Fabulous hotel with a lovely bar area very clean and lovely furnishings!

Long syory short, this place was dirty, no one informed us that pool isnt working, food was stale, aboid this place.

Nicely refinished rooms and reception. Still the usual weed smokers around what is it with this place, and the room doors are super noisy.

The room was really nice and better than I expected. The price for the King Deluxe Room was reasonable for the improved larger more spacious room. On the other hand the customer service and service I received whilst there was WAY below average to the point I said to my partner who stayed with me I will publish my review of my experience publicly. Including asking for a second room key, which when I got back to the room and had the second card it didn't work, a hotel worked walked past I said can you open the door please and showed him the card he laughed and said I haven't got mine go to reception and get another one then, I said OK then I'll waste my own time going down to reception to get it fixed. I then went to the bar to order some drinks and the bar tender was on his phone and said I'll be with you in a minute I looked at the time on my phone, literally 5 minutes later he said what do you want, very unprofessional service. I then asked where do I get a copy of the 24 hour room service menu he said go to reception. I then qued up at reception for 10 minutes to be told go back and ask at the bar I said I was told to come here he said we don't deal with this. I was then told because of the hotel renovation going on at the moment it was a reduced menu I said OK can I have a copy. Then was told the prices from a computer which I wouldn't be able to remember.

Just checked out from a overnight stay From the moment we stepped in to the lobby everything about the stay was lovely. Firstly the reception staff amazing, thank you so much of making a fuss of my son who the stay was really for! Rooms lovely and big clean! Food was good, all staff in breakfast was so welcoming! Pool was perfect empty at 9am this morning perfect for the 2 kids! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kids had great fun food good locality to lakeside and blue water good.

From start to finish, nothing but bad news this place. Broken heating, broken appliances, no towels available in the spa, was told to go back to your room to get your own towel. Pool was dirty and jacuzzi was broke. Couldn't swim for hair that was laced all over the dirty pool. Staff on reception were rude to our main guest. Pool was left unattended with children in it so he could get some towels as housekeeping hadn't done the cleaning. We had to request a heater that was faulty then had to request extra duvets as room was continuously freezing with broken ac units at 3am in the morning. Beds are solid and on par to sleeping on a bench! anything in our room was either broke or had bits missing, standard hotel procedure was missing. One lift was out of bounce being on the top floor with a disabled guest. Room was not clean and dated. We were offered a free night however will not be taking this up as would never want to step foot back in this place. I will attach photos to this place. Buttons would've been a notch up the scale from this.

Fast friendly with can do attitude staff took it out of there way to chat the only down thin g was windows very dirty even when a mistake was made with the booking they was quick at rectifying any problems I slept well for first time in months thank you will return again in the future with my guest as we both have very hectic jobs and went there to escape everything and relax with a spa.

Old tired rooms, no upgrades despite being diamond and staying here quite often. £5 for parking, breakfast is ok however coffee is poor and orange juice tastes like some kind of mix which has been over watered down. Staff are always pleasant though.

All the staff are lovely very accommodating.

I am a client which has massages with Jas, yesterday I had my first treatment after lockdown. It was amazing treatment. On arrival I had my mask on and I sanitised my hands. Jas was amazing with her new measures in order to keep her clients safe. There are markings in the room. There was a full talk on what I had to do. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. After the treatment I felt like a new person. Last and not lease the cleanness was outstanding.

Starting with the positives, the check in staff are amazing (always are at Hilton) and can’t do enough for you! You then decide to eat in the restaurant and this is where it goes wrong! Overpriced very, very mediocre food (staff still helpful might I add) where the ‘Chef/ food warmer upper’ hasn’t read the same menu as the customer. You don’t mind paying slightly more at a hotel rather than trailing around looking for restaurants around the area but the food (for the prices) has to be good but this was just below par and is putting me off from eating at these hotels in the future (and I’m not even paying the bill) and can order in the same food from Uber or Just eat for less money and get better food.

The worst Hilton I have stayed in.
Checked in and the lights & toilet were out of order in one of our rooms. Staff checked another two rooms — both not in good working order. Customer service not great when trying to sort this out. Definitely not meeting their value of “We will make it right”.
Our second delux room was not delux.

