The only thing that is upsetting is that there's alot of mould on the shower tiles thank goodness its not on the floor and no fridge no safe … overall very friendly staff very helpful I would definitely stay here again … well done.

The room was out standing very clean the whole hotel was perfect apart from the food it was rubbish very very poor not worth what it costs would come back but go elsewhere for food.

Just awful! Tried ringing room service for over half an hour! Ended up phoning reception only to be told that room service wasn’t available because they were “really busy “ of course they were busy! Bloody eagles were playing opposite (and they were outstanding) pity the hotel let us down! Don’t stay there! Disorganised shamble!

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Located right beside the big wheel and the dock so well placed for the town and amenities. Check in staff really friendly. Rooms are okay but paint flaking off ceiling in toilets. But okay. 3 folk in a room and given one towel and phoned down twice and the reception staff ended up bringing them. Cleanliness good, very spacious. Breakfast great choice and pleasant staff. You have a lovely city and the folk are so friendly it was like home from home as we are Scottish and are friendly. Car parking £15 pay and display at end of the road. A great stay. Thanks.

Great location, pleasant staff. However my bathroom ceiling in 624 was peeling and it took forever for the shower to warm up, then boiling whilst trying to cool it down. Bathroom aside, room was comfortable and air con was very welcome during heatwave.

One star because… there is no vegan food on the menu! Please add some. The only vegetarian burger cannot be vegan as it contains milk in it. For the rest… great location Good sized room, great fluffy bed.

Staff were fabulous, really pleasant and helpful people on reception. Location is excellent. It's let down by the restaurant, dinner wasn't great at all last night and breakfast was a bit chaotic. In fairness to the lady who checked me out when I made the point to her about dinner, she discounted the meal by 20% which isn't why I said it, it was purely for their own information but it was a welcome gesture. Would I go back? Yes, the welcoming staff more than compensated (and I don't mean financially) for the inadequacies.

Room great, close to city on the old docks, but can’t give more than 3 stars. Arriving by car is unsatisfactory. Where we come from, hotels have somewhere to park — not this hotel. Staff seemed unaware that the closest car park was closed, we had to park 350 metres away after unloading luggage illlegally parked (the 15 minute drop off zone was full and not enforced). The car park is open air and requires feeding coins or downloading an app. The app let us pay by card, then refused access to let us extend the time.
The hotel policy of no unsupervised children in elevators was not enforced. There were a lot of children there for a dance event nearby — riding lifts seems a popular sport.
The desk staff neglected to inform us that breakfast coupons were available — we found out when charged about 15% extra for breakfast.

We just love The Jury Inn on The Dock. It is fabulously situated to access all the close amenities in Liverpool and close to fabulous bars and restaurants. The staff are lovely and friendly and the bar always has a buzzing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast provides an excellent choice of hot and cold food and very plentiful. If you are looking for and exceptional nights sleep in a comfy bed, a hotel close to all amenities and surrounded by good quality restaurants and bars and provides a great breakfast we would definitely recommend The Jury Inn. Great hotel at a great price.

Can't really fault the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and of excellent size. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend being able to pay for room service with a cars would be nice and convenient.

Perfect location, clean hotel. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Beds bit too soft. But for one night no complaints!

We stayed there some years ago as it is a stone's throw from the Echo arena. Wasn't cheap but was convenient and the room was airy and had good beds. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. We enjoyed our one night stay. It is a taxi ride from the station so not sure where we would have parked because of the proximity to the arena.

Nice hotel, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is definitely worth the price. Matresses not too soft, though they could be a little softer. Would definitely return here.

I only visited Jury's Inn Liverpool to use the restroom and refreshment facilities. Toilets are very clean and modern and staff are polite and friendly. If I was to stay in Liverpool overnight, I would seriously consider using this hotel.

Really impressed with triple room. Very spacious. Used room service in evening for food… very good. Breakfast choice excellent, food replenished very regularly. Location excellent. Would choose again.

Decent size room and bathroom. Tea/coffee facilities available and topped up including free Costa at the hotel bar. Breakfast was also nice and competitively priced. Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. However the best element is the location which was a comfortable walking distance from all places of interest and had great views on a sunny day and at night across the docks.

Beautiful place with fantastic views over Liverpool. Though corporate the hotel is very clean and comfortable. They only let down was the breakfast which was a little Bland.

