Check in kiosks were novel and super fast. Rooms were clean and pretty well outfitted. Bathroom was nice. Parking was 5 pounds for 24 hours.

Great hotel. Comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Booked an accessible room which we got and only complaint was that the shower was over the bath … had difficult using shower. Would have expected an accessible room to have an accessible walk in shower or wet room. Otherwise great.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food delicious and plenty of it. Rooms excellent, spacious and very clean. Would stay there again.

The room is clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in a little early as well. We were able to drop our luggage off in the morning and not have to take it with us when we went for lunch before check in. Great service!

Nice place to stay in. Rooms hasn't air conditioning, but over all is nice and clean. Service is always welcoming and pleased. Restaurants is a standard for premier Inn other sites. There's not much to complain except, that if you're fancy restaurant which is in the hotel, you'll have to drive for like 10 to 15 minutes for something decent to have.

Simple hotel if you need a place to just sleep. Breakfast is limited and lunch is not available, dinner is possible if table is booked. Simple check-out as there is no reception. Just drop the card and leave. If assistance is needed is possible to call and the staff will come and help, but it might take a while sometimes.

Usual good quality Premier Experience except evening meal. Salad heated with chicken, mango tinned and rinsed under tap. Brownie pieces in sundae were stale. Had same meal at Gatwick and was good. No take out cups for my 5am coffee as I left for early flight. Making meal deal not really a deal. Staff pleasant. Premier usually works harder at the detail.

Decent enough place to get your head down for the night. The only issue I had was the bathroom light being a bit dim. Easy enough fix. All in all, you pay for what you get.

I ended up staying over night with my girlfriend and her 3 kids for their early check in time at the airport, just a standard sized room which is fine if you are just a couple, add in 3 kids and then you're like sardines. They say the room has air conditioning, that's only if you don't want the temperature below 19°c. To make matters worse, you can't let any fresh air into the room as there isn't a window that you're able to open, just 2 panes of glass fixed to the wall. I'll not be back there again.

The room is the usual premier Inn. Clean with comfortable bed. The breakfast absolutely awful. Dried up and cold. Worst breakfast I've ever had. It was prepaid otherwise I wouldn't have paid for it. The female attendant at breakfast seemed only interested in the male "workers". Female clients were ignored.

Very basic Premier Inn. Rip off charging for parking in their car park. Staff don't tell you that you have to pay. The hotel has problems with their heating. This is the second time we have stayed here and heating doesn't work. Staff tried 5 rooms for us and none had working heating. They gave us a small oil filled radiator instead which was too small and didn't hear the room. Premier Inn are usually very good bit will never stay here again.

A standard issue Premier Inn; clean, tidy, well appointed but suggesting it’s at Edinburgh Airport is a bit of a stretch. There are a bar and restaurant onsite and the usual Premier Inn facilities. There’s plenty of parking and it is fairly easy to find and get to being just off the M9/A89 interchange. There are public transport links in to the city centre but nowhere near as convenient as their Hermiston Gait location.

On arrival reception seemed like she couldn't be bothered, didn't give me meal voucher, didn't explain I had to pay for parking here, when I asked her later for my voucher she initially didn't even look at me and then said she was busy right now, however I was only guest there. Not a good experience and I use premier in on a regular basis for work. Hotel is clean and well maintained and in a good location, greeting staff was not and we'll below what I expect.

It's okay room and TV are smaller than other premier inn's I have stopped in. But spotless like premiere inn's always are. Food just average cheap grub as always you get what you pay for. I'd avoid the meal deals on off as the potions are a bit on the small side.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of public transport links. Bus stop 5mins walk away. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Very good basic hotel located less than 10 mins from the airport by car. So great for overnight before a flight. Rooms are clean, well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. In house breakfast was either cooked or continental. We had continental which was more than adequate for us. Parking was free during your stay but we were advised that will change next week to pay and display.

Great rooms and a lovely sleep, just a shame they wouldn’t feed us! Showed up at 8pm, restaurant was half empty but told we couldn’t get a table until 9:15, there was at least 8 tables empty! Was told they were reserved for other people, I said ‘who? ’ Asked if we were allowed to order from the room service menu, was told no cos they were too busy with the half empty restaurant! Ended up ordering from a nearby restaurant and having it delivered, was better than the Premier Inn garbage they call food anyway!

Not as close to the airport as you'd think for an airport hotel, about 10-15 minutes in the taxi. Nothing that local for you to go to. Bathroom also could have done with some repairs. Other than that it was a great room, staff were lovely and check in was easy. Evening meal and breakfast were both nice meals with wide variety of choices.

