Very handy for the town centre & train station, the latter being 10mins or so away by foot. Room was spacious, warm and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and parking is available. Unable to comment on food as did not eat. Would stay again.

Stayed here as part of a coach tour itinery. We were on a bed, breakfast and 3 course evening meal basis. Food in the evening was OK choice of soup or black pudding, chicken or fish and a choice of dessert. Served with boiled potatoes and veg. Breakfast was very good, plenty choice with the usual fare. Our room was a twin on the 3rd floor. Comfortable beds and room was clean. Unfortunately the lift was broken on the morning of departure so cases had to be carried downstairs. Staff friendly and helpful. A friend lives locally and the hotel were happy to allow her to join us for dinner. Charge for this was reasonable at £18.50. We would stay again.

Stayed overnight here not expecting much but the hotel was lovely. Exceptionally clean with really comfy beds. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The food was just a basic menu but was well cooked. All in all for what we paid was really good value. Would stay here again.

As a coach driver stopping for the night…. It was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The evening meal was very good, a choice of 3 things to pick from and the breakfast was good also. Parking is a bit of a premium. All together it was a nice stay, would stop here again.

Really nice, clean and friendly. Come here each Wed for some of the boardgames that meet in the rooms. Really like the chillie and burgers too.

City break with my sister in Preston! The experience was lovely due the friendly hotel staff. Provided vegetarian option for breakfast. Thanks to the chef & kind Amy, to start our day with wonderful smile.

Checked into a hotel for a short break in Lancashire. Found the hotel clean friendly and accessible commute from the to. Has a vegetarian option for breakfasts.

Lovely rooms beds lovely staff just ok.

My rating is based on the fact that this is a 3star hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the town centre. The hotel bar was ok with a light selection of drinks and some terrible contraption that, supposedly, made a Guinness from a can seem like a draft Guinness, which was nonsense! Otherwise all good.

No complaints whatsoever! Staff cannot do enough for you and they even provide fans in every room because of the heat. My wife wasn't well during our stay and they went above and beyond. Even the basic rooms are big with table and chairs. Beds are super comfy. No plastic in the bathroom like some other hotels, bath and shower etc all spick n span. If you need more teas, coffees etc, its no problem. Just love everything about this place, especially the price!

I stayed at the Legacy International Preston on 26th June 2018, travelling for work. Fantastic experience. The staff were excellent, efficient, helpful and friendly. I have a food allergy issue which the hotel catered for perfectly, a huge thank you for that. The room was lovely, clean and fresh. All small additional helpful items I needed (iron, hairdryer), were in the room, which is luxury for an exhausted professional who has to look smart the next morning. Thank yo so much for a great refreshing night.

Enjoyed stay but lose a couple of star due to traffic noiise trains etc. This was only as it was hot and we had to open the window. No noise when closed. Didnt ask for room change as knew hotel full that night. Cant be helped for where hotel placed as it is central. But apart from that was fine. Can't fault room or food.

Great hotel in good location for guildhall breakfast was very nice only problem with stay was the noisy doors in the corridors which slam shut waking us several times would definitely stay again.

Insofar as hotels can go it's ok. The location is about as central as you'd want in Preston, but no pleasant views to speak of. Rooms are spacious and clean enough. This hotel does not have sockets next to the beds, which is rather irritating these days.

Friendly hotel close to the university and town centre. Rooms are of a good size and are clean and well decorated. Noisy busy road behind hotel but can only hear traffic if windows are open. Friendly helpful staff, small restaurant with excellent food at a reasonable price. Breakfast is self service but all you can eat or drink with a good selection of options.

Lovely Hotel and very good value for money, free Wi-Fi and Breakfast is included. Highly recommended.

All the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a family room, number 405. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast, ranging from toast, pastries and cereal to a hot buffet of bacon, sausage and eggs etc.

A great stay in a well appointed hotel. The rooms are excellent with recent refit, iron and ironing board, fans and great bathroom items. The staff are very helpful. I find the hotel far more quiet than reviews suggested. All seems great here and no problems.

Another perfect stay we stay here when visiting our daughter at Uni perfect for all parts of the uni, staff in hotel are always welcoming and remember us every visit rooms are clean and large for the price, always stay here rather than other hotels.

This is one of our favourite hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception area is inviting with friendly staff. The breakfast is good and the evening meals are excellent. Have also stayed here through Superbreaks with a first night meal included. Great value and would recommend to anyone. Prices are very competitive.

Lovely rooms and friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. Only minor gripe is that there's just one lift so if you're on a higher floor and have mobility issues so cannot use the stairs then you may have a bit of a wait.

Very well appointed hotel located only a short walk from the city centre. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfast, and plenty available in the self service. Special mention has to go to the reception staff — very friendly, very welcoming and very efficient. Recommended.

Nice place, professional friendly staff, rooms could be bigger but couldn't they all, however, they were clean and well dressed and for the price couldn't ask for more.

I've stayed a few times and always had a positive experience. The rooms are clean, tidy and very well sound proofed. The beds are comfy and the included breakfast is a perfect hangover cure.

This modern hotel is close to the amenities in central Preston. It's right next to the university. It's a bit noisier on one side of the building due to the road and the railway, however the double glazing keeps out most of the noise. It can be a bit hard to find to start with, but there are brown signs to follow to help you navigate round the one way system. Evening meal menu is nothing special, but the breakfast is a good standard. It is a tall building with only one lift, so if it is busy or even out of order it might be something to be concerned about.
