The rooms are nothing like the pictures. There is no draws to put clothes. Also not enough room to put luggage.

Great atmosphere the staff were amazing and I love the period feel of the place x.

Thank you for your kindness and exemplary service when we visited yesterday after my mum’s funeral. She had visited you for afternoon tea as a celebration a couple of years ago so we felt it was a fitting reminder of a happy time to pop some corks and have afternoon tea whilst reliving some of our memories. From the initial enquiry with Gemma to the delicious food and attention on the day with Sasha. Our thanks from my dad, my daughter here and all of us for making a difficult day that bit brighter, we’ll see you again as things get back to normal. Highly recommend for service, quality and attention to detail. Thank you x.

We stayed here2 superstar times last week! LOVED IT! Beautiful huge rooms. AMA I gotta huge bathrooms with gorgeous huge bathtub. Towel warmer was especially nice in chilly rainy mornings! Breakfast room absolutely GORGEOUS & sunny bright even in gloomy days! Breakfast was DELICIOUS to be honest I’m still missing it now being home. Staff was warm and sweet and helpful! great location right next to very cute shopping town area. Lots of places to eat and great charity shops! I got tons of great deals! I can’t wait to go back! Will most certainly recommend. I’m a New Yorker and not easily impressed lol.

Just returned from our first visit to Cley Hall Hotel but hopefully it won't be the last, lovely large en suite room, fantastic breakfast and great staff.

Myself, my mum and my Nan visited today for afternoon tea and it was absolutely lovely! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nice rooms at reasonable price.

We have stayed twice and both times have been excellent. Last weekend we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Junior Suite which is outstanding. It overlooks the beautiful garden and is more roomy than most other rooms we have stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is delicious, we will definitely return. Thank you.

Staff were welcoming, helpful when we had forgotten items. The building is beautiful and an ideal location for walking into the town centre. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice and the English breakfast was cooked perfectly to order.
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

We recently got married at Cley Hall. They made our day perfect. They went above and beyond the line of duty and surpassed our expectations. Food was amazing, staff every so helpful and thankfully they had a very well stocked bar!

We chose to have our son's christening party at Cley Hall. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious with something to please even the fussiest eaters. The children LOVED the special children's afternoon tea menu! The staff were welcoming and attentive and all our guests commented on how lovely the room and gardens are. Thank you Sasha and everyone at Cley Hall for making our baby's special day the perfect day. ☺

Lovely afternoon tea at Cley Hall Hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious selection of sandwiches, quiche and indulgent cakes! Lovely friendly young lady served us and showed us around the very beautifully decorated rooms. Can’t wait to come for a weekend! X.

Myself and my best friend went for the Christmas afternoon tea today, the lady working today was so lovely and accommodating. Amazing cakes, especially the Yule Log! We have walked away very happy customers and extremely full! We will be back!

We had a Fantastic wedding here 20/10/18 the Management, Staff couldn’t do enough for us the food was A** The suite was roomy and beautiful the garden amazing and safe it was a brilliant day / night All round would recommend them.

This would have been a 5 star but unfortunately there were builders on site and we were not made aware of this. They were as quiet as builders can be but it did detract overall.

Did not live up to its blurb on line. The staff were excellent.

I recently attended The Cley Hall Hotel for afternoon tea with a large party for a special celebration. The food and service were excellent, Nikki and her staff did a fantastic job of looking after everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect venue for our party and everyone had a brilliant time! Will definitely be back!

Celebrated my special birthday with an afternoon tea party for 26 guests yesterday. Amazing food, everyone commented how lovely it was. Nikki is so friendly and the food was delicious, thank you Nikki and staff.

Messed up our room my daughter luckly stayed with family as no room in our room refused to offer a camp bed or upgrade… overheard they offered an upgrade to others to an excutive room staff are slow and gave me no other option to stay after a 97 pound room … no ice… bed rock solid heard the next door neighbours being sick and to top it all off the bacon to my breakfast was still oinking on my plate the rest of breakfast was decent. Will never stay again or recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel for cold or singles on business. Not much for children and the atmosphere isn't conducive for children really.

Nice bed, lovely breakfast, hotel offers evening meals through some booking companies, but restaurant is no longer open.

It's one of those Hotels you go to and you think to yourself this is a nice place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfy and well appointed and the food is very well presented and delicious.

Never go back there again very disappointed with the service and the attitude we go from one of the owners.

We stayed at Cley Hall for a couple of days in July 2015 and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and really couldn't do enough for their guests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely establishment to anyone heading to Spalding.

The food is excellent both in presentation and taste the staff are very nice, this is my second visit and will be using it again when working in Spalding.
