Absolutely disgusted with my stay! No air-conditioning afew toilet roll between 11 people no hand wash (have reported to environmental health due to covid19) rooms smelt, carpets sticky an no shampoo, only cold water from the shower plus full of mould then when I thought things couldn’t get any worse they withheld £100 of our deposit stating we caused damage to the shower tray! The image they sent me was of an old crack which they probably had stored on their phone as that too had mould in it. I inspected the whole place before leaving and only leaving rubbish in bags for them to dispose of! I would rate my stay — 100

Lovely apartment. Staff were brilliant we had a great time for my 13 year olds birthday. Many thanks will definitely book again.

I want to make a complaint as I am not happy with anything what so ever! … so I came from Dublin to come over for my cousins birthday to stay in a hotel the date I stayed was the 31st of July and there was 11 people that stayed bare in mind a person unfortunately left as they couldn’t stay on the ‘sofa bed’ as it was so sticky so then came to 10 people staying from the rules you had to keep it down from 1am which is fair enough I went down stairs to ask for toilet roll (as they only gave us 5 in total for 11 people) to find out that they had none left as the fella said (we don’t have any left because the girls have been getting sick and took the rest of the toilet roll) which then lead us to all to unfortunately use napkins of are own!
