Really not happy. I stayed here in July, everything was fine for the price. Upon arriving at home I realised I’d left one of my shoes at the hotel, I contacted them and they advised they’d call me back once found. Usually I wouldn’t be bothered really, but these shoes were really expensive and new. I was never called back so I decided to call back myself after sending multiple emails and being ignored. I was advised the shoe had been located and that they’d post it out to me at my cost (which is fine). I was told to email my address and I’d be instructed on how to pay. I did this almost immediately. Cut to September I’ve still not received my shoe, my emails are being ignored. I called yesterday to be advised they can’t find the shoe and that they’ll be looking and a manager would call me back in the morning. It’s now the afternoon and I’ve had no call back. Really not good service. Please sort this.

Excellent hostel for a few days. Delicious english breakfast comfortable room and spotless bathroom! Kindly brilliant staff and of course polite! I'll be back soon!

The location was amazing and staff were friendly, but there was so much noise that you couldn't sleep. We stayed there for 3 nights, and I am not sure if we managed to sleep for more than 3 hours each night. I understand that this is not the fault of the hostel, but is still an integral part of the stay and neither my partner or myself would return here.

We are staying for 19 days and enjoying it.
Staff have bent over backwards.
We are an older couple but have managed the bunks ok. Have a 2 bed room with ensuite. We Have a front room … street facing… so can be s bit noisy late from the place across the road when the smokers are outside but have slept ok. Great comfy mattresses and pillows. Very clean. Love the shared kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, and laundry facilities en site. A lot of other places we have had to find s laundry which has taken up our time and often cost us cab fares.
We have 3 months travelling in the UK and this is one of the nicer places we have stayed and the price was good as well. For hostel accommodation it is much better than I expected.

First time I stayed in a hostel this one excellent lovely clean rooms beds soft and really comfortable staff pleasant and helpful all corridors clean and freshly painted. They tell me they are in process of extending to accommodate restaurant and bar. Location excellent short walk into centre.

Awesome place, the staff are really helpful too, would definitely recommend.

Me and my friend stayed here last week for a few nights and have to say it was great staff was very nice and helpful and room was nice an clean defo wasnt wot I expected when I found out it was a hostel lol very pleased an wud stay again.

I was the first guest to check in on the first day! Lovely clean modern rooms and really comfy beds. We had one of the smaller 3 people rooms and it was cool and quirky how the beds were made. Maybe just a little TV in these rooms would be cool but on the whole, a great stay and wonderful staff also.
