I would stay again.

Executive rooms are clean and cozy while is missing the soap in bathroom. The breakfast is more English than continental (they haven't got any croissant for example). Location is great.

I only visited the Jury's Inn to participate in market research but the conference room I was in was meticulously clean and very well maintained. The staff I interacted with were lovely and very welcoming which would encourage me to stay at the inn sometime in the future.

I visited the Jury's Inn in mid-March (over St Patrick's Day), 2016, with my fiancée for a long anniversary weekend in Belfast. This was our first visit to this hotel and we really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic. On Great Victoria Street, it's within walking distance of the city hall, shopping malls, bars and restaurants. The bus station is just a couple of streets away, offering express busses to the airport. The hotel itself is nice and fairly modern and the rooms are well furnished. The bed was really comfortable and we had a selection of firm and soft pillows. We had a half decent LCD TV (which had an accessible HDMI port — a bonus for connecting a laptop and streaming Netflix or Amazon Video). In addition to the usual desk, we had a little coffee table and a couch (handy as we brought pizza back to the room one evening). The windows insulated us from the sounds outside pretty well (handy as the church across the road chimes in the hours from 9am to 9pm — the bell was barely noticeable when the windows were closed). The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we felt we were well looked after here. The bar and restaurant were two of the hotels best features. The selection of beers on tap was really disappointing. Nothing Irish. I think there were Stella, Bud and Becks. No Harp, Hop House 13, Clonmel or Heverlee. They did have a decent selection of bottles, however, including Estrella Damm and Vedett.

Stayed at the jury's inn for 3nights on an extended weekend with my other half. Lovely hotel, lobby very modern and clean. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The restaurant is fabolous. Food is amazing. I had a 7oz ribeye steak and chips, my fiance had a huge beef burger. Food was delicious, sightly pricey for Belfast but ita was quick and convenient so ate at he bar and restaurant a few times Had breakfast in the restaurant, wide selection of British fried breakfast, something to suit everyone's taste. Hotel in excellent city centre location but the food is what makes this place stand out for me.

Jurys Inn Belfast was located near the city hall. It has great proximity to many restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. The rooms were spacious and clean. The desk crew seemed genuinely interested in assisting customers. The only complaint would be that they don't carry washcloths.

Closest hotel to the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel with free no time limit on Wi-Fi in the whole hotel and in bedrooms as well, a bonus. Breakfast finishes late at 11:30am on weekends, which is great for a lay in.

Decent location in the city center, however, my sheets smelled like sweat that hasn't been cleaned, the staff forgot to replace our towels after the usual cleaning during the day and the hotel doesn't have its own parking. But other than that it was alright. Clean rooms and efficient reception service.

The jurys inn was very good. The breakfast was very nice. Only problem was that the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. It had a very thin mattress and you could feel the wires through it. This was my only problem. Laragh (age 10).

Very nice Central easy to reach with the Airport Express bus to foot. A large spacious room with a Queensicebett and a single bed for single use booked. Bathroom with bathtub flat and fabric shower curtain. Door and base in bad yellow which deleted 80-ies. Cleanliness can be pingelichem German scale to be anything left for here but quite normal and ok. Breakfast is English and has adequately the charm of a canteen, but for the price. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