Usual well presented room and easy check-in. The one downside being having ordered a bottle of wine for our meal the waiter served the wine in tumblers as they had run out of wine glasses. In my time of eating out I have never been asked to drink wine out a tumbler. I did approach the barman ten minutes after being presented with said glasses and he was full of apologies but subsequently could only offer a wine glass at that time.

Fantastic hotel with very kind friendly atmosphere. Myself and my husband were staying for the night before we went on holiday, on arrival the hotel was very bright and clean which is always a great start. Once we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the rooms were only down side was the windows don't open but we both understand that's it's at the airport so it's all about blocking the noise out. On check out I was having a few issues with my phone I couldn't get it to work at all and after seeing a young lady on breakfast helping a guest find a pharmacy I thought I would ask for some help. Fiona was more than happy to help she told me to take a seat whilst she tried to work out what was wrong. Which she did and I am very grateful for the help. We shall be back at the hotel in December for another few day. We are both look forward to it. Kind regards The Townsleys.

Had a wonderful two days at the Premier Inn Edinburgh airport. Nice sized, comfortable, clean rooms with hairdryer and good washing facilities. Customer service was brilliant thanks to Magda, Caitin and the lovely ladies who work so hard to make your stay special. The food was extremely good. Thank you so much!

I have just returned from 3 weeks away on holiday in Florida with my partner and children. Before we headed off we spent two nights at your hotel. We had a fabulous stay apart from there were a few little down sides the rooms could do with a good dust especially behind the beds and maybe a little freshen up with the painting but apart from that everything else was great. Myself, my partner and our two children would like to say a special thank you to a young lady from breakfast if my memory serves me right I think her name was Iona or Fiona she has very striking purple and brown hair if that helps any. She was so chatty and extremely helpful after asking about our day and finding out we were heading to Florida she asked if we had been before and maybe would like and tips on the best places to visit as she herself had been before. She took her time to write down and explain everything from theme parks, restaurants, water parks and the best times to go places and get wrist bands. All of this information was so incredibly useful on holiday and made life so much easier. She was also great with our kids spending time to talk to them about Disney world and all the characters which the children really enjoyed. It's people like this who can make your holiday that little bit more special. So thanks you for a fantastic stay and certainly and special thank you to Iona/ Fiona your a credit to the hotel team. We look forward to staying at your hotel again next year.

Location is conveniently located near Edinburgh airport. Very modern hotel, clean, self check-in and restaurant on site. Rooms do not have AC and windows don't open, otherwise great hotel!

Nice hotel, room a bit too warm and hard to cool down with no openable window or self controlled aircon.

Staff very friendly, fantastic transport links, room cleanliness very good like all premier rooms I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Despite the name this is not directly accessible from the airport. No shuttle service or direct bus. The hotel is otherwise comfortable. If you're flying early they offer a £8 taxi to the airport (but not from the airport)

Excellent service from the night staff after turning up at 1am after a delayed flight. Much appreciated the quiet zone room which was clean, comfy and exactly what was needed.

Great, very modern hotel for a very fair price, with free parking. Excellent as a stopover on the way to northern Scotland by car.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit loud the night we stayed.

When American Airlines canceled my flight, they put a big group of us up at Premier Inn at the Edinburgh Airport. Wasn't thrilled to be so far from the city but this hotel was so clean and comfortable it made it feel a bit better. And the restaurant! Salmon salade nicoise was excellent, as was prawn appetizer. Highly recommended.

The Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport was one of the few chain hotels we tried in the UK and Ireland, and it was one of my favorite accommodations. It was very familiar for this American who has stayed in many budget chain hotels such as La Quinta and Motel 6. However, it was very much at the high end of budget in terms of features. The hotel was very clean and spacious. The bathroom (washroom) was actually completely closed off from the sleeping area, contrary to what we found in many other places in Europe. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, with multiple sheets/blankets and even multiple thicknesses of pillows for you to choose. I think there were also extra blankets available in the room. The TV (telly) was large and had a lot of choices for channels, and there was a very nice welcome packet next to the bed. Perhaps the best feature was the air conditioning, which was included for free with the room and worked very well. It made it much easier to sleep, especially on hot summer days. Downstairs, the hotel had the usual vending machines for drinks and snacks, but also one for ice cream and another for incidentals like toothbrushes. Very convenient not having to ask a concierge or leave the property. I only had two major complaints about this establishment. First, they were short on staff.

A short walk from the airport, this hotel is modern and equipped with every comfort and service. Possibility of lunch or dinner inside. Clean, cosy and comfortable. Receptionist very helpful. Very nice check-in via computer at the entrance.

Been twice over the last couple of weeks and both times I was really happy with the stay. The staff is very friendly, rooms were clean, good breakfast and despite being close to the airport I can't say I noticed a lot of noise.

All the staff was friendly and food was not to bad.

Poor, slow service poor food and expensive. One to avoid.
