It was such a great stay we had! Clean throughout, with a lovely room, an ensuite shower room with a fridge in the room too. Also, there is a bar lounge on the ground floor. The breakfast was beautifully cooked with a choice for vegans and a gluten-free selection. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We will be going back there, that's for sure.

Second time we have stayed a proper gem of a b&b great breakfast room as all you need and very close to the beach and nice 10 min walk into the busier side of Skegness. Owners could not be more helpful and welcoming Jean Michael and Tim. Booked in for dinner this time good food and a bargain. Booked two more visits while we were here for 2023.

Myself & my 12 yr old daughter stayed here for 5 days & it was an absolute dream, lovely family run place, welcoming from the moment we walked in, Rooms are spotless, & food delicious & home cooked. Close to all attractions, bus stops, food places, amusements & a stones throw from the clock tower shopping area, even my daughter loved it so much she has already asked if we can go back next year, & that is a compliment in itself from a 12 yr old fussy child. Definitely recommending to friends & family who like to visit Skegness.

All in all this was a perfectly acceptable stay. Bed was comfy with good food and the owners were very friendly. My main complaints however are that the curtains in room 5, where I stayed are no where near thick enough, so it was very bright when going to sleep. Plus, while I did get my shower working, there was no point as 1-8 are freezing cold and 9 is absolutely boiling hot. Ultimately though, I had a mostly pleasant stay.

Had a lovely couple of nights at the Clumber House. From the warm welcome when we arrived to the minute we left they made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and had everything you need. Evening food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Nice lounge / bar area with a good selection of drinks which were all very reasonably priced too. We were really well looked after by the whole family and they were so good to our 2 year old, nothing was too much (he particularly enjoyed his piece of cake). Breakfast was included and was lovely and there was plenty of choice. Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the seafront! We really couldn’t fault the place and see why they have so many repeat customers.
