Spent an afternoon of relaxation using the leisure facilities — a company day where the men played golf and the women chilled. The customer service was amazing, special mention to Stuart in the leisure area. He looked after us all, nothing was too much trouble for him. Friendly & welcoming staff throughout.

Went for the leisure day in the spa today. We arrived to a warm friendly welcome from the staff and we had a really lovely relaxed day. We had the place to ourselves for most of the day so had a good swim and steam before the afternoon tea arrived which was delicious. The staff (sorry we didn't get their names) were very attentive checking we were ok for drinks etc throughout the day. The discovery treatments were basic but very nice. Next time we will upgrade to ultimate. All in all a really lovely day we would highly recommend. Thank you 🥰

Had a lovely day of leisure and lunch with my friend yesterday. Many thanks to Sara in leisure and Lisa in the bar for their wonderful customer service. We had great service last time too (thanks to the super Sharon) when we went for a fab afternoon tea. Great staff, lovely welcome and service 🤓👍🏻

Second time here definitely recommend hotel friendly & clean and excellent facilities.

What can I say about this little gem in Leicestshire. The reception and bar staff are helpful and friendly. The golf course is in fantastic condition with fair but very quick greens. In addition the food as of a good quality. Will definitely visit again as this is my fourth visit. Would definitely recommend especially if your a golfer.

Very friendly staff, lovely room overlooking the garden, very comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee in the room including a Tassimo, fresh fruit, biscuits, bottled water etc, modern bathroom with nice toiletries, the leisure facilities were excellent, water in the pool nice and warm, sauna and steam room again were very good, the spa pool was perfect, the breakfast was a buffet and had plenty of choice and was very tasty, particularly the fried bread! Plenty of parking, hotel is a good base for local sightseeing, we will stay again.

Myself and my husband got married here on the 19th December. We are so impressed with the level of quality and professionalism in the staff. They ensured that the ceremony & reception room was set up earlier than planned and it exceeded our expectations. The whole day went perfect. Every now and again a staff member would let us know what was going on so communication was amazing. We are so glad we chosen Ullesthorpe Court to get married. The grounds are gorgeous, plenty of rooms for guests to stay. Thankyou!

We attended a family wedding and had my disabled granddaughter in her wheelchair in attendance. The hotel isn't classed as accessible but the staff made it so lifting her wheelchair wherever we needed it in advance! Such amazing customer service! we were blown away by all the staff here!

A nice step back into reality. A few hick ups but nothing that wasn’t sorted by attentive staff.

Visited Ullesthorpe Court hotel and golf club today for afternoon tea and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and tasted beautiful! Beautifully presented as well! The service was amazing and the members of staff were lovely, friendly and very welcoming and we had a lovely time visiting! They catered for my nut allergy and bread intolerance which was amazing! Thank you so much for our delayed Mother’s Day afternoon tea! ☺️

Stayed last night absolutely amazing time reception were fab ☺️ the lady at the bar last night was lovely and the breakfast lady this morning! leisure area was good maybe benefit with some loungers. Food was nice but the prawn cocktail was a bit bland. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant… party night was great as it wasn’t cramped… dance floor was not packed and the meal was lovely. Staff well trained and very helpful. Lovely place great staff my daughters wedding was here in June we had an amazing day we have just been for the Christmas party night only fools and three courses was very entertaining food was lovely good night out with family!

First class service, a great venue in a great location. There is golf, swimming, leisure and beauty facilities available, plus special events. Weddings and private suites.

My daughter's wedding was held there on 21/9/19 & we had an amazing weekend thanks to the lovely setting of the hotel & the wondeful staff who work there & for whom nothing was too much trouble. Just back from a short break at Ullesthorpe Court and we will almost certainly be back in the future. Everything was spot on. Probably the best service we’ve ever received so thank you to all of the staff for making us so welcome & for looking after us. I can highly recommend the homemade tea cakes in the golf bar.

Just stayed here for my friends 40th Birthday and it’s been amazing, great room, immaculate, comfy bed and AMAZING shower. Staff cannot do enough for you and all the extra touches have made the celebration even better. Used pool, quiet and clean, kids loved it.

Myself and my mum visited on Saturday for Afternoon Tea, it was beautiful, good selection of sandwiches which were beautiful and fresh, scones and a large selection of cakes with unlimited coffee, would highly recommend. Xx.

We got married here on Saturday 28th July 2018 and it was such an amazing day. From the minute we booked Helen has been so helpful and Laura on the day. Everything went so smoothly and the room looked beautifully set up. The food was excellent, the service brilliant. I can’t thank every single one of your staff enough for making our day so perfect and magical.

We have loved this place for years. We’ve just had our first visit with our baby daughter and they were so helpful and accommodating with our needs. The place is gorgeous and the staff can’t do enough for you — we will always love Ullesthorpe.

First thing I noticed about this hotel in comparison to all other hotels I've been to is that everyone is extremly welcoming/friendly/smiling and cheerful — Reception staff, bar, waiters and cleaners. The ladies at breakfast were really lovely and made for a good start to my day. My room was spotless and free of all the unnecessary annoying clutter that I would normally have to move to drawers etc. Great facilities, decent reasonably priced bar food and easy to park/access and find.
Will definitely be back…

We recently (9/6/2017) got married at Ullesthorpe Court Hotel, we couldn't of hoped for a better location. The revamp on the hotel and grounds are stunning making for some beautiful photo opportunities, the Blaby Suite itself was perfect for our ceremony and wedding reception.
From the beginning of our 6 week wedding preparation the staff were amazing, ensuring our day was as special as could be. Claire went above any duty she had, reining in our excitable children guests and placing everyone where they needed to be at a particular time.
We truly can't thank everyone enough for making our day a memorable one, the wedding suite we spent the night in was beautiful, the wedding buffet was superb and commented on by the majority of our guests as to how lovely it was.
We would like to thank all the staff who helped, from our previsits in the run up to the wedding, to panicked phoned calls and especially your expertise on the day, it certainly made for the day we hoped for and one that as a family we will never forget.

Our stay was fantastic, food, service, spa, staff, can't fault any of it nothing was no trouble staff very informative in all ereas and the room was fab, we were up graded in a superior room highly recommend.
