Very comfortable B&B. Room we stayed in was on ground level and close to the parking lot. The room is just enough spacious, and well maintained. Distance to Bristol airport is a few minutes drive (less than 2 ml distance) and we were driven to the airport by the B&B van which is a great service. Admittance is allowed only after 17.30 which is the only downside we found.

We stayed here for one night last week. The entrance is really hard to find coming up the hill and a nightmare to get out of when leaving. You need to close your eyes and just go for it. The rooms were nice and clean but was freezing. The bath mat on towel rail was soaking wet when we arrived. I asked the lad who checked us in if the heating would come on and he said it was on a timer and he couldn't alter it. It never came on and we were frozen all the time we were in room. The same lad came out when we arrived telling us where we should park. We have a sporty Fiesta car and he said he liked the body kit but didn't like Fiestas. A strange thing to say to an arriving guest that you don't like their car! I feel this place is just cashing in on being so close to the airport but with no customer service. Cars parked everywhere where people had flown off. Even some caravans around the back. Was particularly disturbed by dogs running loose so close to the really busy main road.

Friendly staff lovely room, but the noise from the road kept me awake all night.

Appalling service — happy to take your money but don’t want to help you! Customer service worst I have ever experienced. Please don’t go here.

Not your typical b&b but a great place to start your holiday from Bristol airport. Efficient service from a clean, but no frills room, good parking and transfer, will use again.

My wife and I recently stayed here, everything was so easy from check in which was was easy peasy, the lady who took us to and picked us up from the Airport was the owner and was extremely pleasant. We will definitely return when flying from Bristol. Thank you.

A very convenient place for an overnight stop ready for an early flight from Bristol airport. Modern, clean, excellent value. Be careful when approaching from the west, turning sharp right off the fast main road into the hotel driveway! (we went past, turned around then found it easier to enter.

Excellent shuttle service to and from airport despite very late arrival. Great room with all the right bits for a short stay. Very friendly owner and all for a great price. Thanks!

Clean, pleasant room with a very nice bathroom. Good Wi-Fi too.

We booked 2 rooms for a stay before and early flight out of bristol, 5 days later we had to cancell due to one of our party had serious heart trouble and was not allowed to fly, I imediately called the lady to explain, she referred me to her terms and conditions, no refunds, even with 10 days to go. I asked if we could rebook for a future date with the credit, she said no, and promptly took £120 from my card, when we saw on the website £40 per room per night, I think she should be more accommodating when the unexpected happens, she relet the rooms, not very happy.

Stayed here night before flight 31st oct 2016, parked car for 2 weeks. accommodation was superb for price (£105.00 bargain) with a super little brekky bag each supplied, ample tea and coffee, nice and warm and very comfy bed, brilliant free 2 min shuttle to airport and back, super staff, will defiantly be using again, takes all the strain out of a "silly hour drive" if you have an early flight.

Apple Tree is a lovely B&B, with some nice views of the countryside. Although some may scoff at the breakfast, we find that it's actually perfect for those with early flights.

Beautiful lodgings with warm welcome. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, gorgeous views, free breakfast bag and airport transfers! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
