Such a lovely place to stay! The outside is charming and the garden at the front was beautifully done. Parking at back of b & b is accessed via a narrow drive at the side but you'll get through OK. If it helps I drove a corsa and got through it fine and some other slightly bigger cars a already parked up when we arrived. Not sure how a big 4 x4 would manage though. The lady at reception when we arrived was very nice and friendly. Checking in was hastle free. The room we had was just amazing. More than we were expecting for a last minute b & b booking! Spotlessly clean! And nicely presented. The room was kinda split into 2 parts. One side with a small sofa, dressing table and TV and then the second was where the bed was. And what a comfy bed! Bathroom also very clean. The usual tea, coffee, shower gel etc supplied. Handy little folder in room with useful information. Breakfast was orderd on a form the night before and it did not dissapoint. Variety of cereal and of course a cooked breakfast. Staff were a credit to the owners. Very polite and friendly! Even as they were busy with cleaning etc we had a good morning or a hello. Best of all the walk from the b & b to the town inside the castle walls was 5 minutes at most. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Staff are really friendly, the prices are reasonable and the upkeep of the place is for my standards at least, spotless. Has obviously put in the money for renovation, shower is easy to use has sufficient pressure and the bathroom provides shampoo and shower gel in case you forget and other miscellaneous useful things. TV is also decent and easy to use, the beds are nice to sleep in. A very helpful information file is provided to provide ideas on what to do in the area as well as tell you what exactly the guest house has. Breakfast is cooked rather well, Bron Menai Guest House basically has everything you want from a B&B, done well.
