I really don't know where to start with the reviews for this "so called hotel" it is more like a half way house. We arrived to there being key codes on the door! Which I was told nothing about. We had not been given any code, I called the hotel number which is not ullet suites it is a hotel up the road where the man on reception there had the worst disgraceful attitude. After telling me I need to go there to obtain the code for the door and being awfully rude to my partner on the telephone. Once I got to the mountford hotel this mans attitude was much worse, he informed me he was the manager (how I don't know! His communication skills were appalling. He said I would of had all this information on my confirmation he printed this out and there was nothing stating that I had to collect codes from another destination. If this was the case I clearly wouldn't of been so confused. Anyway on arrival at ullet suites the room was horrific, freezing, nobody there to raise any issues. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off. The mattress on the bed felt like a half blown up bed, constantly sinking to the middle. I would highly recommend avoiding this tip hole. And they also need to teach the man on reception at the mountsford some manners and communication skills.

Worst experience — check in is to be made at a different location, the stuff is utterly rude and unhelpful, the Wi-Fi doesn't work and the location is 45 minutes walk from the main attractions, nearby no open place in walking distance for food or drinks. In addition to all that — upon hearing attempts the radiators make roaring noise that wakes one up at night.

Off site check in (this is not clear on arrival) no reception if you have issues. Says there is internet, but staying on top floor this is not available.

The cleanliness of the rooms was great clean towels everyday.

The worst hotel, if you can say hotel to this. No reception you have to walk more than fifteen minutes to another hotel to give you the keys, are a few nerve …

It's clean. Rooms were wide. My room had only a shower and no bathtub. Although they said there is free Wi-Fi the internet did not work throughout my week end stay. Reasonable price for what you get.

The room are fine. Cozy bed and warm shower. The Wi-Fi didn't in any of our 3 devices. Interestingly, this place doesn't have a staff. We got the door code by email and checked out in the time schedule.

We loved our stay here it was clean and presentable all round. One plug socket was a little on the dodgy side but that didn't ruin our stay! Great place!

Clean and tidy, simple rooms, comfortable bed. Easy parking. No real atmosphere.
