Good price, basic but accomodating.

Excellent value. Warm welcome. Suberp location for Midlands counties championship show less then a mile away. Chalets comfort fully equipped home from home with own car spaces. Most important grounds area via country walks. Village and local pub. Can order takeaway or walk to High recommended 100%. Birmingham NEC Crufts 2018. Overseas and UK traveling by car with your dogs just ideal to stay long or short term.

Real character, very comfy. Lovely hosts… Shame it was raining, I was looking forward to exploring the area.

This place is very good value for money, the facilities are clean and comfortable. There is plenty of choice at the continental breakfast buffet, they even offer you to make up a packed lunch from the various foods on the buffet.

I stayed in the same room as the last reviewer — last week (so unless he was under the bed I am not sure what to say). I had a lovely stay, so much so that I am back there again this week, and will be booking next week as well. fort the price it's excellent value, the owners are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room is made up/cleaned every day, it's peaceful, relaxing and has all of the essentials I need for a week away with work. It's on a farm, so don't expect it to be thoroughly modern and immaculate, but do expect it to be functional, clean, neat and full of character. I haven't inspected the place for spiders, but then again I haven't seen any either! Lovely place, lovely people and a relaxing place to stay — what more do you need?

I wouldn't put a dog in this place! Dirty disgusting hole. I woke to a slug on the floor by the side of my bed, wardrobe full of cob webs, mould growing everywhere in the bathroom. 23 spiders to remove before I could even begin to unpack, which eventually I chose not to do. Did not sleep at all, you could feel spiders dropping on you from the ceiling in the dark. If I could have found somewhere that evening I would.

Fairly reasonable price, but noisy with traffic. Owner was very attentive though. It was OK for a single night.

Cold, Damp, Very Dirty, noisy, Very strong smell of damp. Only managed to stay one night of the four it was so bad, but got charged for 2. A Truly Awful Place. Still haunts me now to think about it.

We booked a family room. The room was lovely and clean. Big room with double bed and through arch to two single beds and an ensuite shower room. The lady who greeted us was very helpful. She put on heating straight away for us and went to report faulty radiator and it was fixed straight away. Asked about shops and places to eat and was told information from lady. Would defenatley stay here again.