Food and drink is great staff are very friendly and helpful definitely recommend unfortunately our bed was so noisey that just turning over in the night woke us up the rooms definitely need a revamp especially the beds.

I loved it, it was so nice and peaceful I definitely recommend going!

After a very disappointing afternoon tea for my Mum's 70th birthday, where my food choices were not noted, the bread was stale & and couldn't be eaten and they never marked mums 70th as they promised, we were offered a complimentary 2nd afternoon tea. The food was marginally better today but still there was nothing to mark My Mum's special birthday. I am just thankful that this wasn't Mums only birthday celebration as it would have been an even bigger let down. I would not reccomend or return.

Very friendly staff and a good place.

We attended the fairytale tea, the staff were great, the kids food was perfect and suited to all the kids. The gluten free afternoon tea was ok, a scone would have been nice x. The entertainment kept the kids engaged. Thank you all.

I enjoy my visit here with my family. The welcoming was amazing. We were greeted with cookies and went to our interconnecting rooms. Later that day, we had dinner were the service was a bit slow but the staff were amazing, which made the experience worth the wait. The food was beautiful presented and delicious. On our departure, we saw the Sunderland football team. What a great family experience.

Good location for Bluewater shopping. We were heading in to London so a good route from Dartford train station to London Bridge and a short walk to Tower of London. The swimming pool and gym is a bit dated but functional. Good steam rooms. Breakfast was good, £18.95 per person so not the cheapest but buffet style so lots of courses if needed. Starbucks coffee from a machine so better than most coffee.

Great stay! My fiancee was delighted with warm cookies. Night team was very helpful. I feel stupid, because we called them 3 times with little things and Agnieszka was in 3 minutes each time. Spacious room. The atmosphere was great at breakfast and the check out was very fast. Very friendly staff.

Overall positive. It is not a hotel that will blow your mind. But it does what it does reasonably well. The gym, pool and spa areas offer good facilities. The breakfast was fresh and a good selection The room was spacious and reasonable. Overall the hotel needs a good upgrade as the rooms and areas look tired apart from the entrance, which creates a false view of the rest of the hotel.

Just a lovely place to stay. The wonderful staff made sure all our needs were meet and even went above and beyond to send a special congratulations to our room for my daughter who is on a special trip for her graduation from high school! Clean rooms as well as reception area. We were able to eat in the restaurant and the food was fresh and filling with just the right portions. A special thank you to Kelsey for all the effort she put into helping us get around the city! She was absolutely wonderful!

Not a good visit I'm afraid. Went there for an Avon dinner & there were only two waiters to serve 60 people! Our rolls for our starters came 15 minutes after we had finished our desert. The reason being they had to heat up some more but if you have 60 people you heat up 60 rolls? Also the two waiters were not only serving the food but taken drinks orders as well, so the serving of food was taking forever. At one point a young girl came who looked as though she had been on reception! Have been here previously a few years ago for the same reason & can't remember having had any problems, so maybe a one off?

I know it is not an actual Hilton but I was disappointed. From the mould on the grouting in the bathroom and the fact the air conditioning in the hotel room is so easily overwhelmed when more than 5 people are in the room. I know this is a bit cheap but parking had to be paid for… As a guest in the hotel, you park for free but for friends visiting they are charged and there is no obvious way one can say they are visiting and get free parking. I had more fun and enjoyed my stay at the Premier inn — you get what you pay for but when the price difference can be up to £20 a night… I know where I would rather stay.

I only use the Gym facilities and have not stayed at this hotel. I can say, the hotel is in a good location, close to the M25, Crossways Business Park, and Bluewater Shopping Centre. The hotel lobby seems to have been recently renovated and looks clean. The Gym is small but adequate, it has all the usual leisure centre facilities, including pool, hot tub, etc. One big plus is that the staff are amazing at the gym. Very helpful.

