Such a special place the staff are great the food was delicious but we are bias because we got married there but returned for a stay over Hayden & May get a special mention staff wise because they were amazing!

My husband and I recently married at Inglewood Manor, where do I start…. Fell in love with Manor and grounds on first sight, All staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Wedding planner so supportive, not sure how Cindy managed to calm my anxieties at times but she did! So professional and the day itself was amazing. Staff go above and beyond to ensure everything goes as it should and they look out for everybody. Inglewood Manor has and will always have a special place in our hearts and we continue to return. Afternoon Tea is also wonderful and the staff are also so attentive and professional at all times of the day. Overnight stay with evening meals and breakfast again met all expectations. I can not recommend this venue and it’s staff enough absolutely 5 star ⭐️

What a wonderful day and evening we spent here as a valentines surprise for my hubby. The staff were all amazing from the hotel receptionist — to Steve and his team in the bar and restaurant. Also a big thanks goes to Cindy from the events team for helping to make this happen for us. Your a star chick. We were made to feel so welcome and wanted here from the minute we arrived until we left. The staff were all so attentive helpful polite and couldn’t do enough for everyone and they made our stay as beautiful as we wanted it to be. Me and my husband had our wedding here 5/10/19 amazing from start to Finnish.
Throughout the whole process and build up to the wedding the staff were great … nothing was to much trouble.
The day itself everything ran perfectly, with staff going above and beyond, even driving to a local shop to pick up items for my niece as her baby bag was left at home, and also joining in with the fun in the evening and getting on the dance floor.
Wedding breakfast was amazing, people were having so much fun dancing in the evening the buffet hardly got touched it maybe could of been left out a little could little longer.
The grounds were beautiful, as well as the house so whatever the weather you are guaranteed to get fabulous pictures.
Any newly engaged couples looking for a wedding venue … you have no worries here.

Went for afternoon tea, beautiful manor and grounds. All the staff were really lovely made you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The afternoon tea was delightful everything was freshly made, scones were still warm. Kept coming out with fresh coffee for us which was great too. Definitely recommend and definitely be going back with the in laws next time.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Slightly miffed the till in the bar had been taken away (staff member told me this) at 2210, a full 50 minutes before the bar closed.

Everything about this Hotel is top notch! The staff, the food, the service and the ambiance cannot fault anything about this place. My wife and I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you it’s an absolutely beautiful place.

Had my wedding here and the staff looked after every little detail even when things went wrong they were fixed very quickly! Even made provisions for our Dr who themed wedding! The staff also looked after our guests amazingly! Even with a change of shift there was no difference in service! Would highly recommend them for your wedding venue! They were amazing!

I 100% recommend inglewood manor. Beautiful house and stunning settings. My daughter had her wedding reception there on the 5th Oct 2019 and it was fantastic. The staff were on hand to assist in any way they could, honestly nothing was too much trouble… from a very happy mum of the bride. X.

My wife and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary tonight with a meal in the restaurant. We are so dissapointed! Sadly, the choice from the menu was quite limited and the cost was excessively high for the quality and size of the portions. Gin and tonic was also high and the cheapest wine on the menu was £22 (11% alcohol).
Shame on you! definately gone downhill since the takeover and new management.

Had our wedding here 3 years ago and were treated by my parents to an anniversary meal this evening. Hugely disappointed with a number of elements. This hotel is over-priced and severely lacking in atmosphere. Will be submitting a formal complaint to the new owners BHG.

Clean quite relaxed atmosphere, lovely grounds large patio Area, ideal for functions all of the hotel can be hired, waiter service excellent.

Beautiful place, food and staff are outstanding. Our waiter Will was lovely, he couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely visit again!

Last week we held our daughters wedding reception at Inglewood Manor — an absolutely stunning venue. We cannot speak more highly of Martin and his staff who looked after us on the day. The food was excellent and service was exceptional. We have had a lot of feed back from our guests most of whom stayed the night and have heard nothing negative. Thanks to Joanne for making our arrangements and thank you Inglewood for giving us a brilliant day. Can't recommend this place enough.

Can not recommend this hotel enough. We stumbled across Inglewood manor by complete chance when my partner and I booked another hotel and the service and room was disgusting, we looked online and managed to get the last room available for the night. From the moment we arrived the service and hospitality was unquestionable the best I have experienced. Staff went the extra mile showing us around offering as much help as possible to put us a ease with being on the last minute from previous let downs. Staff are polite. The room was extremely clean. We hadn't eaten and offered to cook. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and a pleasure to wake up and look out the window too. I WILL be back. I truly feel we have found a hidden gem! 5***** BRILLIANT AND THANKS AGAIN.