Good central spot and very clean hotel. Rooms are good but bathroom/shower room a bit on the small side and I'm not even that big! Gets marked down because it was undergoing major renovations when I was there. Be interesting to see how these improvements benefit the hotel. Good hotel for concerts at the Arena next door.

It's a good hotel for beds and cleanliness, location is great. Only the meals let it down really bad if they're busy. The hotel prices are over the top if there's an event but you can get a reasonable price if you pick and choose I cant due to yearly conference. My first 3 day stay price is per night now and I got breakfast included. Can't afford here this year.

Right Hotel. We spent three nights. Good option to visit Liverpool.

This was our second visit to this hotel for over Christmas. We won’t be coming again! The first time, the rooms, food etc was great, this time we had to complain twice about the rooms. We paid for an upgrade for the 2 nights we was staying. The first room was dirty… I had to get the house keeper to clean the toilet because it was filthy. Then I had to complain at the reception because the TV wouldn’t work, the carpets had filthy stains and the dust in the rooms were so bad, oh and the worst thing… the bottom sheet had stains on them, I didn’t notice that till the day after. For a jury’s Inn we were quite disgusted of the standard of the rooms. There were a couple of other things as well. So nope, won’t stay there again.

Really nice hotel located in the wonderful town of Liverpool. Not cheap, but worth the money. Friendly staff: so important.

We attended a Christmas party night at the hotel. The food was not what I expected the starter was very nice but the trimmings on the Christmas dinner were somewhat lacklustre but with a very generous portion of meat and the cocktail sausages were fabulous. The desert was revolting I had chocolate torte which seemed to be filled with salt. The drinks at the bar were quite expensive as all the mixers where bottled so nothing was on draft. A double vodka and coke cost £9.45 whereas at the other bar a double vodka and coke and a single vodka and coke was only £12.50 but you were not allowed to take drinks out of the bar to where the function was. All in all it was a good night but I feel that it could have been so much better with a bit more effort and without trying to rip off customers forcing them to pay more by not providing draft facilities at the bar.

Nice rooms and a really comfy bed in the superior suite. Great view of the Albert dock from the 6th floor and close enough to Liverpool One for shopping. The hotel is also ideal if visiting the Baltic Triangle which is Liverpool’s creative and independent quarter. Lots of secret bars. The room does not have a safe but you can reception for access to one. There’s also tea, coffee and water in the room. There’s also an iron and hair dyer which was useful. If I had one complaint it would be the cleaners knocking on door every 20 mins and if you don’t answer they open the door to take a look. That happened twice before checkout at 12pm. There’s also some refurbishment work going too.

Ok place. Currently going under refurbishment. I had a very good room rate. So no complaints really. Liverpool city centre is awesome. Great pubs. Great bars. If you like Indian food check out Mowgli! Super quality. Great service!

Breakfast was very good. Comfortable room. Very convenient for the Echo Arena. Guests can get a pass from reception giving a good discounted rate at Waterfront car park.

Location was ideal for the event we were attending at the exhibition centre. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy as you would expect. Unfortunately, too many issues during our stay meant we left totally unhappy with the hotel. Check-in was a nightmare, staff looked disinterested and had a stroppy attitude. A function at the hotel had a cash only bar with staff not allowed to set up a tab. Not a great experience.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, close to the Beatles Museum. On the waterfront, next to the Ferris wheel.

Food provided during our event was very good and the conference facilities were also to a good standard. Staff were accomodating and friendly and the location of the hotel is great for access to Liverpool 1 and Albert docks.

Location is excellent, directly opposite the Echo Arena and a short walk from the city centre. The rooms are okay, a step above standard Premier Inn etc. Comfortable beds. The bar and restaurant are average quality but struggle with noise and peak demand. Staff are generally friendly and willing to help.

Attended for an interview, was greeted at the front desk by lovely kind and helpful staff. Interior of the building is nicely presented and clean with really cool lifts inside. I would definitely stay here for a weekend in the future the Albert Dock location was nice and peaceful.

Ideal location for Albert Dock. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms well equipped. A couple of tired edges in decor. If you get a good price you won't be disappointed.

Clean tidy hotel. Competitively priced. Comfortable bed. No where to put own toiletries in bathroom and have to move kettle to use it. Close to ACC and good views over Albert Dock.