The fact I was charged my full stay which then the next day a transaction for extra for £250 card holder not present was taken which when I asked reception a member of staff did this wrong and did a pre auth causing my bank to be blocked and they couldn’t do anything after 30 minutes they finally understood what was happening. As this is a Hilton hotel I would not expect this at all from them and are very dissatisfied. I now have to wait an extra 10 days to get my money what they took in error! And also then received an invoice for parking and other things we didn’t need! Very disappointed and this also happens to my friend — maybe they try this and see if they can get away as my card details were used without permission! Room was old fashioned and toilet was constantly blocked.

Had a great champagne afternoon tea for two. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was really good as well. All washed down with lots of champagne.

Afternoon tea! Although we booked in advance we had to wait for a table to be laid up as they had no record of us booking, however it didn't take too long to sort out. The teas and coffees we all had were good, the sandwiches, cakes and cream scones with jam were all very tasty and all 4 of us enjoyed. My only complaint would be my tea cup had a ring around it so had to get changed and my plate was also dirty so had to be changed which was a bit off putting being it was my 1st time visiting this place. Staff were pleasant place was nice and clean and we would be happy to return.

My husband and I went for breakfast in her birthday. The restaurant host who attended to us was extremely lovely! That 1st time in a long time I have experienced such outstanding customers service. The breakfast was superb also and very great value for money.

Met a client for lunch and was told parking was free for two hours. Only to find a week later a fine from the parking company they use. I appealed and it was unsuccessful even though I paid for the additional parking time! Tried to call this particular hotel, to which there has been no answer all day! They haven't even bothered to reply to my email. Both myself and staff will not be using these services again. Avoid at all costs if you don't want a parking fine. Amendment — The manager did contact me and removed the fine. Just be cautious as the company they use (Parking Eye) are borderline scammers.

Room is clean though it's a bit worn in places (such as a workout spot in the tub). I am not able to reach the front desk the two or three times I've called but I guess it makes since the phone rang constantly and went unanswered when I was downstairs waiting for my ride. It appears they give first priority to the customers in front of them which I guess is great if you are the one there instead of upstairs in your room. Other than that it seems to be a good hotel.

Had my daughters baby shower here yesterday for afternoon tea. The staff was very attentive and friendly We even had our own PA. The sandwiches and cakes was delicious. I did feel sorry for the staff who had to clear up our mess. You know what it's like when 20 girls get together messy. Thank you hilton for making our afternoon a memorable one. Would recommend.

Barely a 4 stars hotel as for room design. I do like the pool and gym so I stay for business. Charging £15 for pets made them loose a star on my book. But many hotels as holiday inn do not charge if well behaved so maybe they can win a star back if I ask and they do the right thing or I only stay for business as its not cheap, maybe overrated. Parking has a decent value for money.

Was here for corporate training so didn't have a room. Nice large conference rooms with refreshments as organised. Staff happy and helpful. Lunch was a buffet style which is always amazing quality. Puddings are also amazing. Definitely recommend here.

Previously stayed at the Bristol hotel which made a mess up and Hilton head office reimbursed us with $200 of vouchers. Went to use them last night at this hotel to pay for our room, only one voucher worked as the other was only available to use in America. The lady behind the desk helped as much as she could but I ended up paying the rest of the room charge myself. Will have to take the voucher up with head office again. Anyway went upto the room, 526, the master suite. The mini bar wasn’t stocked up and found only tea and coffee, no hit chocolate etc. Bed was fine no squeaks like in previous reviews so beds must have been replaced. Only criticism about the room is the bath had what looked like a crack in it, must admit when I pay for the most expensive room, I was expecting a well kept room. Dinner was lovely, the burger is extremely filling and the duck pate is great. The trio of chocolate really finishes the meal off. Bar and evening resturaunt staff were great. Overall there is room for improvement and if I’m to be honest, with past experiences of the Hilton 10 years ago, things have gone down hill and I find holiday inn just as great now.

