A real nice hotel and spotless through out. Nice breakfast. And nice family who run it.

The hotel was clean the food was great.

Brilliant… lovely couple run it, and its first class… best hotel per money in southport.

Friendly small hotel. Pleasant room, we slept well. We enjoyed the breakfast but would have liked to have it a little later than 9.00 on a Sunday. We will visit again.

Stayed last night with boyfriend. We had a warm welcome at the bay trees, the beds were comfy and the breakfast great. We are definitely going back to stay. Great value for money lovely and clean, and the managers were lovely and friendly.

Very friendly owners, and always smiling. She couldn't do more for us, even waiting for us because we were running late to check in. The room is an old fashion style room but with all the facilities you might need, plus it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast homemade style, very yummy. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a lovely stay at Baytrees, from the moment we arrived to a warm friendly welcome from Maria, The hotel was very clean, the bed very comfortable, plump pillows and fluffy towels. Extremely good value, a nice cooked breakfast and complimentary biscuits, tea and coffee in the room. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere, and we will definitely be back!

Booked the Bay Tree apartment for a week in July this year and we were extremely happy with the friendly welcome we received on arrival, as for the apartment we could not have asked for anything more as it was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful 3rd floor view over the marina and sea with stunning sunset veiws in the evening, we would highly recommend the Bay Tree apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Southport. 10/10

Arrived with late check in. Such warm friendly welcome even at 930pm. Great family room with ensuite and tea making facilities. Excellent variety of choice for breakfast and staff always went that extra mile with making our stay as relaxed and stress free as possible. (Not easy with a 2year old but he was well catered for) Will definately stay again.

Stayed in January for 2 nights, the owners and staff are very friendly. good choices of the breakfast. The room is really tasteful and full of little touches. Will come back again.
