We had a private party for a retirement last night in the Potbank cafe. The staff were all so helpful and friendly with the planning and on the night. The food was fantastic, all dietary needs catered for! Warm cosy atmosphere, everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend as a venue to hire and also as a cafe for lunch or coffee. Thank you to Nicola and all the staff and Kim in bookings.

Attended the new Sunday Soul Sessions here. It was a great event. Give it a try! good venue great to see this building being reused very friendly helpfull staff free parking great little cafe. Overnight accommodation available. Some constructive criticism need a bigger dance floor Bar prices a bit steep.

Ideally situated for Alton towers this relatively new aparthotel is located within the old spode pottery works. Very clean, friendly staff and a lovely cafe onsite.

Very interesting and lovely to visit. Our daughter and her hubby stayed in Apartment last night, we joined them for brekkie, very nice indeed.

Really a decent place. About a 10 min walk from the train station. Quite and comfy place for couples or families. Large common areas for any functions if needed. Toilet and kitchen facilities in the room are up to standards. The only small thing is that there are no toilet amenities.

Fab night, great venue for medium sized party. Hot buffet good quality. Staff so friendly & accommodating. Brilliant use of Stoke's industrial heritage.

Although its a lovely venue with a nice atmosphere, I went with my 4 year old to have lunch in Feb 2018 and it was around £8.50 for a sandwich with a few crisps and salad and most of the other main meals (there weren't many) were around £9. I ended up having a toasted tea cake — and I ordered my son a kids ham sandwich. It was a good size, but just so expensive. Its a shame its so costly as I suspect being priced more fairly would attract more locals to come and enjoy the area and the art around the Spode Works.

We had the mother's day afternoon tea and the service and food were incredible! Can't wait for another event.

Just before the lunch rush. Cake! Meals! Snacks! Great coffee. And… a wood burner. I would live in a room like this. Brill.

Friendly staff, nice drinks beautifully presented, excellent caramel slice. Choice of sandwiches looked great with a far more interesting selection than is common. Lovely, cosy atmosphere with superbly thought out decor — the fire in the kiln was greatly appreciated!

All I can say is wow! Very lucky to be one of the first to sample this amazing venue, the building as been restored to perfection keeping all the beautiful features and bringing out a few new ones. The feel of the place was spectacular, the rooms were such a good size for a wedding or a party like what I attended yet it felt soft and personal. The food was delicious and served with perfect timing and the rooms were very comfortable, with a great lay out for an over night stay or a longer needed break. Highly recommend.
