Lovely accommodation. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment. It was spotlessly clean, with a bottle of Prosecco waiting to greet us. First rate location. Well worth a visit folks!

Absolutely gorgeous place. We were lucky enough to book all the spaces for our wedding party to use as a base for getting ready. Stunning grounds, beautiful flats and cottages and even comes with a friendly resident cat! Having breakfast on the decking felt like being in a Monet painting. Matt and Abby were super friendly and helpful and put up with endless panicked emails from me regarding covid! Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing cottage, every single detail perfect from the stunning view of the lake to having all the amenities needed for self catering. The grounds are a must to explore, finding the waterfall, statues, giant rhubarb, orchard and of course the chickens and goats. We saw so many varieties of birds from our terrace including two stunning kingfishers. So many walks on the doorstep. We walked up to the pub in Ham hill for a little drink in the beer gardens, it's a steep walk but the views from the top are completely worthwhile 💖Thank you our stay was outstanding 💖

Just home from a very short but lovely break at Little Norton. Have visited before but love the new decor, surroundings are just so beautiful and weather was fab. Just wish we could stay longer but will be back 💖💖

Just had a fabulous short break at Little Norton Mill. The accommodation was outstanding — immaculate, extremely comfortable and had everything you need. Lovely warm welcome and Matt provided us with all the information we required about the local area. We will return and next time it will be for a longer stay. We definitely recommend!

Beautiful, tranquil and totally perfect for relaxing or walking breaks. Endless countryside views that are breathtaking (and that's from the private garden at the Mill). Matt & Abbie are great hosts, there when you need them and giving you all the space needed to settle in as you like. This is our second stay and we would happily spend every long weekend here. It's our little haven close to home.

We stayed here for our 9th anniversary it's in a lovely quiet location with amazing grounds. Our accommodation was so clean and had everything you needed and more personal touches with DVDs and books. Abby made us feel very welcome, (we didn't get a chance to meet her husband. ) we also loved meeting Ozzy (their cat) and Harvey (their dog) we will definitely be staying again but have said maybe in the spring or summer next time to get full enjoyment of the grounds and village.

Just returned home after a short break at the Mill. What a perfect setting with everything you could need. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Matt and Abby for the welcome to your beautiful home and rentals. Excellent location for those wanting to see the sights. Lots of National Trust locations close by and only 45 minutes to Westbay (Setting for Broadchurch) and many other coastal areas Xx.

My lad and I stayed here this week. Our appt was spotless and extremely well equipped. Nice and cosy and just right for us two. The 2 things that stood out for us however are the owners and the grounds. There was a lovely welcome. The owners couldn't do enough to help all week. The 8 acre grounds are fantastic. Wooded areas, ponds, areas with wonderful fawna, an orchard, I could go on. All very well kept giving a very peaceful atmosphere. We both love this place and will return.

An absolute country paradise with beauty in abundance of wildlife and gardens and country walks and a nice slow pace to relax.

Excellent accommodation, welcoming hosts and amazing setting! Very relaxing, well equipped, comfortable and beautiful accomodation. We'd like to keep it to ourselves but wish Matt and Abby all the best in running this lovely Mill and guest houses.

Everything, the accommodation is excellent comfortable and well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable beds, the property has beautiful walks gardens and views and to cap it all it’s very tranquil, don’t take my word come and enjoy for yourselves.

We're enjoying a wonderful week here in Magnolia cottage. The view of the lake is stunning and the only sound is the birds singing. Matt and Abby are excellent hosts. Hopefully the first of many visits.

Stayed at Little Norton Mill numerous times over the last 18 years and we love the place, ducks, Kingfisher, Heron & Badgers are companions here, nearest you will come to a Badger. The cottages are set in an beautiful location, owners are really approachable.

Our second stay here. Lovely apartment, super clean! The owner showed us around the mill and was super accommodating. The gardens are immense. I would always recommend a stay here! :)

The most peaceful place we have ever stayed. The gardens are magical, the cottages delightful and the hosts welcoming. I loved sitting by the pond in the early mornings, watching and listening to the wildlife, totally undisturbed. The perfect place to escape to.

What a lovely place, accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and fitted to a high standard. The outlook across the mature garden is stunning. We had the added bonus of deer in the morning feeding of windfall.

One of the best holiday apartments I have ever stayed. A beautiful setting, overlooking the mill pond; very well maintained grounds; the apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay ; and is spotless throughout. I don't think you could ask for more.

What an absolutely beautiful place to spend some time away. Just spent a wonderful long weekend here celebrating my God mother's Birthday with family and friends. The view from the decking on the water by our bedroom stunning as well as the sounds of the water falling by the mill. The cottages had everything we wanted and needed to cook and Peter and Julie who run and own the holiday cottages were lovely and extremely helpful. We will back coming back again.