I am a cake supplier and they lost my cake stand the morning after the wedding. I was told that it was either lost or binned and for some reason, that was a valid excuse to them. Nothing offered to resolve the issue either… and I’m still without a cake stand which has impacted another wedding order.
I’m still waiting for a valid excuse on how a cake stand can go missing in 24 hours… sorry, not sorry.

Absolutely stunning grounds, beautiful hotel, affordable luxury, we had a truly amazing stay. I would recommend it this hotel for a wedding it would be perfect. Staff fantastic, food delicious, it is amazing. Would be great for team building events too, so close to Chester and ellesmere oort and small function rooms for booking individual entertainment for your group. I am definitely returning!

We got married on the 4th July and we decided to stay at inglewood manor to get away for a few days. I'm so glad we did. It was really lovely. The room was really comfy, the staff were really helpful and the food was delicious. We would reccomend it to anyone and we are definatelu going back.

Had a wonderful mini break at Inglewood Manor. A hidden gem in every sense. Gorgeous hotel. We stayed in an executive room and it was spotless and beautifully decorated with a stunning view over the grounds… Food was 5 star. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Manor and we were impressed with the very high standard of the food here. Faultless. We also had guests join us for afternoon drinks and snacks and again the food and service top class. The staff were so welcoming and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return.

Attended as a wedding guest. Lovely place! Lots of parking and set in beautiful grounds. If you like rabbits running free, you'll like Inglewood Manor. Building itself is stunning and the food provided was first rate. My main reason for not giving 5 stars was that at a private wedding event with over 100 guests, at times there was just 1 member of bar staff = long wait times.

From the moment we drove up the drive the manicured lawns were breathtaking. We arrived and were greeted by an immaculately dressed receptionist. Our room was beautiful and in the morning we enjoyed a hearty (vegetarian) breakfast. As I was driving home when I received a call, I had left my rings in the room. The receptionist informed the agency who I had booked with that they would be kept in the safe. Everyone we came in contact were ready with a smile, and all completely professional, from the chambermaids to the waitresses. I couldn’t recommend Inglewood enough. We will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed a weekend here. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Great food, reasonable prices. Comfy lounges, great service.

We had a Delicious Afternoon Tea served by our very polite Waitress and were given the option of dining in the Restaurant or on the Terrace, in the sunshine. The sandwiches and large cake selection we had was tasty and filling, while a glass of Prosecco helped to wash it all down nicely. Great value, service and location — will always recommend.

Authentic period hotel with beautiful grounds, we didn’t stay. Weren't really made to feel welcome? Just popped in for a midday meal, immediately told we'd have to book the day before as everything is cooked fresh? Aren't most quality restaurants? It was a toss of the coin for 3 or 4 stars.

Great staff, small restaurant so when I stayed I couldn't get a table as was full. This was fine as I could still eat in their lounge area from the bar menu. I only had a sandwich and chips so can't comment on their full menu. Chips were home made and very nice. I had a prawn sandwich which was disappointing as all I could taste was the over powering sauce but hey, it was just a sandwich and no one died. My room was outdated but the style of decor was in keeping with the character of the building. Overall it was a pleasant stay but didn't have the wow factor I had kind of expected.

Dear Reception,
I am extremely disappointed with the situation I was left with on Saturday 3rd March 2018, as myself and 3 others (including a child) had booked an afternoon tea at Inglewood Manor for my aunties 60th birthday. I have been there before and highly recommended it to everyone and my daughter was so excited about trying the child's afternoon tea only to be told on arrival that we didn't have anything booked and furthermore couldn't accommodate us as the Manor had been booked by a wedding! Upon checking their bookings, I was told that I'd actually booked it for Tuesday 3rd April, really! Surely they could see that this was an error from whoever had taken the booking over the phone! There wasn't any apology from the staff there and I was asked if I wanted them to ring around to find somewhere else at which point I agreed as needed a special treat for my auntie's birthday but was just very frustrated and disappointed with the whole level of customer service! I managed to arrange an alternative afternoon tea myself as we were all stood in the reception amongst the wedding party feeling particularly uncomfortable and starving! I understand that mistakes happen but to receive no apology from any member of staff and to be told that I'd booked it for a different date was completely unbelieveable. Maybe in future you need to send booking confirmation emails out to people so that they can check what has been booked.

Really good venue for a wedding. Staff all friendly and accommodating. Beds super comfortable and supportive. Lovely surroundings and the manor itself has been really well maintained, so still bag loads of grandeur. Personally I wasn't particularly impressed with the food but everyone else seemed to enjoy it just fine, and the Inglewood Ale available at the bar certainly made up for that anyway.

Good experience overall, arrived very late & shown straight room which was very comfortable. Slight issues where no heating in the morning & the time it took to get initially served at breakfast. A lovely hotel, tucked out the way & with a few minor improvements would be fabulous.

