We had an amazing weekend here. Was greeted by lovely staff who showed us around upon arrival. Beautiful room within the house, with amazing views. Yummy Afternoon tea with the option of vegan for me yay! Then off to the spa facilities which were so relaxing. Warm swimming pool, amazing themed showers with lights and tropical sounds and outside hot tub. Evening meal was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, staff were friendly and attentive. Loved the plants on the tables instead of flowers that just get chucked away. Comfy bed and yummy breakfast the next day. Everything has been thought about to make your stay the best it can be. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I didn’t want to leave!

A beautiful country hotel with individual comfortable rooms with all amenities to hand. The restaurant has produced amazing menus throughout our stay, all staff have been extremely accommodating. All in all our stay has been exceptional and would not hesitate to recommend.

Just back from a lovely weekend break. The food, atmosphere and service were outstanding. Loved the spa and indoor pool too. Will be back before too long. Wonderful experience 10/10.

This delightful country hotel set in beautiful grounds is the perfect place to come to to relax. The staff are all so friendly and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel at home. The pool and spa facilities are excellent. And it is the most dog friendly hotel we’ve ever been to. There are also thoughtful little touches which sets it apart from other similar hotels — complimentary newspapers and bottles of water, real milk for tea and coffee in the rooms for example.

First time visiting this hotel for an afternoon tea.
Everything was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic, certainly worth another visit.

I have not stopped recommending this Hotel to anyone who will listen. My now fiancé proposed to me here a few weeks ago and it was nothing short of a magical experience throughout our stay. The details round every corner are perfect, the staff could not be faulted and the spa is wonderful. There are some lovely walks and gardens to explore. We will definitely be back. We had a very nice high tea in the garden the scenery was very nice and relaxing would definitely recommend it.

Congham certainly is a lovely hotel and spa. Came to use the spa today, we started with lunch then had a back neck and shoulder massage during our time there. It was all lovely, except the service for lunch was incredibly slow. We arrived at 12.55 with lunch booked for 1. We didn't get our food till 1.45 and we were supposed to be going in the spa at 2pm! Sorry but thats far too long to wait and it made us late for our session. We had a 2 course lunch included in our spa cost but had to have the dessert after our spa session finished about 6.15pm as there wasn't time to have it before. This needs to be addressed as the service was incredibly slow on our first visit too and this lets the whole place down as the actual hotel and facilities are absolutely lovely, as is the food.

I have been to this hotel many times now with my husband, my mum and sister and my friend super every time. The food is amazing the spa is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I can’t sing it’s praises enough.

Lovely building and our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Good welcome on arrival from reception staff and nothing was too much of a problem except for being told "no problem " which could have become a problem! Dinning room was very comfortable and the menu and food was superb although waiting staff could have been a bit more attentive. The wine list was quite extensive with a wide price range. Didn't try the swimming pool or other facilities so can't comment but the pool did look good. Not the cheapest of hotels but certainly worth that bit extra.

Congham hall is a fabulous hidden gem quite near the Sandringham estate. We stopped to have afternoon tea as a spur of the moment thing and are so glad we did. All the staff were more than happy to help and seemed happy in their jobs. The hall itself is very well decorated and makes you feel at ease with its tranquil surroundings. The afternoon tea was oozing with lovely tasty treats, especially the sandwiches and lavender shortbread. Would definitely recommend to others and shall be returning myself.

Had a great time at congham hall using the spa facilities. A lovely little venue with bags of character. Not so big that it feels over populated either. The room was fantastic very clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was good, quality over quantity with very polite staff seemingly only too happy to help. I even witnessed a waiter carrying a wasp out of the restaurant on some jam for an older gent! Me and the other half will probably go back, it's not cheap but everything is of high quality.

We enjoyed an excellent day here taking an all day experience with Dawn till Dusk handling and learning about owls and hawks. Included in the package was a top class lunch and afternoon cream tea. Many thanks to Bradley for the bird experience he is a young man who is highly knowledgeable and passionate about his birds. We live close to Congham Hall but it was our first visit we were highly impressed with the food, staff and grounds and will be back again soon.

