Very peaceful and pretty dam cheap. Will come again.

Beautiful accommodation in renovated barns, clean with very comfy rooms and most of the beds are fab. Not cheap but very high quality. Hot tub, outdoor games and stunning grounds. Lots of space, would recommend. Can only speak for renting whole barn style Rooms with lounge and kitchen. Individual rooms I've heard mixed things, but not experienced.

Missleading accomodation bathroom coundt use smelt of damp Not a b and b More a hostile I booked a room that had 2 people when we got to room 2 single beds they coundt swap Not happy my other halfs birthday Won't stay again!

Appalling! We had to call Norfolk police after repeated banging on the doors and windows till 1am. The 'tall black guy' manger told me to just call the police. Then a random person called at the door and said, "was it animals". My wife is distraught. I'm hear for my daughter's graduation. Annapurna — for ruining my daughter's graduation, for appalling service and for disgusting attitude, I'll pursue this legally.

Well we've just arrived. Now I'm a hard person to please but this place is lovely Yes remote but beautiful countryside, we are in a double room it's like a plush hotel room, large communal kitchen clean and well stocked, plenty of parking, I met the manage yes a bit quiet but some people don't interact with everyone but doesn't make them bad, he has been washing towels and linen since we arrived and working hard around the complex, there is a table tennis table, a hot tub, and a mix of residents all really friendly, there is a fridge in our room but we stocked the communal one also, the Wi-Fi works on and off but we are remote so the car park is best reception, we have a 32inch TV working fine a comfy bed and linen. Windows open into the courtyard with a lovely breeze — it's clean and lovely. It's very quiet and a sun trap. At the moment I really can't see what to complain about the price was excellent and I have a 6 year old with me who is delighted. So good so far.

After reading very good reviews about this hotel unfortunately I can't say the same. For two nights I had no hot running water from the bath or shower and not once given clean towels to clean myself. No beds were made or even your bedroom bin was cleaned. Also room was very cold and Wi-Fi was poor (which I can take on the chin for being in the middle of no where). The only positives I can say is that the room was a decent size, fridge for my beer and comfortable beds. But not worth £40 a night.

Firstly guys we booked for one night for the 2 bed barn for the Saturday unfortunately when we arrived, as we wasn't sure when we would come as travelling very far the site was unstaffed which was strange as you would expect to be greeted and shown to your living area but we did call the general enquiries number as we was unsure what to do and we unfortunately spoke to a very rude man and we was still confused as to were we was staying, but on the up side we was upgraded to the 3bed barn which was absolutely beautiful and spacious my 10month old loved the space to crawl around. Every room was beautifully presented and it's was clutter free and clean the big windows were a bonus in the morning and at night you can see stars for miles, the only down side is the road it's quite noisy when car goes past but that's to be expected. We did decided to stay the extra night but this time in the 2 bed barn again absolutely stunning the master room was so relaxing and spacious I slept with ease it was just chilly. The lay out was suitable and luckily it had a washing machine very handy I would say it was over priced considering the £20 difference between the 2 in size and the luxurious 3 bed, personally I think we was spoiled on our first night. Just be advised the man on the phone it's pretty rude.

Just to set expectations for anyone thinking about staying here this is NOT a "guesthouse" by UK standards and NOT a bed and breakfast — no breakfast is included. There is also no Wi-Fi. Despite the quite attractive external appearance of the barns the rooms are very spartan and look more like a hostel than a guesthouse/bnb, which is not accurately represented on the website. The location of the hostel is also very off the beaten track with no local amenities. It is also very expensive for what you get considering there is no breakfast. The reason I have given this two and not one stars is that the barn room we stayed in was very generous in size — you could quite easily sleep 8-10 people in it if people were to sleep on the sofas/floor of the living area. The advertising for this place is very misleading so buyer beware.

A lot better than we expected. Very clean. Heating was on when we arrived late in the evening so the accommodation was nice and snug for the children. Every facility needed for a comfortable stay is provided. No complaints. First class.
