Perfect place to stay in Central skegness. Adult only hotel, located close to the bars, restaurants and pier. Rooms are fabulous, great interior design and very clean! Would highly recommend, we will be back!

This place advertised parking there wasn't Wi-Fi wasn't working sheets had holes the place was like a oven so hot unbelievable so cudnt sleep never again.

Was very nice well worth the stay but the bathroom smell of drains, the maid left the widows open so when we come back it was freezing and the shower took ages to warm up and the pressure was low but apart from them things it was well presented staff was nice.

Don't know how this place has so many good reviews when the comments book on the way out was so full of negative ones. We took our 7year old and her bed was rock solid like a plank of wood so she had to sleep in our bed, the room next door was so so noisy they was arguing up until the early hours, swearing and shouting I tried to ring reception on a mobile number they had gave us but nobody answered and my little one was really upset and scared we really needed to move rooms. When we went downstairs in the morning to check out nobody was on the reception and when we rang the number again we noticed the mobile had been left at the desk all night with nobody to answer it. When someone finally showed up and we told them all she could say is "you should have called the number" when we told her we did she just said she would make a note of it. Absolutely appaling customer service and horrible stay and looking at the comments book on the way out we wasn't the only ones. Don't waste your money. Stayed at a hotel yet got 0 sleep. Ruined our day the next day because we was all completely drained.

Nice spacey room very clean oh most importantly plenty of tea coffee n hot chocolate.

Nice room, comfortable bed, shower cubicle, and 300 metres from beach. But no breakfast, but has a teas made, nice for an overnight stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It's busy season so I was expecting it to be busy, it can get noisey due to no lift n it isn't soundproof, but overall I really
like enjoyed my stay, the 2 receptionists were wonderful, it was my fellas 30th bday so they held onto a bday cake for me to surprise my partner the next day, whenever we needed tea coffee etc they'd get us sum, we wud notify the reception wen cleaners cud do our room, my only suggestion wud be to provide do not disturb signs. Apart from that my stay was great xx.

Good big size rooms and beds were ok clean and tea and children’s hot milk chocolate were available too with refill everyday.

We booked as a last minute thing. Room was lovely, fantastic views I honestly can't fault the hotel what so ever. My first time staying ere and deffo won't be my last, will be coming again that's for sure.

Ooh, had a beautiful stay, the room was nice and comfy. The lady at the reception was so friendly. Definitely coming back in July. Yaay!

Excellent stay very lovely hotel. However knocked a star off as rang the hotel when I got home to book again for next weekend and was told no rooms available only to find on booking. Com that there are. Havent got a clue why we would be told there are no vacancies. Apart from that no faults with hotel at all.

Stayed for 1 night amazing room was clean and the bed was so comfy the lady that checked us in was so lovely and friendly will defo be coming back with the kids this time thank you.

Decided on a random night away in Skegness. Hotel No8 were soon to accommodate us with a family room at extremely short notice. King size bed and 2 sofa beds for the kids. The sofa beds weren't very comfortable but don't think you can expect much from a sofa bed really and it was only for one night. However my husband and I didn't sleep to well. In the king-size bed at the mattress seemed rather lumpy… possible due to the age of the mattress. The room appeared clean but on closer inspection under the beds were rather dusty. No complimentary shampoos or conditioner which was slightly disappointing for a hotel I thought.

Paid over £100 to stay in this room for one night. Now I cannot fault the room was clean, fresh towels and very appealing however we were on first floor with the room right next to the stairs and reception area. No receptionist at night your left a number to contact :/ I have an autistic adhd child and as he struggles with sleeping the family above were not so respectful. I’d made a complaint about this and was made out to be a liar I’d took videos and recordings as it was that loud. We feel we were let down massively by hotel 8 and will not be visiting again. Our issue wasn’t solved and we checked out this morning very upset to the lack of service received.

Over crowded small rooms. Lots of drunk people outside our bedroom window at night time.

Perfect location very clean and contemporary room. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. No down side at all.

Just arrived home from 2 nights at Hotel No8 and wanted to leave a review to say thank you to the lovely receptionist who got out of bed at 3:30am to let me in after I locked myself out She was so lovely about it and not at all grumpy at been dragged out of bed! So thank you The hotel was very clean, our room was comfortable and modern and we were literally right on the front We would definitely book again.

