Chatwin House is a three bedroom townhouse that offers a Smart TV and leather sofas in the comfortable large lounge. This includes is a contemporary gas fire and large glass doors open out to a balcony, boasting views over the river. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine. The bathrooms come with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton sheets and feather pillows. The second bedroom can be made as either a super king-size bed or two single beds. There is a smaller studio bedroom with a single bed and desk, perfect for a younger child or teenager. Please request your bed preference for the second bedroom at the time of booking. Up to two pets can be accommodated at this townhouse at an additional fee of £25 per pet per stay. Guests are kindly asked to keep pets downstairs on the ground floor and outside area at all times and not in the bedrooms. Please note all pet Terms and Conditions must be followed and this is a condition of your stay. These terms will be sent when payment is made via our booking system. We reserve the right to seek payment for any damages that may occur resulting form your pet(s) stay during your reservation period.
