Great food good staff but the price of soft drinks any drinks are so expensive rooms fab.

This very pretty, converted vicarage is a wedding venue and hotel. The room we were given was large, spacious and relatively clean. However, despite booking a double room with a double bed we were given a twin bedded room. The wardrobe doors were creaky and kept coming open and there were plenty of cobwebs and spiders in all corners of the room. The room was comfortable but dated and the furniture had seen better days. Spiders don't bother me but cobwebs and dust hanging from the lamshde, curtains and walls do. Looks likehousekeeping didn't do too good a job on this room.

Always a warm welcome from Sarah and her team. Been having Sunday lunch here for over 10 years and standard had never faltered. Our son chose here for his wedding and it was a perfect day … memories are made at this picturesque venue.

Visited for a wedding. One member of staff used an expletive towards my table of guests during the Wedding breakfast. This after basically being spied on and harassed throughout the day. The bar was a sad state. Charging £4.50 for a pint of lemonade which was not draft, but poured straight from a bottle. This I believe is not an acceptable practice? £12.10 for two single gin and mixers leaves a bad taste too. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Terrible staff, terrible attitude and delusions of grandeur overwhelm the place.

Nice place pity about mens toilets only I urinal and 1 toilet and not very clean. Otherwise nice place for weddings.

Went with my husband for a wedding party 19th may 2018, The Hotel is beautiful, the grounds are amazing, and the room was perfect… I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My first visit to the old vicarage was on 14.4.18 where my niece got married and had reception there its a lovely place and the staff helpfull all the food was hot when served and everyone enjoyed themselves I rested in my sons room and it was very clean and spacious I would definately recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Venue for weddings set in country location. Staff very helpful and conservatory dining room lovely. Rooms could do with refurbishment.

Very nice venue with respectable staff who were courtious and polite. Attended a weddomg and it was fantastic. Location was east enough to find, parking was a bit of an issue as the car park isn't very big. Didn't stay at the hotel as they were fully booked. Only bad thing was the price of some of the drinks amd that they dont have coca cola/lemonade on tap.

Lovely room clean and comfortable. Slightly old fashioned but cosy room. Great corner bath. Plenty hot water. Usual teas and coffees. Set in beautiful countryside. We came for a wedding and I must say the food has been absolutely excellent! Would recommend.

Attended a wedding, food & venue all great only minor thing was there just didn't appear to be many staff on. Bar service slow and during wedding breakfast no staff at all on the bar so struggled to get a drink as when you wanted.

We've been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. The owners and their staff are so welcoming it really feels like you've just called in on old friends. The food here is magnificent, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The chef can accommodate every taste from a full hog roast with apple sauce and baps to some of the best fine dining we've ever had. The accommodation is warm, welcoming and homely, many with views over the gardens or surrounding fields. This is the perfect setting with the perfect hosts for your wedding or any other private celebration.

We've stayed at The Old Vicarage a few times now and always look forward to going back. Is a gorgeous location for a wedding or any other private function. There are 14 rooms with various combinations of beds. Sarah and her team are superb hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Staying at The Old Vicarage is like staying at the home of a friend, it's relaxed and informal, which is just perfect. The rustic house is in a small village outside of Bridgnorth surrounded by farming fields.

Our time at The Old Vicarage was a magic time for us both being in our late 70's the care and attention of Sarah and Daniel was outstanding along with the rest of the staff, we couldn't have had a better Hotel anywhere, the rooms were great ours was very large being disabled in a wheelchair I could move around the room and the bathroom was set for a disabled person, in all a great hotel run by great people, I hope to go back again as long as the same people have it many thank Sarah an Daniel (hope I spelt your names right.

An absolutely fantastic restaurant with a varied and interesting menu, super staff and lovely setting.
