Jason was exceptional! He ensured we were all looked after royally. We had a wonderful brunch and despite how busy it was he ensure we didn’t wait for drinks or our food. Wonderful service x.

Really chilled out bar with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Nice big bar area with lots of booths and tables, plus big garden with plenty of room. We visited during covid and felt really safe with the cleaning, use of face masks, hand sanitisers and table service. Great drinks and food menu and offers too, like 2 for 1 cocktails.

Great location for the train station. Good staff, cheap beer.

Great choice of Craft Beers, some great local Cask Ales and amazing food.

Staff went all out for the whole family especially the children, the food was great, thank you again.

Christmas Dinner Menu is extremely good value — we were delighted with the quality of the food and the service was first class.

Cheap and cheerful. Cocktails taste like fruit juice. Ordered 5 small plates (for starters 13 pounds) and 4 main meals. Main meals came out first. Don’t bother to go to Norman either!

Love the QST, it has become our local really. The pizza is awesome, staff friendly and great atmosphere to watch sport or just hang out!

The rooms at this hotel are basic but clean. Information about parking is misleading. There is no parking on site. There are several short stay car parks close to the hotel but if you are staying there you would need to use the long stay car park in west street. The full english breakfast is excellent and very reasonable.

Stayed on a Saturday & Sunday night. Saturday there was a disco until 2:30 am and was unbelievably noisy. Yes we were made aware that the disco was occurring but too late to alter our plans. Sunday night was OK and quieter although the road traffic (room located adjacent to main road / traffic lights) & seagull noise did not allow us to have ventilation in really hot weather. We would have had more sleep if we had stayed in the car which incidentally needed to be parked and paid for in the Co-Op car park next door! We would not stay at this establishment again if it was the only available place in the Deal area! Also the basin was cracked, and the coat/robe hook on the rear of the door was hanging off and the toilet seat was not fixed properly. However the shower was OK. We stayed in room 6.

Good venue, friendly staff. Went to watch world cup semi final. Place was rammed, atmosphere excellent. No trouble, really good night. Food we ordered before the game was simple but fine, real ale selection was nice, would recommend the Camden ale. Good night out.

Good pub overall. Beer is good, and there's a decent selection, including some good craft ale (2 cans for a fiver on Sundays). Food is average, but pretty cheap, and has a nice back garden. The front garden gets loads of sun. Kids have to leave by 6pm which is a pain for me, but probably good for others! Lots of TVs for sport if that's your thing.

I had the start of my hen do at the tap and we really couldnt fault any of the staff and andy the manager was so accommodating. Cocktails are amazing food was quick and the atmosphere was fab so thank you xxxx.

Waitress was friendly and helpful. Waited a bit too long for food and when it did arrive the meat was burnt around edges. It is a shame the overall service is not better as it is a great place in a good location.

Two adults, three children, waited 45 minutes for the food (£34! ). Pizza was nice but the focaccias were terrible (cold, not even lightly toasted). Would've complained but after such a long time we wanted to get out. If I'm honest, would have gone to Wetherspoons but it was full. The staff obviously knew how long it was taking for food to come out and should have warned us. They didn't even bother to ask how our food was, presumably because they knew what the answer would be. Either hire a better (faster cook) or more kitchen staff.

Ordered three gin and tonics! They tasted awful! Straight away we mentioned this and asked for new drinks the girl poured ours away and came back and said we had to buy new one! 18.50 we just spent for our gin to taste vile and when asked to speak to the manager we was told we was over heard them being taken away and then refused service and told to leave! Disgusting survive never have we been treated like this we never asked for our drinks to be poured away we just said it tasted horrible. You need to sort out your customer service! It was dead and no wonder! We won’t return!

Went today for Sunday roast and I must say it's the worst roast I have ever had cold veg and meat parsnips were rubbery potatoes deep fried yorkshire pudding well what can I say we was refused a refund I would of had better if I had gone into Iceland and brought a £1. Frozen roast dinner no wonder the place was empty very disappointing will never go back.