Room was not ready for 2pm check in which was apparently no fault of the hotel so no apology there. Room stank of damp assuming because of the lack of ventilation/fan in the bathroom (could see water stains on all the walls). Main room light did not work. Would have complained but was only there for one night so no point/not enough time. Great location but a bit awkward for taxi pick up/drop off, I'd say up to a 5 min walk to get to the entrance depending on your walking ability. Way overpriced for what it is even on a saver advance deal which we got (£150 for one room one night! Albeit a Saturday). Also the beds are strangely short. I'm 5ft 6 and my feet were pretty close to the end.

Overall very nice, well run hotel. The rooms are adequate and comfy with all essentials. The communal areas could benefit from some more complementary services such as tea and coffee. There are coffee only machine but rarely filled and never any milk about. Considering how busy it was when we stayed, the staff coped with ease even though they were working very hard. Bedrooms are well sound proofed and effective thermostatically controlled air conditioning. Breakfast is everything you want buffet self serve and is very good.

Hotel was great, location was amazing, the room was very comfortable. My only issue was I had no milk in my room with the coffee making facilities. When I asked reception for some they said they would send someone up with some and that never happened.

Three other colleagues stayed at the Jury's Inn and we all had different issues. One had limited hot water, the other had defective air conditioning unit. For me, I had a sink that would drain so slowly it actually resulted in hair from previous guests washing back up. The room itself is unspectacular, the doors do not have soft close mechanism so result in guests slamming at all hours of the night. The decor of the lobby area and restaurants look dated.

I've stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions now and would stay again. Price is reasonable generally, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The hotel is modern, clean and bright, everything you would expect really. It's situated right in the docks so ideally placed if you're having a night out arround there. Parking wise I park at the convention centre next door overnight and with the discount it came to £11. Room was fine, spacious and had a view of the dock.

This hotel was quite nice. Located practically on the dock, it has a couple of restaurants and shops right next to it. After your standard ships have closed, however, the closest convenience store is about a 15 minute walk away. Staff is helpful and the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items.

Really nicely fitted and clean rooms. Good value for money. Just had a few issues with our key cards not working but reception staff were super friendly and resolved this quickly. Location couldnt be better for Albert Dock attractions and for shopping.

Had a great stay here at the Jury's Inn, Check In was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the Liverpool wheel. Location is great to explore the city and the Albert Dock and if you're going to the Echo Arena it's right next to it! I would stay here again in the future.

The room was very satisfactory, clean and tidy. Couldn't moan. The hotel is in the heart of Liverpool. Lots of things to do and places to eat, only a stone throw away.

The hotel had recently refurbished, I was staying in the executive level. The room was well decorated and the bed was very comfortable, sky TV was also available. I cannot comment on the food as I was dining out however I would stay there again.

Fantastic staff, comfy room and bed… just missing a safe in the room. The position is excellent though. I'd definitely stay here again.

I wasn't impressed with the standard and would have liked the staff to be more helpful. I'm not sure I will be returning anytime soon.

Really nice rooms (very spacious). The bar area is really nice and relaxing and it is really close to the city centre but far away enough that there is no loud noise from traffic etc.

Nice and tidy but the restaurant there is poor service wait a lot for meals and drinks others had the same. Staff in restaurant forget a lot and to busy talking. But the rooms are tidy. So wouldn't recommend eating in there for the prices they charge too and poor service.

Thanks for the great work you have done by repairing my wheelchair. Without your help we can not continue our journey. Thanks for the staff especially to the receptionists and maintenance staff.

The service at this hotel is very bare bones for its price, the sheets in the bedroom never got changed while I was there. Its bland and lacks personality. Apparently they only change sheets every 5 days. I wouldn't use it again.

Always excellent service. Stay here every year visiting relatives and we've never (touch wood) had a bad experience. Excellent location. Amazing breakfast.

Decent place to stay in Liverpool, close to the Echo Arena, Albert Docks and 10min walk to the main shopping streets. Room: all you would expect and hope for in a mid-range hotel. Breakfast: all the usual suspects, with a reliance on "grilled" English breakfast.

Good sized rooms which are really soundproofed. Very comfy bed and a reasonable shower. Would stay there again, but would avoid the bar downstairs as the beer didnt taste right. Still that's not too much of a negative point as there are lots of good bars and restaurants nearby.