Would highly reccomend this venue to any Brides/Grooms considering getting married or holding a reception here!
I decided to book & plan a wedding in the space of 4 months and it couldn't have been anymore perfect.
From our initial meeting with Joanne… to dealing with Jo/Matt. Then having Martin make sure our day ran smoothly from start to finish.
Ourselves and alot of our guests chose to stay at the hotel 2 nights, and breakfast was outstanding both mornings!
In terms of our big day the staff/waiters/managers were absolutley amazing!, all of our guests commented on our venue, food & the politeness of all staff at Inglewood manor… also the bridal suit (oak room) was absolutley gorgeous!
So if you are considering booking your wedding here meet the team and you will not be disappointed! Thanks again guys we had a brilliant day!

Went today for the wedding fair. A lovely manor set in beautiful grounds. The perfect setting for a wedding. The staff were very friendly and informative well worth a visit. Wedding being booked for February 2019.

Beautiful hotel in stunning gardens. We heard owls calling from nearby woods which was fantastic. Great food, though pricey. Helpful friendly staff. We stayed to relax after Christmas and have some time on our own, this hotel was perfect for that. Would recommend a stay there to anyone. We booked a small double room, cost only £55 great bargain. We went for Christmas day lunch. We were visting Wales and needed somewhere to have Christmas day lunch and I am so glad I pick here. The welcome was very friendly and welcoming we had 6 courses and the food was lovely and the service was good very friendly staff. I don't know what the rooms are like to stay in but bet they are very good. Thanks for making our Christmas day lunch special. Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all the staff.

Really like this place. Lovely grounds too. Don't know what it is like to stay here but the restaurant is very good. Recommended it to family and friends who have been a few times now. Set three course lunch available throughout the week at a reasonable price. Afternoon tea looked really nice and you can buy gift vouchers for various prices.

Lovely location. Easy access to Chester, Liverpool and Cheshire Oaks. Roomy rooms. Warm and friendly staff.

Visited the hotel for a wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, lovely building and grounds. The food served for the wedding breakfast was extremely good. The only downside was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar.

Lovely hotel in stunning Surroundings. Attended a wedding there yesterday. Very helpful friendly staff nothing was to much trouble for any of them. Rooms were decorated beautifully for the occasion. Would definitely recommend this place for any special occasions. Would be good if they had spa facilities as it's very close to my home and I would visit more.

Have been here for two weddings. Absolutely beautiful venue. Hilarious staff while still being respectful, had a long and highly entertaining conversation with John at the bar.

Drove up through a nice long drive past pond and gardens turns into a stunning view of Tudor old house and lawns. Walking in through the thick oak doors to an open fire, dual stairs and open rooms showing how life was in opulent Tudor Britain x.

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately there was a wedding on during our stay which we were not informed about. Music from the wedding meant it was difficult to get to sleep. Apart from wishing we had been advised and perhaps located in an room further away from the wedding we could not fault the place. Beautiful building and grounds, definitely ideal for a wedding but make sure if you are staying for any other reason you check if there is a wedding on and if so ask for a room on the right-hand side of the hotel away from the bar area which is used for weddings.

We were here for our friends wedding and the place is beautiful. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Although we usually prefer more modern styled rooms, the rooms here are still great and go with the overall style of the place.

Had a fabulous one night stay at Inglewood Manor. We had our room upgraded on arrival and when they found out it was my birthday, gave me a card. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. Will recommend to all my friends.

Lovely building and quiet unassuming staff. No real connection or atmosphere though.

Abysmal size room, poor service, lying staff. Had a terrible stay in the hotel, boxed up in a small room that was way below expectations, bed was uncomfortable, I barely fit in the shower. We went for a meal in the restaurant, waited around for a table, food came out cold/wrong, 3/4 waiters did not pay any attention to us, the final waiter was the friendliest of the lot, turned out he was the chef filling in as a waiter. When we came to complain about the room and service we were offered a refund on the food, we were not allowed a refund on the room as it was "Booked through Expedia and we couldn't process the refund ourselves". When I emailed Expedia, I was informed that the hotel was able to process the refund but they had simply chosen not to. Not worth the money, stayed in budget hotels that offer a better service.

Only there for afternoon tea, but they pulled out all the stops to cater for my lactose intolerance. Top marks to the chef and the team — dairy free scones were to die for.

Hired out the new function suite for my 70th birthday family reunion. 35 of us with ages from 9 months to 96. All I can say is that it was superb, good food, attentive staff and accommodated all our wishes which were varied. Excellent surrounding in a character comfortable old 1900 country house. Also used another well known 4 star hotel for a private meal for friends on the same weekend, — not a patch on Inglewood and told them so! (Inglewood was already booked up for this second meal). Will go back without hesitation and I AM NOT RELATED TO THE HOTEL IN ANY WAY!

Lovely location for a wedding. We visited for a wedding in mid April 2016. Lovely grounds, and nice rooms for the ceremony and the dining area.
