I wanted dog friendly accomodation at a decent price — and got it. An older pub but the rooms are big and clean, food is the usual bar menu but freshly cooked, well presented, tasty and very good value. Staff are all very friendly and made a big fuss of my dog. Canal and old limekilns a couple of minutes away for a decent dog walk.
Lovely old hotel in middle of referb when I was there jason and his staff are really helpful and friendly. Great coffee good breakfast will be staying again.
Greeted by member of staff Chloe, polite bubbly and couldn't do enough for us, rooms where clean and tidy bed very comfortable, hotel in a busy main road but we had no problem with noise. Hotel landlord Jason and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome. The scenery and places to visit are fantastic. The locals are brilliant and great fun with plenty of local info for a great stay. All in all we rated are stay 100% enjoyable and would not hesitate to book again.
