Clean and smart looking hotel definitely recommend fast internet access free use of gym and pool within the price. Just perfectly situated close to shops and bars. Again highly recommended.

Last minute booking for an overnight getaway. Really happy with the room, the check in was quick and efficient. Would have liked another night. Great location for a short drive to Iron bridge and local amenities including dining out. ||Would definitely stay at this hotel and this chain again.

Room is perfect with a big bed! Food was good, and my waitress' shan and Amy were brilliant, very polite and professional! Easy place to get to with a lovely pool and spa!

Excellent hotel for our stay while some of us were attending a convention at the Telford International Centre.
— walking distance from the convention centre (15-20 mins) and half way between is the Telford Centre surrounded by admittedly chain restaurants but covering all tastes and price — we enjoyed Miller & Carter & the Novello Lounge.

We booked what was supposed to be a ‘romantic luxury spa weekend’ at Lion Quays for our wedding anniversary what a disappointment…. So booked Holiday Inn as it’s our local leisure club… All we can say is fantastic, food, service, leisure spa, roomThank you we finally got our romantic weekend away x.

Had a fantastic weekend at this hotel at a conference last weekend. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my dietary needs were met and the range of gf food was fantastic. The reception staff were patient and did all they could to help with room set up. From bar staff to managers, every member of staff was friendly and polite and welcoming. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you.

Thank you for such a lovely bride to be afternoon tea. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so lovely. A few of my party had dietary requirements which were all catered for. Really got us all in the mood for the big day 💕🥂

We got married here on the 22nd May 2022 and we had a wonderful experience, the Wedding Breakfast was lovely and the evening buffet was mouth opening, the staff were exceptional and we were well looked after and I cannot fault the place.

I have stayed at this hotel in 2016 for a long period of time with my family due to a water leak at home and the staff were amazing especially Sally, Terry, Martin and Tina who made us feel very welcome. Last week we returned with family from Newzeland who stayed for a week. My mum is disabled and on oxygen and they were amazing with her getting her the things she needed to make her stay comfortable. Can not remember the ladies name who helped but she is in charge of house keeping.

Can only comnent on the pool and changing rooms as we haven't used any other facilities. Pool is lovely! Changing rooms would benefit from a clothes spinner/wringer and a few lockers inside the family changing room would be brilliant. A queue system for using the Jacuzzi would be good too as during our, almost 3 hour visit, the same guys hogged the Jacuzzi the whole time! Staff were lovely and plenty of parking.

Lovely big four poster room, brilliant staff and lovely grounds. Very enjoyable stay and the evening meal was fantastic!

Stayed at the hotel for a two night break with family. The setting was gorgeous for a lovely break. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious with very friendly and at the same time professional service from the staff. Bedroom was beautiful, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Leisure facilities were great and a plus to the hotel. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Haughton Hall for the lovely time.
