Perfect for a wknd stay, receptionist very welcoming, all attractions well within walking distance, will definitely use staycity again, thumbs up from us.

It was a lovely sized apartment, in need of a little TLC, the bed was soft and comfy, though we had no air con in the room and the living room floor was dirty, but was made to feel welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, everything around. Staff were brilliant, no need for taxis everything is walking distance, a cafe/ breakfast bar next to hotel. Apartment was very neat and tidy, we had a dishwasher and a washing machine for those who are staying longer is handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's exploring the city.

I love this apartment. It really felt like home, it had everything I needed and wanted in terms of bath, shower, big comfortable bed, seating area with TV next to the kitchen, plenty of kitchen utensils and the fridge necessities like milk butter tea and coffee. I had friends over and cooked dinner and the location is bang in the centre of town for going out for drinks afterwards. The only downside of the apartment was that it wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

Stayed for just one night all staff on reception extremely friendly and very helpful, could not believe how lovely room was so clean and tidy filled with every thing you could need for a fabulous price. Will be recommending this to everyone great stay, will be back soon.

Very clean and tidy. Great shower and bathroom facilities. I used the sofa bed and it was comfy enough, although I can't speak for the beds themselves. Having the use of a whole kitchen makes entertaining easier. Would definitely use again.

Excellent accomodation adjacent to the Liverpool 1 centre. Comprehensive facilities in the apartment. Staff attentive and available. Responded immediately to our requests and didn't charge us for additional items. At the price, this place could not be bettered. They deserve all the custom they can get. Well done Kearon, Laura, Emma and all the other staff who made our stay memorable.

Good place for a stag or lads holiday away. The fact that there's an offy that stays open til 3 inn The morning directly across the road helps too!

Appartment was clean and well equiped with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable — the staff too were very helpful and polite — I would certainly stay there again and recommend to my family and friends.

On the upside it was very local only a few minutes walk from the city centre, staff were very friendly and helpful on directions and places to eat. The apartment was clean but in need of sprucing up a bit on the dining chairs as ripped/worn/torn and taped in places, a lot of black scuff marks from shoes on laminate in living area. A little tatty around the door/floor edges in bathroom where casing was coming away. Overall not a bad stay if on a budget.

We use these apartments every time we’re in Liverpool. Good central location and always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and informative. A few of the bathroom fittings were broken in the duplex apartment we stayed in this time.

These serviced apartments provided everything we wanted for a short stay of my family in Liverpool. It is in a central location with easy walking access to everything, lift, carpark onsite and more nearby, spacious rooms with fully fitted kitchen give us lots of space to relax. Beds are comfortable. Some of the rooms are a little small, and while the furniture is all there, some of the flooring and walls look like they have had been a little roughly treated. Also in the bathrooms there are no hooks or anywhere to put clothes or a dressing gown. Apart from that, it is a good value place to stay with lots of space for amount you are paying.

Very comfortable two bed apartment so central we could walk to the city centre in a couple of minutes. We just left our car in Staycity's car park the whole time. Worth the £12 per night charge. Would definitely use Staycity again. Excellent.

Great apartment. Had everything you would need in the apartment. The pull out couch beds are incredibly comfortable! Really good shower and the bath was super deep. Great location would definitely stay there again!

Had an amazing nights sleep whilst in Liverpool watching a midweek game at anfield. All staff were attentive and couldn't have done more for me when asked. Would definitely return in a heartbeat.

The reception staff are helpful as whenever I have a problem they help out straight away. The only problems are the lack of privacy because of the big living room windows, I got creepy people staring into my apartment and the poor cleaned dust.

Stayed in a 6 person room that was vary spacious, clean and light. Great location for the centre and option for late check out.

Very clean, noise cancelling and soundproofing from neighbours is remarkable. Very well designed, only flaw — a non slip bath mat shouldn’t be an option it should be there all the time.

Lovely spacious modern apartment. Clean. Very handy milk and tbags etc. All facilities like being at home but just the two of us.

Great room in good location. Huge 200 pound deposit that will be frozen for 8 days.

Spacious rooms. Great location with parking available for a fee. The kitchens had nearly everything you need. Staff were lovely and happily looked after our bags too which was great.

We are on night 2 of our 3 night stay. Lovely apartment great and central location. Got here early and staff was kind enough to let us leave our bags and cases here until we came back to get into our room properly. Rooms nice size and it feels nice and homely. Love the large windows. We are family of 5 in 2 bedroom standard apartment and plenty of room… wouldnt mind extending for one extra night full 5 stars from us.

Easily accessible late at night, very comfortable and with all the amenities you would hope for. The downside was the sound of construction very early on the Saturday morning.

Arrived to building works right beneath our window! Lots of it too. Went here thinking we could cater for ourselves as my hubby had been ill and would welcome not having to jump out of bed for breakfast. No chance! The noise started at 8sm sharp. And lasted until around 5.30pm. The first night we were kept awake by a group of revellers at the bar smack bang under our window. Then to be woken up at 8am by builders. The hotel cannot be responsible for revellers. But when I told the girl on the desk next morning she couldnt have been any less bothered. We left a day early as we couldnt face another early morning… guy on desk says… its unfortunate that they are building I know? 2 points here. Let guests know they are allocated a room right beneath a building site? Had I have known, I would have re — booked anothwr hotel. And while im on a moan the hotel states it has air con. It does not! The in room info says they have a limited amount of fans? So if youre hot and unxomfertable. You may be the unlucky ones. Also fire akarm went off late evening jumped out of bed. Filed outside. Nothing was said to us. Same guy as above then wedged the door open and waved us through while fire alarm was still going off. Not a word was said. Stay city. You need to investigate as I would heartily reccomend any one stay clear of this aparthotel…

Our room on the second floor was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The staff was completing a fire drill upon our arrival. Everyone was so kind. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me print my Groupon for Liverpool Beatles tour that I booked from home. They gave me excellent directions to the Cavern, and we were able to park our car on their car park. I have already recommend this to a friend traveling in August. I home their experience is as great as ours was. I LOVED Liverpool and it's people that we encountered.

Well appointed apartments, ideally located and super friendly staff. Places of interest are all within walking distance. There is a bar next door called Brunch. They have breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. A Mini Mart is just a two minute stroll away. TESCOS is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The apartment was beautiful, was more than myself and friends had expected. The staff were polite and friendly, close to the entertainment we were wanting. Fantastic place to stay thank you for your hospitality.

The room was originally £200 but we got it at a bargain for £85! Well worth the money, super clean with well equipped rooms, and lovely staff! Highly recommend!
