We were looking for a cosy place to stay that was right near the seaside. We were so lucky to find this place. Dog friendly, 2 mins walk to the beach. Friendly home from home environment. It was more than we had even hoped for. Carol & Nigel are such lovely hosts and they love dogs too even giving us some treats for our two fur babies. The stables were perfect for what we needed and so very cosy. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back to try their other accommodation Thank you.

Very expensive! We travel all over UK and this is the most expensive site we have stayed in at £38 with no hook up! Hook was another £10 per night! The site is very run down with rubbish, broken tiles and even a dead rat outside the office this is a camping and caravan site apparently I have no idea how they are getting away with this they should not be open to public until all work is done and charging 5 star prices for a field 😡😡😡

What a lovely place! Everyone is so friendly. Beautiful room, couldn’t ask for anything more for breakfast! Will definitely be going back.

My 3rd visit to this campsite, love the location, facilities are basic but ample,, 3 mins from beach, if you can catch a sunset with tide out it’s stunning, some great walks or in my case hikes, dog friendly, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, as Arnold Schwarzenegger said I’ll be back.

WORST site we have ever seen! We didn't even stay one night it was so bad despite paying in full in advance. Dirty looking toilets, only one working shower, (during a pandemic too) no facilities to wash dishes, cramped pitches with electric cables running everywhere.
Warden very rude when we approached him with our concerns.
We have stayed in the most basic sites, we have wild camped and stayed in luxury sites and this is by far the WORST and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Love this place staff so friendly, locals very friendly Very central for neighboring coast lines beach beautiful and well within walking distance.

Unfortunately this is the worst site I have ever encountered. Paid in advance for three days and stayed for an hour. One shower for the whole site. Refused refund and even half refund. Avoid at all costs.

Just had a LOVELY one night stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There was a great mix of people staying so was great to chat to each other.
The site is in a quiet position and so close to the beach.
Facilities are well thought out and plenty of them. I never had to queue for loos or shower and all is lovely and clean. We’ll definitely be back 🙏

Fantastic location, friendly staff and though a work in progress, the cottages are well appointed, spacious and comfortable.

Amazing Hospitality. Lovely location. Very helpful and friendly. Plenty to do near the campsite within walking distance. Prices are good. Would recommend the place and will be going back again.

We came camping in August. Had a wonderful stay. Nice clean and hot showers, and almost on the beach it was so close. Great place to camp. We enjoyed it so much we came back the weekend after too! Recommended to our friends.

Stayed overnight in the rooster room, couldn’t recommend this b&b enough owners are polite and attentive to your needs and all amenities you could possibly ask for, would highly recommend and intend on staying here again in the future.

Lovely and cosy rooms, well decorated and clean. We stayed in the roost. Hosts very welcoming and friendly and are committed to make your stay an enjoyable one.
Breakfast room lovely with lots of choice for a continental breakfast or you can load a tray and take to room. Perfect.
Very dog friendly. Our dog loved the beach which is a stones throw from cottage.
If you want to get away from it all this is a great little hideaway.

Had a lovely stay in the wood shed, excellent friendly hosts, lovely cosy room and plentiful breakfast. Brilliant safety measure in place for covid. Look forward to returning in the future.

We have just returned and we LOVED this place, Nigel & Carol are excellent hosts, always around to ensure everything and everyone is having a great time. Next to a wonderful beach which on one side is deserted and the other side is gently populated with happy families — We made lovely friends too :) Will be returning, what's not to LOVE Thank you Nigel & Carol.

Although the room was fine the breakfast wasn't, just cereals and toast, very late check in (5). The site could be perfect, at the moment looks like a building site and not very safe either. Being a camper checked out the toilet facilities and they are not adequate for the number of pitches. Prices for both b&b and camping are definitely too high, you can get beautiful sites on the beach in Cornwall for LESS… and with electric hook up. I won't be returning!

Such a lovely location and very friendly and helpful hosts, you really feel like a valued customer.

This is our second stay at the cottages, and 3 rd stay in total (reused the campsite last year too)
We are in a different room this time but still lovely, great to have to have the social area fo eat. Weve done loads of walking with the dogs as always, they love the space here. Carol and Nigel are very accommodating to our needs and the dogs, leaving dog treats as a welcome and bowls for our arrival. We recommend this place to many dog friends and will continue to visit during the year.

Just come back from a lovely weekend. Personal welcome from our host Nigel, who left us some fruit and biscuits which was a nice touch, and had brought in extra heaters to make the house really warm and cosy. Ideal location 200m from the beach.

Lovely place to stay. Hosts were really accommodating and the surroundings are fab. Warm, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at marsh view last night, the room was light and airy. Loved the window in the roof just laid watching the world go by ⭐️. The owners were fantastic and couldn’t do enough during our stay, looking forward to another stay soon. Can’t wait to see it all when it’s finished. Dogs enjoyed there stay too.

We stayed in the lovely room and had breakfast the next day. It was all perfect, wonderful location, great hosts and the bed was very comfy! We will look forward to returning.

I’ve just come back from a break at Marshview Dairy with my husband and my dogs and we had a great time. Nigel & Carol were lovely hosts and the accommodation was really cosy. A stone’s through from the beach makes it the perfect getaway.

Our party of six, 4 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 6 enjoyed our stay in August 2018 using a tent and a small motor caravan. It is a simple site with the beach within a 2 minute stroll and a very useful shop about 5 mins walk away. The owners were friendly and welcoming but obviously very busy with work on the letting rooms aspect of their business The toilet and washing up facilities are good apart from the floor needing to be levelled off and finished. It was easy to find a level pitch for our motor caravan. Our 4 Czech friends were delighted to be so close to the sea.

Peaceful camp nice chilled owners proper camping as it should be no glamping here☺

This is so basic, the ground is hard and no luxuries but… we love it! There are owls and a dog and sea and I got woken up by a — mole :D.

We have just gotten home from 5 nights here… and I must say I've stayed in many campsites over the years most national trust and these guys offer just as good if not better… yes the facilities are basic but we could see during our stay just how much hard work and money was being ploughed into improvements. The only down side we suffered were the attitudes of some of the fellow campers who clearly got lost on their way GLAMPING. This is a campsite… fantastic value for money considering the proximity of the beach and shops. Some people just need to get real. If you want a place to get your head down whilst enjoying the beach it's amazing. If you want mod cons and private bathrooms go over the road.

Great area to camp and really close to the beach. I would just recommend the owner even out the path way that cars travel on.

Wow, that helped to blow away the cobwebs from my head, fresh air, dog friendly and surronded by some of the best best scenery for our flat area. With lots of amazing local pubs just a short walk or drive away it really did help me relax for a few days would recommend to anyone… five stars.

Perfect English coastal retreat, ideal location, extremely accommodating, wonderful hospitality, will not dissapoint.

Had such a lovely stay here at Marsh view! All that you could want in a break away! The lets are full of character and charm and there is such a welcoming feel to the place. So near to the beach which is a brilliant with the added bonus that it is such a lovely beach. Perfect for us, as also dog friendly and there are so many walks around to go on! overall a fantastic place!

Friendly, cosy accommodation and they welcome dogs which is great as many lovely walks in the area.

Great location, great B&B fantastic hospitality.
