Well priced and basic single room, no frills but does what it says on the tin.

The only positive aspect of this estates that it is in a good location, 15 minutes from the city centre. On site parking is limited to approximately 10 vehicles if you block others in. The rooms are very cramped from those I seen more akin to a hostel rather than a hotel. For my stay it served it's purpose as I was with an all male group for a stag night, I would not bring my wife here. The bar dies not open after 17:00 on Saturdays, however a short walk down the street there us a very nice pub with good food a wide selection of drinks. I am unable to comment on the breakfast as I did not stay any longer than necessary. In summary, if you want a cheap room for the night to have a lads night out its okay but as mentioned earlier not for a romantic night with the Mrs.

I was 'bumped' here after my original hotel was overbooked so arrived late — 1am. Seems like a family run hotel which is a big converted house. The room was minimal but adequate, basic bed was ok, electric shower so not one to relax under. Thirty pounds cheaper than where I should have been and that was about right. I won't be going back though.

Clean, comfortable bed, small room but spotless and everything worked perfectly, plus friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

I'll start with the good points… The staff werr friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean and well kept. Close to the city centre and bus stops so its easy to get round and explore. Breakfast was nice but options are limited. However, there is limited parking for the amount if rooms. Our room was small so finding space to put our suit cases was difficult. The on suite was small, with the sink in the bedroom… The bed was comfortable but needed more than one pillow. Walls also very thin so was quite noisy. Overall a good place to stop over the weekend for the price but wouldn't be able to stop any longer.

A very shabby hotel in general. The shower has no pressure and the corners of the bathroom are full of dirt. The room has old wooden windows that do not close well and enters the cold all night. The heating doesn't work and I had to sleep with my coat on. A pretty bad experience booster.

Great cheap hotel close to Nottingham city centre. Stopped here while on a night out and was pleasantly surprised for the cost. Didn’t have the breakfast but the room itself was fine.

No gluten free breakfast options so was directed to the local Lidl! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and well catered. Bed was awful! So uncomfortable. Only one pillow. Very thin walls and noisy at night from other guests coming in. Cheap and cheerful so don't expect a good nights sleep!

Hello everybody. This is a hotel where the recepsionist and the manager think that they are the owners of the hotel. And they don't care. So, please if anyone of you know the owner of the hotel just tell me. We are a group of tourists that want to visit this hotel, and they just hanged up their phone 5 times.

Very reasonable, clean, friendly staff.

Ok. Bathrooms need cleaning attention. Bed comfortable. Limited parking. Only 9 spaces for 23 rooms. Can park over the road opposite pub for free. I won't be rushing back. Half of the ensuite was in the bedroom.

This is the worst b&b we have ever stayed in.! Rowdy guest kept us awake on our two night stay. Complained to management about this. Door lock did not work properly. Won't go there again. Dirty cutlery. This has put us off b&b. .

Well priced, Wi-Fi actually works and whilst there's a car park directly outside, there's plenty of street parking if you have a large vehicle like a van.

Good clean facilities. Ensuite rooms for those on a budget.

Paid full list price if £49 for a SINGLE room, room clean but very small, bed mattress felt like it had it's day and even worse only 1 pillow in room, can't recommend at that price but if £35 then you have a ok room for night.

Just had a lovely weekend stay at the Cotswold's. Friendly staff nice clean. Will definitely stay again. 10/10.

Room had no windows and there were a few rowdy guests that kept me uk throughout the night.

Not particularly nice, but is one of the cheaper hotels in the area — so you pay for what you get.

Clean, Friendly and Warm accommodation. Not a lot of parking but the hotel is happy to show you where there is some available.

Stayed many times on business. Very good location. Clean. Friendly staff. Good wholesome breakfast. Highly recommended.
