Nice local place, only a few minutes from the City Centre (£5) in a taxi. Its the same to Anfield Stadium. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great. Better off calling and booking directly as it is cheaper, I was talking to Kevin who is the owner and he gave us a great discount. Will be back again! hopefully soon :)

Stayed here for 2 nights for the grand national weekend. I knew it was a fab place to stay as I've stayed here about 10 years ago. Still fab and excellent customer service the owner Kevin couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are lovely and cosy and very clean. Lovely little touches like free bottles of water and cans of cola too. Only about £4 into town for a taxi. Nice little retail park close by with Sainsbury's subway b&m and Greggs. Would definately stay here again.

Clean. Incredibly comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and Kevin, the manager, was an absolute star. Very warm, friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, good strong hot shower, good breakfast and the pub next door is a good crack! Had a great stay all round.

Great place, room clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend, convenient location for the football.

A pub, that sells cans, is not a good thing, but it is a great bed and breakfast.

Good drinks prices, friendly staff and very clean. Sadly it's Scotland roads last pub but it is great place.

No car park had to park at here by petrol station were you get charged a few quid for the night. Hotel not easiest to find. Reception is nice then you go to you rooms first was a colleagues room on the first floor. Twin room very dated and no bathroom. The bathroom was at the other end of the hall. My room on the second floor was a triple. Big room very dated aswell but with ensuite. Single pain glass window which over looked the dual carriageway so very noisey. Two window one with a blind one with a curtain. Owner was very nice he also owns the pub next door which was a good laugh with some rather drunk locals. Good English breakfast in the morning in the hotel "restaurant" which was actually the back of the pub next door. Entertaining stay for one night would not want to do it again. P. S they had just started refurbing some of the rooms which could only be a good thing.

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend inspite of the noisy traffic cos' the place is cozy, good breakfast:) The staffs and owner are so pleasant and very hospitable… Thanks so much.

Old bed and breakfast hotell. Next door a pub with a lot of thirsty men and women. Lovely owner, who is a Liverpool supporter. Decent rooms, but noisy traffic. Thin walls between rooms can make the stay noisy if right neighbors. Good english breakfast. 30 min walk to center. 25 min walk to Goodison Park.
