We have just had a lovely 3 nights stay here. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the continental breakfast was a nice touch. There was always plenty of tea, coffee, water and biscuits in the room and clean towels too. We would definetly stay here again. Thanks Anna and Eddie.

Loved the hotel stayed here last year and didn't hesitate to come back again this year, lovely run hotel and management even remembered me and my little girl from the last time will definitely come back again.

Just a very lovely place to stay! Really liked it here. Fantastic and very accommodating hosts. Lovely, extremely clean rooms. Close to beachfront. Complimentary continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Fantastic people so helpful we had car trouble and got there late nothing was too much trouble comfy bed large room plenty of hot water in shower the one and only negative was mirror was nowhere near a plug socket for drying hair and doing make up, will definitely stay again and next time we will bring the dog now we know we can.

Welcoming and so friendly. Nothing is ever a problem for these lovely people. The rooms are clean containing everything you need for a lovely holiday :-)

Friendly staff. Room was spotless and very clean.

The hotel says the price includes breakfast. The woman told me there was no breakfast. Also it was quite cold, there was a radiator but it was cold. Also a very small bathroom.

Rooms are ver nice. Come with lots of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and milk. Beds are comfy and room also has a tv. The people there are very kind too.

Very clean and comfortable, staff are genuinely friendly and the bed is amazingly comfortable.

The Wife, I and grandson had a great time at this Hotel. Greeted with a pleasant warm welcome at the door, to showing us our room, and making sure that all Q&As were cared for. With this in mind we give this Hotel 5*s. Thank you!

Really nice room friendly people.

Our experience was much as reported by 3 other reviewers. Rude and unfriendly reception, wall signs were hostile and over bearing. Implied all guests might be social misfits? No alcohol, food or friends allowed on site. "Free Parking" was kerb side parking with no restriction by local authorities so we were lucky to find some within 200 metres. Mattress worn out and uncomfortable. Hostess and friends talked and smoked outside our window until late in the evening. Although booked for three nights left at dawn and did not stay to sample breakfast.

Location and price were great. Room very small, carpet door bars need screwing down and floor boards also need tightening. Maybe a chair in room so guests do not sit on same part of mattress so when you try to sleep you do not feel like you are falling out of the bed.

We stopped for 1 night with are 2 year old girl nice warm welcome. And very clean showers not the best with your over 6ft but hotel aint built for giants.

Great super value hotel. Best beds I've ever slept in!