We found the place nice and clean and comfortable staff are very helpful. Easy access to all entertainment.

NOT A FAMILY Hotel, it was a nice hotel the noise wasn't.

Walked in room stunk of kebabs slept on uncomfortable sofa. But I went with 4 other people and we made a saying for the receptionist when she always said “hello darlings” when we went downstairs we said “Suck my c*ck for a kebab!

The room was clean. The bathroom smelt like someone had smoked in there but that was the only problem. We got what we paid for. The lady on check in was very helpful. Didn't sleep all night because of the guests in the surrounding rooms were very inconsiderate and noisy from 1030pm until 330 am but that is not anything that the hotel could have prevented. Just bad luck I guess that our room was slap bang in the middle of a party. Would return and would recommend. I would just next time all to change rooms if the neighbours were like that again.

Clean and tidy… bit we were in the cupboard brhind reception. … small with a view of the flu from pub next door.

Hotel was spotlessly clean x staff where helpful and friendly x room was lovely with great views x could have done with Wi-Fi and decaf coffee in the room but otherwise I would highly recommend xx.

Lovely place, and the rooms are a good size. The bed was a tad firm but each to their own. Could do with thicker doors especially if you're on the ground floor. But other than that it was lovely!

Great place bedrooms etc very clean. Bedrooms very close together so you can hear the people in the next room.

When booking this " hotel " I saw that is was a up to date style hotel. When we arrived it was OK… Checking in was quick. Lady advised that doors are locked and noone is there after 8pm. Soon as we Went to the room I realised I paid 156 quid for a bed and a shower… When they are advertising for room from £39. My price was Way too expensive for 2 days. The shower did not work properly. Was jus dribbling out. The bathroom door handle was nearly hanging off. And the walls are super thin This " hotel " doesn't do breakfast so be aware when booking. So it isn't really a hotel nor a b&b. Places for breakfast don't open til 9am. If that… So If stayin here take ur own brekkie with you… The 1st night was peaceful. The bed was way to hard. Felt like sleeping on a wooden box. The 2nd night was the worse. Kids runnin up and down Knockin on doors shouting crying it was ridiculous til God knows what time… Sick all over the landing. Took forever to get my son to sleep. Checking out was too quick. I notified the lady on reception about my issues and all I received was Oh. I'm sorry. Told her about the family making the noise an she went Oh yeah I'm already aware of that family… Myself, personally, I work in a well known hotel And our mission Is to make our guests leave happy. Whatever it takes. And I left with the impression never to return to this hotel again. Any complaints they just go ignored. If I do return to Skegness this is one place I will not be booking.

Place was nice but when your on lower floor it was very noisy when people above you.

Got to be the worst hotel ive stayed in at Skegness, Paid £117 for 2 nights and no breakfast, it should be advertised that they don't provide, had I known this I would not have booked. To brag about having wooden floors is not a selling point it only amplifies any movement throughout not that it mattered my room opened out to the reception area anyway, never again.

Hotel is amazing for value reasonable sized room for two prime location in the heart of skegness love the place the hotel is one of only one other place I've stayed which is butlins but the hotel I've enjoyed more.

Very modern and clean rooms with plenty of space, with easy facilities to use such as the kettle, hairdryer, and shower. The only issue that I encountered was that the towel rail in the en suite bathroom detached from the wall and fell off. Also the the small fold away bed was slightly uncomfortable and hard. Other than them small issues the stay was very pleasant and the receptionist was very welcoming and approachable. Got a great view of the town and enjoyed the stay, I would recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay in skegness. Also breakfast wasn't included, it was disappointing as we thought that it was included in the cost which was slightly high.

Nice hotel with good size rooms, bathrooms are a bit awkward in there design. Rooms are likely to get hot in the summer months as the windows don't open and no ac. Noise levels are quite high as hardwood floors and thin walls in the rooms.

Rooms where lovely decor, spacious and clean but expensive for what they are. Breakfast should b included in the expense. Also iron un accessable once reception has closed and chekout is 2early. Apart from that was a nice stay :-)
