I stayed here and when I got home a couple of hours later I realised my make up case had been left there. My name is wrote clear on the make up case and the make up and brushes are worth over £100. I have called the hotel and they said their house keeper and everyone else have no recollection of this, meaning that the house keeper has stolen my items! I’d steer clear of this hotel altogether!

The staff here are so friendly and go above and beyond. Loved it here. And the beds are soooo comfy. Plus, the lady on reception came out into the car park to make sure we could do the ticket machine! Lovely. 😃

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were a very good size and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. There's not really a lot I could say bad about it. Just be mindful to pay attention to the car park charges as the signage is a bit confusing, but if in doubt ask a staff member as they were happy to help. Looking forward to staying again.

Lovely family pub meals are good too have some special offers that you can't grumble with.

Excellent service and very polite staff. Have got to say definitely worth the 5 stars they have by far exceeded our expectations and the location was really great. It is surrounded by lots of shops and places to eat along with a waterfront view of a canal at the rear.

Very impressed… Budget hotel fantastic very clean… for me required more tea and coffee facilities found out on booking out could of had extra if phoned down… Breakfast outstanding… Would definitely recommend…

It's reasonable the earlier one books to stay; the flexi booking system allowing for changes, without onerous outcomes. Clean and efficient. Pleasant staff. The Wallsall Premier was a quiet peaceful environment. After all one wants to rest and relax. The resturant could benefit from an increased vegetarian offer. Vegan Society and or Vegetarian Society approved cooking and nutrition courses, should be mandatory training for all Premier Hotel Chefs and food buyers.

A. Premier Inn. If you know what this is them it is typical of the genre. The town centre location is pretty reasonable. The Brewers Fayre attached is ok for breakfast but there are better places to eat a short walk away.

Does what it says on the tin. Central location, comfortable rooms. A good night's sleep and a good breakfast to follow. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Typical Premier Inn. In great location with plenty of places to eat locally. Car park is £3.50 between 6pm and 9am. You can pay by card then enter your vehicle reg on the unit in the hotel reception. Breakfast is in the adjoining Brewers Fayre pub. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Not a bad place for a stop in … excellent atmosphere with a view of the wharf water and a times a glare glimpse of the house boat too. A relaxing holiday Inn, I call it.

Premier inn was ok no problems, the only problem is that you have to pay for parking as the attached car park isn’t owned by premier inn.

Very new and well presented. Car park is not managed by the hotel so be careful and make sure you pay.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The receptionists found out it was my sons birthday and decorated the room for him. Thankyou so much.

Thank you to all the staff that made are stay enjoyable especially Chloe on reception with her cheerful attitude and caring smile. I would also like to thank the hard working house keepers on there work. I would definitely stay again.

The service here is great. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The food is typical pub food, nothing special but good quality and well cooked.

Cozy and quiet. Modern and very clean. The only bad thing was the food from the restaurant.

I've never been a good sleeper outside of my own bed, but had a surprisingly great night's sleep there. Even better, they called me a few days before and asked if I had questions or requests. I asked for a room that would be as quiet as possible. Top floor, room 521, as far away as you can get from the masses. Excellent service. I'll be using Premier Inn again.

Great location, and good service. It's a shame parking is charged but it isn't too excessive. Plenty of entertainment and food options beyond the hotel too.

Lovely hotel, in a town centre location. The attached Brewers Fayre does nice food and has good service at reasonable prices. Room prices are reasonable and the rooms are as you'd expect from a Premier Inn. It's well located, near the town centre and has a bus stop right outside with regular buses to Wolverhampton city centre.

Fantastic as always, friendly service both over the phone and in person. Even though the hotel was full we were made to feel welcome and given good advise by staff on how best to work around the full restaurant.

The room was lovely. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Went for food with my partner. Serving staff were excellent. Drinks were reasonable priced. The food however was very meh. It was obviously microwaved food. I started with the mature cheese and onion chutney tart which was warm in parts and ice cold in others. My lamb was flavourless and tastes as if it had been boiled in a bag with the gravy the only thing on the plate with any flavour. This is a shame because it's rather a nice place and the staff are great.

£3.50 parking overnight, very tidy room, managed to book me a disabled room last minute as working late in the area. Very pleased with the service.

Great, conveinient location, extra comfy beds. Clean and pleasant staff. Joined to a Brewer's Fayre and there is lots of other food and entertainment very close by including a cinema.

Brilliant and friendly staff. Room pretty basic, but got what I paid for. Ideal location for what I was visiting Walsall for.

Staff at the brewers fayre could not have been any more helpful. We called on our way home from Drayton Manor theme park and we're told that we could have a table straight away. Staff were also very polite and attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend it.

I've eaten here several times both breakfast and dinner. My main observation is that none of the meals are overpriced, especially breakfast. I breakfast there quite often, foods always hot, good choice (lovely baked beans). Good coffee, nice staff On the down side, some of the food on the special nights such as curry tastes like packet. Think Vesta beef curry from th 70s and you'll be close. But, when I want to just walk in and eat without fuss, this restaurant meets the need.

Visited the restaurant Brewer's Fayre. Was excellent. Weekday evenings are not busy or rowdy which is great for a quiet meal and/or drink. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location. I've stayed in the Premier Inn before too and it's reliably comfortable and can usually be booked for very competitive prices.

Food was very nic and the hispitality was amazing.

Great location with plenty of nice eating places within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Parking was easy and the hotel is newly built, clean and spacious. Good value.

I have been there several times and have always been satisfied.
You write that you offer a continental breakfast, but which continent you mean could not answer me until now, anyway there is no ham, cheese or salami on the buffet… but who likes English breakfast, comes naturally at his expense.

There is no onsite free parking only pay and display costing£ 3.50 from 6pm to 9am so not bad. Lots of choice of where to eat. Not the most newest outfitted but still clean and good repair.

Decent hotel, breakfast bacon not cooked properly, expensive bar, bar area and décor in need of TLC.

Here at the moment, (Saturday 12/3/16) kids can't sleep as loud old skool hip hop music keeping them up, it's next door to a club 'the wharf' that shuts at 3am tonight, deep joy, be warned, apparently the club has a student night on a Monday that shuts at 3:30am, we won't be coming back here in a hurry!

Very clean. Friendly and helpful barstaff. Very good prices and the staff to customer bonds were evident which made the atmosphere a pleasant one.

The location is great for if you need to do shopping during your stay, there is a car park right next to the hotel which costs £3.50 for overnight (til 9am). The hotel was quite clean and the breakfast was decent, however the room could have been a bit more sound proof internally as you could hear noises from other rooms.

A little expensive but very nice hotel right in the city centre.

Friday's fish and chip buffet is great, need to do something about the parking as it's not free.

Took whole family of 5 for a stop over to go to a Theme park in the morning. Very friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast for all to start the day. Overnight was very comfortable and quiet and we slept very soundly after a long drive and activities the first night… Overall very happy with the service and will 100% stay at this hotel again if needed.

This is a new hotel, lovely place with confy beds and friendly staff. There is a shopping centre nearby, a lake with swans floating, everything is near the town centre, drink, cinema, boots chemist.

Beautiful stay. Staffs are really good.
