Recently built site so everything is new and modern. Great friendly staff providing excellent service. Rooms are clean and well maintained, beds are of course fantastic. Definitely worth a stay.

I joined others who had stayed the night for Breakfast. The choice is between a continental breakfast, or a full breakfast which includes a cooked breakfast and anything from the continental menu. The food was very speedily brought to us, and there was a good range of food on offer, including pastries, cereal and fruit. Unlimited tea and coffee went down very well too!

Very convenient location. Everything Northampton has to offer (not much, don't get overexcited) is within walking distance. It's a new hotel and you can feel it. No free parking, £2 every time you drive out of the nearby car park. The check-in is done by a machine. It's very busy on weekdays. Book your room well in advance or you will sleep far away from town centre.

We turned up as a rugby tour of fifty adults and nine year old kids. They coped and did so in a cheerful manner. Well done. Very well done. Otherwise, it's a Purple Palace, which means comfy beds and a decent breakfast for very sensible money. Staff were brilliant.

Loved it! The people were so friendly and helpful. We arrived hours early and they were very nice about it. They treated us like family.

Good location if you want to walk to a few venues for a drink. Rooms and service were very good. No issues noted at all.

First class service. Greeted by James on Reception. One of our party was unable to join us and James went out of his way to amend our room bookings. So friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. Apparently the hotel was full but we didnt hear any noise at all. Perfectly located for The Derngate — i. E. Next door!

Great hotel. Very clean and Premier Inn modern. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking nearby in multistory cost only £2 when validated by reception. All in all a great stay.

Was very nice comfy bed didnt want to get up room lovely breakfast couldnt fault it perfect only thing was the view of the carpark roof from the window but it didnt spoil our visit.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were of adequate size for a week long stay and the hotel restaurant served some delicious meals.

Really modern hotel, good night stay, only down side was the breakfast was below standard, cold beans, sausage with hard old bacon. If I had the time I would of sent it all back and asked for fresh.

Nice modern hotel in the centre of town. Car park next door which I didn't have to pay for but had heard it should have been £2 (they validate your ticket at reception). Thyme restaurant. Self check in so there's not much staff interaction. Everything good that I've come to expect from a Premier Inn.

A fairly standard example of a Premier Inn when it comes to the rooms, but it differs slightly in that it has its own restaurant (which is pretty good). It does not have its own parking. You have to park in the adjacent multi-story car park and then get the hotel to validate your ticket when you wish to leave. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds, and large TV, and excellent bathroom facilities. This one is within walking distance of the town centre.

Easy to find. Nice clean and comfy rooms and an all you can eat breakfast.

Booked a family room for 4 online at short notice, arrived and the first room we were given didn't even have the spare bed made. The second room only had one spare bed made but as it was late we had our two boys share. But, in compensation, they did give us our breakfast for free! The morning staff in the hotel and restaurant were pleasant and efficient which is why they earned 4 stars.

The best Premier Inn I have stayed in. Warm, friendly staff and a good restaurant. Good car-parking immediately adjacent to the hotel. Useful corner shop within 20 metres.

Stayed 3 nights and staff were really great, so helpful. Slightly different to normal Premier as bar and restaurant are part of hotel. Nice outside terrace and right in the town.

Hotel was cleaned comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff were brilliant despite being undermanned.

Great location with free weekend parking in the cultural quarter of Northampton. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Just what you expect from a Premier Inn.

We arrived late at night and checked ourselves in. Traditionally you expect to be greeted by staff no matter what time but there were two self-service desks instead. They were easy to use. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a good night's rest. Double room had a comfortable bed settee also so room could accommodate four. There's a kettle with coffee and tea bags for a hot drink in your room. The bathroom had a great shower with a bathtub. There are no toiletries but next to the shower is a body/hair soap desepnser. For breakfast there was a choice of cereals, Continental and full English, that was freshly prepared.

Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. One if the friendliest Premier Inns I have stayed in. Also the car park is well lit and less than 50 metres away.

I've got my parents staying there. It is a very new hotel with cost room, great shower and great bed. Room has got the essentials only — do not expect toletries kit, frigobar, etc — but it has got all that matters for a good night sleep and one of the best locations you can get in Northampton. Enjoy.

Fantastic facilities, all mod cons and very friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Will definitely be visiting again if I'm staying in the area.

Situated in a great location as town centre is approximately a 3minute walk and there's a Morrison down the road. There's also a multi-storey car park right next to the hotel which you can park at. Then simply pay £2 at reception when you want to leave the car park. However, the car park is usually free for the first 2hour and free on weekends. Staffs are also very friendly and helpful and the food is great, but on busy days it can take over an hour before your food arrives as the kitchen is small.

Comfortable room bed was comfy staff very polite just the location was abit difficult to get will recommend.

When staying at this premier inn we had a great difficulty with the bookings. Darn online. We couldn't of been happier with the amount of concern the two Lovely lady's had. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us and indeed took all our panics and made sure we were all with a bed for the night! Lovely ladies.

Premiere inn's are always good. New know what you will get and they always deliver. The new automated check-in is also nice and efficient although staff were on hand if you prefer.

Stayed two nights as I was in town for a family wedding: The staff were great, the rooms were clean and well maintained. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it smelt amazing. The car parking was full when I arrived so when I called reception to ask where I should go, they told me I could park on their loading bay which was great! The beds were super comfortable I will definitely stay here again when I visit Northampton.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. Comfortable beds and choice of bathroom types, Ideal for disabled customers. Excellent Breakfast & Meals Served. Good working lifts. We have stayed in this hotel, each time we are on a visit to Northampton. Feels more like home, convientant, affordable and Welcoming with Friendly Manager to All Staff there on Duty.