A beautiful country house, very peaceful and quiet. Staff were wonderful throughout our stay, food and spa both excellent. The herb garden is nice to walk around — the smell is beautiful. Would definitely return.

Congham Hall is set in a tranquil setting. A picturesque building within perfectly maintained gardens. I have been for network events where the rooms and food have been more than satisfactory. I have been for several afternoon teas where you can choose to sit in the quiet lounges or in the restaurant area. Whilst the afternoon tea was still very enjoyable, there was a marked difference. The scones were smaller and less cakes on the top layer. The sandwiched did not have the finesse as before. All that said it was still very enjoyable and relaxed.

This hotel is wonderful. The setting, the decor, the grounds are well kept, very clean. Definitely a great escape to the country. The dinner we had both nights were great and the service was very nice. Tilly, Tom Chloe and Molly were great, and the restaurant manager was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast however needs a lot of attention. The English breakfast needs to be looked at massively … the sausage for one tasted like it was cooked days before and heated up in the microwave … the staff as well were terrible. The breakfast team need to take a leaf out of the dinner team. The salmon is tasty. I had a full body massage and a facial at the spa which I really enjoyed. Felt very relaxed! Would definitely return to this hotel. And also look forward to returning.

Fabulous location staff welcoming. We had afternoon tea for 6 people had plenty to eat in fact we left a couple of cakes as we were all full. Would recommend to anyone looking to relax for a few hours.

My friend got married here this month. Lovely hotel, intimate, great facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. Wedding was 30 seconds walk from my room. Perfect venue, perfect couple of days.

We stayed as newly weds arriving after our wedding at Congham Hall and stayed for three nights. We had the most wonderful time! The staff looked after us so well and we loved the relaxing atmosphere which we needed after all the busy wedding preparations. The hotel itself is beautiful with its superb grounds. We felt so welcome throughout our stay. As a thank you gift to the mother and father of the bride, we bought a one night stay for them too. They have just returned home glowing! They have had an amazing time, telling us they have been so well looked after, eaten some amazing food at the hotel, and had some fabulous spa treatments. Thank you Congham for giving me, my new husband and family special memories. We shall be back!

Good service, good spa. Probably more of an adults place, but children were accommodated. Lovely setting, well maintained and decorated. Smart without being stuffy.

Had a lovely evening stay here as a couple. Impressive room, very comfortable facilities and the spa was great. We enjoyed the Sunday special deal, which included cream tea, bubbles, a 3-course meal and a full English which were all very tasty. Friendly staff, couldn’t fault anything we would highly recommend it!

Perfect spa day! Congham Hall is the perfect choice for a spa day; incredibly reasonable, excellent food and impeccable service from staff in both the hotel and spa. The spa facilities are fantastic and the outdoor hot tub as the cherry on the cake. With two saunas, a steam room and experience showers you can't go wrong here. The treatments themselves are brilliant with attentive and experienced therapists. I can't recommend a trip to congham enough.

Absolutely brilliant! Hotel, restaurant, spa and grounds all are amazing. Tennis court and trampoline we really enjoyed. The best part are the staff, extremely helpful and welcoming.

Great experience. Just stayed for one night after our wedding for dinner, breakfast and full use of spa facilities. Was given a free upgrade on room as we were newly weds which was a nice touch. Everything was top notch couldn't fault anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Treatment was great I had a back massage, sometimes the pressure was hard but felt amazing after. Three course meal was OK. It wasn't amazing but nice. Gutted they didn't have steak on the menu. We ordered breakfast in bed for the morning and had a full English. Little disappointed with the breakfast as the portion was really small. Over done poached egg, 2 bits of bacon, 1 sausage, 1 tomato, 2 mushrooms and black pudding. A glass of Sauvignon blac was £10.10 it was OK. The staff were absolutely superb, very attentive and quick. Especially Chloe thank you. I would stay again but I don't know if I'd pay £339 for a night.