When you visit hotel you expect to have good stay and if you go to one of their restaurants — good time. Well after few weeks I received penalty charge for parking my car in their car park. Apparently their car park is paid after staying for two hours. This is unbelievable how is possible for customers to fit within two hours. Food alone took one hour to arrive at the restaurant. This location is very remote and no idea why would anyone have paid car park. As well due to being night time there was no appropriate lights to see sign advising about additional payment. Will never go back again and wont advise my work colleagues to stay there again. P. S. Toilets on the ground floor is so old and messy is like going back in time. Well never ever again.

Terrible, this is only one of the words I would use to describe my stay. They had venues going on until early hours of the morning. The DJ had it up so loud our room was shaking and terrible music too. We couldn’t sleep and had people screaming and running down the corridors. When I spoke to the “care line” they said it was till early hours and they where sorry. Disgusting service and no warning of these events. Will never be staying here again. Avoid at all costs, there is a premier inn 5mins across the A road next to a beefeater that is much better.

The hotel room was lovely and the party was really good, the only thing that let the whole experience down was the food. We had a buffet that was Christmas dinner but the food was lukewarm and tasted horrible. The staff were amazing and lovely as well. Had an amazing view of the bridge outside my window which we loved. Overall an amazing place, they just need to work on their food.

Check in was painless, the reception area is spacious and well decorated. The room was big and air-conditioned. Had the chance to use the gym. The breakfast was perfect.

Really nice hotel. The receptionist gives you a chocolate cookie (warm and awesome) during the check in. They treated my baby very well, giving her stickers and free drinks. We had the family room and it was reasonable clean. The breakfast was good, with everything I could expect. They even cooked for us a special request (baby things). The gym installation were great. It also has swimming pool but we didn't try. The Wi-Fi is free, even though they have a Premium one, the free one was reasonably good. I would repeat. Side note: Be aware if you are driving that the Dartford Bridge has tolls and you have to pay it online.

What a great place. Close go the motorway, no noise. Warm welcome loved the cookie. The room was great. The pea risotto was fabulous. Breakfast was relaxed and great scrambled eggs.

Staying here 2 days, I found my experience quite pleasant. Staff as with any hotel were happy to help and always ready to talk to you. There was a mix up with the payment with our room that was quickly sorted all be it frustrating. The gym and pool were nice, I personally didn't like the pool as it was slightly too cloudy to do lengths but the sauna and steam rooms were great. The function room was always busy and made for great people watching. Breakfast was great and made for a substantial start to a morning.

The service made this stay as the staff were fantastic. The rates, particularly for drinks, were very reasonable and the pool was lovely. The rooms were nice and comfortable, although not luxury quality. I was very satisfied and impressed with what I received for what I paid.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Room a decent size but no a/con or fridge. Shower temperature varied every 5 seconds so really annoying. No cot despite being requested. Swimming pool was nice, clean and not too busy. Breakfast excellent. Decent stay but expected better from Hilton.

A great all round hotel with plentiful parking and attentive staff. I visited for dinner and drinks at the bar. The food took a while but was surprisingly good and worth the wait. As expected the toilets were clean and over the experience was good. Certainly the best hotel in the area. Will be coming back soon.

Went for a wedding. Bar service was slow. Issues with the audio at the wedding which was a shame. Food was just okay.

Ideal location, Room's were spacious and comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast was plentiful. Cleaning of rooms needed to be rechecked.

Good place to meet, whether it be for business or pleasure. Also it's a landmark that most know of, or have seen when passing. I live nearby in Essex bur use it as a meeting point for other travelling from Kent or beyond. One tip, extend the car parking from 0 — 30 to an hour but keep the charge as it is. I think a lot of visitors would appreciate it. Just something to consider?

Nice hotel, located very close to the motorway and with a large payment parking.

The venue itself for the staff development day was suitable. The food served at the buffet lunch needs improvement. The salmon fishcakes were salty, the vegetables (broccoli, carrots and french beans) were cooked in too much butter, the beef meatballs were too dry; the mushroom ravioli were on the other hand very good.

