Loved the stay. Nice thick walls so you can't hear the people in the room next to you.
Breakfast was fab 👌
Staff were fab and very accommodating.
Would definatly stop again.

Cancelled on us two weeks before we were supposed to go via a message (looked like it had been typed by a six year old) on the booking website. Said they were closed due to lack of bookings which I doubt as everyone else seemed to be fully booked. Reviews are quite good so I doubt very much they weren't booked up. More like they had a better offer than the price we were paying.
Just managed to book somewhere else that had one room left.
We won't book with them again in case they cancel at short notice when they get a better offer. Beware!

Requested ground floor room and was pleased. Room was very clean with shower. Parking limited and we checked in early. Hosts very pleasant.
Little bit of a walk to main shopping area of you have mobility issues.
Only two concerns was the lounge bar had a what I presumed was a self service but nobody bothered to explain.
Other issue was breakfast, the sausages were awful, white and cheap as was the beans.

Excellent stay. Chantry villa is located close to sea front and shopping areas. The property is immaculately clean. Breakfast was really good and as its served at 9am gave us chance to go for an early morning walk on the sea front. (didn't feel so guilty eating it then). Parking is available at the front of the property which is very handy and alex also let us leave it there fur an hour or so after we'd checked out as it was still early and new guests were not expected till later in the day. Our room was spacious and very very clean. Maybe my one slight negative would be that the mattress was far too firm for me but that is personal choice. Thank you Maureen and Alex for making our stay with you a very nice one and we'll certainly be seeing you both again. Paul and Julie.

A very cozy little hotel. Great hosts who made our room available 3 hours early. Even though the furnishings are not super-luxurious, everything is spotlessly clean and undamaged. The owners have a great, homely atmosphere. Tasty breakfasts, good location. I highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place, it's our third year here and our second time this year. The hosts Alex and Maureen are wonderful and serve the best heartiest breakfast for miles.

Super comfy bed slept better while been here. Breakfast is brilliant very welcoming couple loved it so much staying extra few days. And will defo be back.

Hosts are welcoming and lovely. They were great with my little boy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will definitely be booking there again.

Just had the most relaxing weekend ever with my wonderful husband, breakfast was out of this world, 9am was the perfect time to eat we felt very welcome by proprietors and will definitely be returning next year, we couldn't fault a thing apart from the bed, that was so comfortable we didn't want to get up in a morning, thank-you so much we'll see you next year.

Place is OK but rude staff. NOT recommended.
