Great set up but need more bar staff on match day.

It’s an all round great atmosphere in the place and the staff are very professional and friendly.

Excellent friendly service made us feel very welcome.

We have are wedding party here 2 days ago and I can honestly say the staff were amazing they were fab with all the kids. We all had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your parties the marquee is huge. Thank you for such a great service. We will be back for more parties 🎉

Iv stopped overnight here with my wife twice and also been to many boss nights. We travel here from our home in stoke because its a very friendly place and atmosphere is great. Peter and Alan who run the hotel are fantastic people and very friendly and accommodating and we have become friends with them. I recommend this hotel as the best in Liverpool. Had a fantastic stay at the hotel, awesome welcome, friendly staff, nothing was a issue, very clean all round great rooms, just a stones throw from Anfield stadium, great beers in the bar, will definitely be back from Australia to stay here my next game, thanks all for a great stay, Adrian.

If you love LFC. This is the place to stay 5 star. Highly recommend.

Stayed for a stag weekend, good for a big group. Rooms were ok but water pressure was terrible in the showers and hot water ran out. Communal spaces were reasonable. Calling it a hotel is a bit rich, it's a guys big house been converted into a glorified youth hostel. Weird having the house keeper knocking around the whole time too. Wouldn't book for anything other than stag/hen do.

Exellent service rooms were very clean… reasonable priced… thank u to warren and his staff for everthing… and the lovely lady for making us a milky cofee.

This place has brilliant kind staff and its right beside anfeild and has free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is acceptable albeit not finished! This didn't bother us to much but would of been nice to of been informed before we got there. The decor is, er well shall we just say a little made in Chelsea. Lots of black and white and leather, lots of leather. The showers didn't work in some rooms and the rooms that they did they would run hot and cold. Overall our stay was good but not the luxury accomidation it portrays in its advertisment.
