Lovely hotel refurbished to high standards. Very nice room with sea view. Lovely bathroom/ bath and shower and comfortable large bed.
Complimentary water plus tea and coffee in our room — a plus point biscuits with our coffee/tea something we have missed in other recent hotel stays! A nice touch.

We had a lovely time at the Ugadale Hotel, rooms were very large and comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed it. Very comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, breakfast was very enjoyable. The boys enjoyed the golf, and the girls agreed the spa treatments are very relaxing.

Had three meals in the hotel as we were staying near by. I don't think the quality of food is worthy of four stars, having said that the Cullen Skink is delicious.

Excellent accommodations. Fabulous walk in showers. Very up to date interior.

Cracking hotel. 2nd stay and will return. Staff all friendly and food was top notch.

Our second stay at this hotel. The room was lovely with great views west towards Islay and Jura and the weather during our trip was fantastic. The staff are attentive and helpful. Try and get one of the beach view rooms. Recommended.

My 4th year staying at the Ugadale (Mach1 Stages Rally) and absolutely love the place. Very friendly helpful and attentive staff, fantastic food and in one of the best locations in Scotland. So what's not to like about that? Roll on next year's event.

Nice bar with local beer and whisky. Restaurant have great food.

Our apartment was spacious and clean. The view is fantastic, overlooking the sea. The internet works great. The staff is friendly. Overall, we've had a great experience.

We were visiting the area, unfortunately the hotel was on winter hours when we arrived mid afternoon. But visited the pub within the grounds. Fabulous food… attentive staff. Nothing too much of a bother… wish we had found this place earlier…

15 of us were so well looked after by the amazing staff at Serenity Spa. We had a truly luxurious treatment, most of us with hot stones, followed by crisps, nuts and dips, sandwiches, selection of fruit, homemade cakes, prosecco, tea and coffee. An amazing afternoon of celebrations for our group. Thanks to Laura and her girls xxx.

Fantastic stay in the hotel for our anniversary. We bought one of their special deals and ended up in an amazing suite with lovely views from the window. Loved the meal in the Kintyre Club and the staff were so welcoming. We can't wait to book our next visit.

Well presented Christmas dinner in great location but food arrived cold and undercooked. Service was extremely slow… should have gone to the pub next door if it was open its always great there.

I booked it as a birthday treat for my partner. The rooms are nice. The reception staff seemed to not know what they were doing. My dinner in the Kintyre club was very good, my partner's wasn't. Breakfast was a disgrace for a hotel of that quality. I ordered poached egg which had been cooked by dropping into a pan of water. It was stringy and wet. My bacon looked like yesterday's and the sausage was greasy and unappetising. The bread to make toast was stale and tasted of fridge. The Dunes clubhouse is basic and has no atmosphere to enjoy a snack after a round of golf. Very disappointed in the place all together. It is not value for money.

Fantastic location very attentive staff glorious rooms and a stunning golf course what more do you want.
