Stayed here for two nights room was very hot and stuffy as the room is made of wood outside shower hardly worked and not much pressure and temperature was going hot to freezing all the time… matteress was springy like a put me up bed garden had bricks and rubble and old bags of rubble everywere and big weeds no greeting by anyone we also had our food taken as theres a communal kitchen to use also no facilities were ever explained on arrival and seemed to be more like a house share not a guest house very dissapointing experience.
2 night stay over in Western-Super-Mare. Good basic clean accommodation for the price. Breakfast was not provided but guests could use the kitchen and basic breakfast items made available. Good location 2 roads from sea front and use of local shops 5 minute walk away. We were placed on second floor but unaware it was 3 stair cases up. My partner has walking stick so was quite challenging for him. First floor would have been ok. Coffee & tea was provided in the room daily along with clean towels. Shower toilet ensuite. Overlooked back yard/back gardens.

Terrible, unprofessional customer service. Called hotel to confirm they had a room available which was advertised online as needed one asap, was told that someone would call me back straight away but they will never called back. Even turned up on their doorstep as I was passing and they didn't even answer the door even though clients were in and out of the property. Extremely unimpressed and disappointed with their attitude towards a potential client, will definitely not use again.