I came here last week for my birthday, me and my partner had afternoon tea and it was lovely! The food and drink was amazing, the staff were so welcoming and polite! The hotel is very clean and well looked after! The gardens and outdoor area is beautiful, we enjoyed looking around the herb gardens after our lovely afternoon tea! They even bought out a cake and a candle for my birthday which I thought was lovely! Would definitely recommend visiting, you will be amazed and well looked after!

A true hideaway delight. Down a long country road in North Norfolk not far from Sandringham and Kings Lynn Congham is a handsome Georgian Hall tastefully and thoughtfully converted to a modern hotel and Spa. Food is creatively cooked using local ingredients, many herbs/fruit and veg come from their own gardens. Good afternoon teas and an excellent wine list and cocktails. Many terraces and bars/lounges (the Library is a perfect place) to have them. Gracious staff who go the extra mile and all the Spa therapists are excellent. Treatment rooms and lounge area are very good as is the large pool, steam rooms and small hot tub. Little things like free newspapers, windscreen wash overnight and fresh flowers everywhere. It won't break the bank either as there are some good deals available. All the rooms are different and spotless. Recommended!

Stayed here on a Sunday night after using the spa facilities in the day. Really beautiful hotel and location. The evening meal was lovely, as was the breakfast room service, which we ate outside in the lovely courtyard attached to our room. Not only can we recommend, we'll definitely be back!

Stayed for four nights and in summary a wonderful hotel and spa. Restaurant did lack some attention to detail (toast and bacon almost raw, risotto with far too much salt, even the chef agreed! ) but the staff were attentive and helpful and quickly put things right. Thoroughly recommend!

I Have just arrived home from a surprise weekend stay at the lovely congham hall. What can I say. Apart from 5⭐️. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who couldn't do enough. The room was clean, spacious with an amazing view. The three course evening meal was so good my mouth is watering just thinking about it, the services top notch. Along with the breakfast. But I think all the little extra things make this hotel amazing. Walking boots available in case you wish to choose one of the three planned country walks. Tennis courts, rackets provided, pitch and putt, extra biscuits in our room as they were so nice we ate them straight away. I really don't believe anything would have been too much trouble for the happy attentive staff. Than to top it all off a spa! Lovely, relaxing and clean. With the best themed storm shower ever with thunder and lightning. Perfect weekend at a perfect location and the most amazing staff. Only tiny negative thing was drinks were very expensive, not that it stopped us! And Sunday lunch was a little bit disappointing, plain vegetable selection and roast potatoes too hard but flavour amazing. Would definitely stay again and was excellent deal for hotel, spa and three course meal. Keep doing what you are doing x X.

We had a half day spa experience, including a lovely 2 course lunch, access to the spa facilities for 4 hours and a 45 treatment. Very nice setting and great value for money!

Went for an evening meal here. The quality of the service was excellent; unfortunately the food was overpriced for what it was. The best thing we ate was their chocolate brownie for dessert; the rest of the courses were merely ok.

The Spar was great however I really dislike places that when booking packages give you very small portions of food when a meal is included in the price! I came out of the restaurant still hungry needing to get some inside me… very disappointed. My view is, go for the Spar but do not eat there, not because the food is bad just because you will still be hungry.

I've just spent 2 days in Norfolk at a Hotel in Kelling the staff never cracked a smile and I felt out of place. On route back home we came across this place, with a spa. With a minor disability (leg in plaster) they were able to find us a room on the ground floor with no issues. Staff and other persons in the hotel were polite and friendly, the staff were always smiling and willing to talk. The hotel is big, bright and very clean. The food is excellent with a great selection of drinks. The rooms were amazing. Right opposite herb garden opposit is he spar with outside hotub. This place is a hidden gem. Amazing, I will be coming back!

We stayed here in August 2015, and would highly recommend it. It's a top class hotel and spa. There are some small things, which you can't help focus on because you expect it to be perfect, but overall we thought it was delightful. Peaceful, relaxing and we will be back for sure.

We stayed here in June 2010 and really enjoyed it. It was a beautiful place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it for a stress-free getaway.