Firstly I should point out that our one night stay was a gift from a friend, we would not have chosen this hotel ourselves. First impressions of the hotel were quite good, however the location is definitely for convenience and not for the surroundings, which are let's just say "industrial". The public areas were clean and well kept and the staff polite and professional, if not overly friendly. The room itself was clean and well serviced, though as with the rest of the building it had very little character. We found that everything was am extra (Wi-Fi, parking etc) which pushes the overall cost of the stay up considerably. The room was £89 but just down the road holiday inn express were offering a room with free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast for just £60. One point I should make is that we did not avail of the leisure facilities (gym, pool, sauna, etc. ) so cannot comment on whether or not these justify the extra cost. To summarise; the hotel is what you would expect from a 4* establishment that is part of a global chain. Due to its location I would suggest that The Hilton Dartford bridge is aimed almost entirely at the business market and definitely not the leisure market.

Location very handy for Bluewater and Ebbs fleet International. Rooms more than adequate, breakfast lovely.

Total quality from The Hilton Dartford. Large rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff are friendly and efficient and hotel is in a good state of decor. The restaurant and its staff deserve a special mention. Many hotels including some Hiltons in Spain could benefit by copying the service and management of this restaurant. Maybe this ought to be a Hilton training restaurant. Hot food is hot, cold food is cold. Why can't others get this right too! Well done Hilton Dartford.

Nice big hotel rooms and a great breakfast. The place is fine but kinda plunked in the middle of a business park. The Wi-Fi is adequate.

I had my son's 3rd birthday party in one of the newly refurbished suites… he had a few friends over and they all had a very nice time. The staff were very friendly, we checked into a double room the night before and were to move into the suite the afternoon of the party but the staff (Claire and Megan) were very nice and helpful and they checked us into the suite very early the next morning instead of the afternoon which made things easier as we were able to decorate the room before the guests arrived… The reception we got from Claire and Megan and some of the other staff that were on duty throughout our stay was exceptional… well done guys… keep up the good work… A very satisfied guest…

Absolutely dreadful. I have stayed here many times and I can safely say it's the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. Staff are useless, receptionist laughed at my equiry over the phone and never got back to me, when I phoned back I was put on hold and then put the phone down. Restaurant is appalling especially the buffet. Staff don't every take you to your table. Breakfast staff are better. Don't waste your time.

Poor service and room equipment: — reception staff promised twice to call back, but never did — only 13 English TV channels — no mini bar in the room and bar in the lobby closes at 11pm — for a Hilton relatively mediocre buffets + staff during breakfast was very attentive -no mini bar and bar in the lobby closes at 11pm.

Lovely big room with sofa. Large nice bathroom. And most importantly of all. Costa Coffee down stairs.

Really big family room. Nice big beds. Good breakfast. Pool was fun with the kids, but it's a bit deep. Bit frustrating to pay £4 for parking then get delayed leaving by a broken parking barrier. Fantastic service though.

Stayed for three nights. Great location — near Bluewater and Lakeside. The hotel was clean with large and comfortable rooms but a little bit outdated. Nice spa and pool — never too busy and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff — so kind and friendly. Overall nice stay and great service.

My partner and I recently spent the weekend here and we loved it right away. We felt very welcomed and thought that the hotel was lovely. A very kind Indian man greeted us before he even had a chance to walk over to reception on our first night with smiles and enthusiasm. The next morning was a different story as we went back to reception and had to pretty much get the attention of the British woman who seemed as if she was ready to finish her shift and couldn't be bothered, making me automatically feel like we had overstayed our welcome. The restaurant staff, I cannot fault. They were so friendly and receptive to any questions I'd wish we only went to them for anything rather than reception. As for the bar staff, I would say was poor. She didn't seem to want to serve us in the first place and then when we asked for ice she seemed to be annoyed. We came back again the second night for more ice and she gave us a kind of "oh you again" attitude. We stayed in a double room which was very nice. Our first night we ate in the restaurant there and the food was delicious. The deal we had included breakfast buffet which is just your regular full-english breakfast. Overall the hotel was lovely and I would recommend it to others. Just make sure not to ask the bar staff for anything. Or maybe just ice! ;-).

Nice place with good location. Our room was a great size with comfortable beds. No traffic noise from outside. Spotless swimming pool and sauna. Staff was so warm and friendly.
