A pleasant stay. Very clean and excellent choices for breakfast.

The place is Absolutely fabulous, stylish room with exquisite décor, and the best feature is they got actual proper air conditioner in the room! That was lifesavingly good in these weathers.

Lovely comfortable room, great views, tasty breakfast, underfloor heating, spa bath, dvd library, short walk to center of town. The Leighton Townhouse adds that bit of class to your holiday. Would recommend and return.

Excellent upmarket B&B with private car parking. Pleasant team. Large, comfortable room with tasteful furnishings and good views. Breakfast was high quality. Good location to access the city on foot. Will use again.

Leighton Townhouse is a lovely B&B, really clean and comfortable and a great breakfast. It was however very expensive (though recognising we booked quite last minute in half term so wouldn't have got the best deal) for what you got. I checked what room I was booking on their website, however it turned out the details of the room were incorrect so I thought I was getting a room with a 'spa bath' but it only had a basic shower. Sounds like a minor detail but when you are paying £365 for 2 nights, it made the difference. The other issue was noise from above, there is no sound insulation between the rooms so it sounds like a heard of elephants above you. If the price had been more realistic for what they offer then this would have been a 5 star review as it is a really lovely B&B, just not at that price.

Very friendly staffs, the house is beautiful and not too far from the city (10-15 minutes walk) and breakfast is wonderful.

Handy location, although hilly, from Baths main area. Confusing at first, if you are actually at the townhouse, as not well signed. Very pleasant rooms and breakfast was varied and of good quality. Hosts were welcoming and priced competitively for the area.

One of my favorite B&Bs in Bath. It's been refurbished recently so the rooms are very nicely decorated. It's a short walk or even quicker taxi into the city center. Great breakfast!

A real treat to the end of a busy few days away. Beautiful room, very comfortable bed, nice deep spa bath, but it was all the extra little touches that really made it for us. Warm welcome with advice on the area, Lavender sachets on the pillow, oil for bath, unlimited bottled water, generous tea and coffee tray in the room with real coffee, library of DVDS. Excellent decorative order. And bucks fizz for breakfast. Perfect.

We had a corner room with lovely view. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot for a few hours after we checked out to your Bath. Nice English breakfast. We were given a helpful map of Bath.

All in all, a faultless guesthouse and a great stay. We'd booked our train tickets for a particular weekend before realising most of the hotels and B&Bs were booked out for the half marathon, and this place was one of the few with a room available all weekend. I'm glad we ended up here though. On the map, it looks like it's quite a way from the city centre, but it's only a 10 minute walk to the station and everything is within 15 minutes from there. So it's in a residential area, very peaceful, even heard an owl when we were coming back one evening! The hotel reception closes at 7pm, but we had no trouble getting in after arriving on a late train. When I told them we would be taking the train after work on a Friday evening, Eliza and James gave very clear instructions on how to collect our key. This was all via email and they are quick to reply. Their welcome email was very informative too, including links to the road closures across the city during the half marathon. I was very impressed with the room. Spacious and comfortable, and quite stylishly cute (a simple, clean colour scheme and cushions which match the curtains! ). Each room is equipped with a digital radio, TV and DVD player. And there's a selection of DVDs available to borrow in the communal lounge. If I were to sum up the guesthouse in a couple words, they would be 'generous' and 'thoughtful'.

Absolutely love this place, our second visit here and would definitely come back. A lovely welcome and staff were helpful. We had breakfast in bed which was a real treat. Massive rooms and lovely bathroom. Definitely come stay here!

WOW! What a fantastic place. The moment we arrived we were given an absolutely amazingly friendly welcome, coffee and cake in the sitting room then a room upgrade as I had trouble with too many stairs. Nothing was too much bother. Eliza showed us how to get to the town and best places to park. The views from the beautiful boutique B&B were stunning. The lovely Charlotte showed us to our gorgeous room. Big bright room with a huge comfy bed lovely bathroom with spa bath absolute bliss fabulous Molton Brown products. We went into town for dinner used the reward card they gave us and got 2 glasses of bubbly. Highly recommend Hudsons steak house. Afte a blissful sleep we had breakfast which was delicious with plenty of options very friendly attentive staff. The place is spotless. Would definitely come back the only downside was we only had one night. Highly recommend.

Excellent B&B, friendly, well run and beautiful decor. Our room was spotless with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath with a TV over it. Great breakfast spread (with champagne! ). Will stay again next time I go back go Bath.

This was our first visit to One Three Nine boutique and it won't be our last. We were greeted on arrival with a smile from a very helpful member of staff. We sat down in reception and offered Tea or Coffee on arrival, which made us feel very at home and is something that doesn't get forgotten! The manager took our bags to the room and directed us to where we would be staying. My partner and I were very happy with our room, but after settling in we did notice they had decorators in, and unfortunatley they were working in a room outside ours, which was a little noisey which wasn't a major problem, so don't let this put you off, it is the new year and they have to decorate at some point! Which makes it even better for our next visit! Having said this, we were looking for a peacful environment, so felt another room may be better. I did mention this to the manager and he gave us the choice of two rooms that were free at the time. We chose a room that we were both happy with, which was the Four Poster / Slipper Bath, an absoloute dream. We chose a restaurant for the evening, which we were spoiled for choice! We chose a Thai restaurant called Panasia. If you like Thai, I highly recommend this one! The taxi was £5 to Bath city and the same on return trip. I would also recommend the full english, it was to die for!

I strongly recommend this wonderful B&B the staff are AMAZING and make you feel like a King. The wonderful 139 is placed in a wonderful English paradise with outstanding views.
