Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever had. The rooms are windowless small coffin like boxes with filthy carpets and hair covered bedding. The staff are rude and unhelpful. There is no soap or towels provided for the dirty shared bathrooms. We were initially given keys to a room without a mattress never mind any bedding and which was full of cardboard boxes so we couldn’t hardly open the door. Windows in corridors are blacked out and it feels like a prison which I couldn’t wait to escape from. Why you would choose to run a business unfit for human habitation is beyond me but I wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me £50, 000. AVOID at all costs, better to sleep outside on the floor!
Absolutely vile hotel, booked 4 rooms for a party of 7 and every room was disgusting. There were skid marks down the toilet, there sick down the toilet, the bathrooms hadn’t even been cleaned from previous guests, carpets were not hoovered properly, there was left over crips in draws, there was dust EVERYWHERE and the bins were absolutely vile, there was one kind friendly polite staff member however the rest were rude! Avoid this place at all costs it’s disgusting!

What can I say about this total hole! Was met at reception by a long term guest totally smashed on drink and his own words drugs he was intimidating and rude to the reception staff, threw towels and shower gel at a fellow guest accross the car park calling him abusive names. Our actual room was clean and tidy. But the noise! The fighting language and the real disregard for all guests appalling!
There was an actual fist fight going on no hotel staff available and we were so appalled we actually left before 7am. To be greeted by males who were out of it and a petrified single lady who had had to share a dorm with drunk, violent and drugged men and found inexperienced staff. What a disgrace and when we tried to get in touch with a member of management we have been ignored. Such a shame as the location is so good I would t come here on my own and if I had of been with my children I would of called the police.
