The hotel was in very good location I went there in family bedroom which was quite large but not for wheelchair even I been offered another one but only for me which was no good at all and wanted to spent my time with family. Cup in the bedroom was very dirty.

Without a reservation, easy check-in (almost paperless) and even easier check-out (just dropped the key in a box). There's little available parking, but there's a public lot just about a block away. The room was a bit more spacious than many one usually encounters on the island, and I was able to get the room cool and dark for sleeping. The shower had a curtain, rather than one of those annoying glass half-walls that make you exercise greater care with the hand-held showerhead. Convenience. Not so much luxury. Definitely satisfactory.

Conveniently located not too far from the centre. It was generally clean. The staff was polite and very welcoming. It had a nice bar and family restaurant inside and the rooms were spacious and clean. Although situated in front of a busy road, it was relatively soundproofed. I had a good nights sleep over there with no disturbances from the outside world. Will book again next time I visit.

Standard Premier Inn, restaurant and bar ok. Clean and tidy generally. Maintenance in rooms all good, no issues that I could see. Main bug bear for me was no iron in the room, but also no phone so you're forced to go to reception to get it. No tea spoons in my room either strangely. Again, no phone so you would have to go downstairs to get one. Got some biscuits though which is unusual for Premier Inn.

Great stay. Great room, clean and had everything expected. Staff were helpful. Good location and easy access to Canterbury attractions. I enjoyed my stay here.

Nice hotel. No parking… that always bugs me when you have to park away from your hotel stay.

Its really clean, you can get a really good sleep. It is close to the city center. Breakfast is delicious. There is nice staff and the beds are really comfy. Bath tub is a little bit to high.

I loved it here! Only stayedfor one night but the bed was so comfy and the duvet kept us warm all night! The breakfast was delicious and very varied! The staff were lovely and happy to help arrived at the hotel half an hour before check in and staff were happy for us to wait in the lobby (cold outside) and checked us in twenty minutes to half an hour earlier. Will be staying here again!

Great night's sleep! Bed was very comfortable and room was a great temperature. On the fourth floor so had amazing views over the cathedral and a really pleasant surprise that the bar stayed open til 1:30! Would be good though for reception to warn you that they don't take cash that late in the day though. Location is quiet, though parking in Canterbury can be expensive — we paid £15.00 to leave our car overnight in the council run car park down the road Would definitely stay again.

Check in was quick and easy, the spare bed in our twin hadn't been made up on arrival however they quickly rectified this on request, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and everything I had was very tasty. As we booked enough time in advance the price was very good, the location of this premier inn is perfect for a night out in Canterbury, will no doubt stay again.

Excellent customer service. Freindly, courteous, efficient and professional staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Lounge area situated perfectly for a relaxing drink. Price admirable for a town centre. Perfect for a business trip or visit to Canterbury I have already and will continue, to recommend to family, friends and colleagues Thank you for a memorable visit.

Comfortable budget hotel walking distance to Canterbury City Centre. The rooms were pleasant with everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The hotel offered a breakfast/dinner combo which we took advantage of. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very convenient. The breakfast buffet provided lots of breakfast choices and was well worth the money. This hotel was a great place to stay during our visit to Canterbury.

A 5 star rating for a 3 star hotel because it exceeded expectations. The hotel is situated within a short walk of the city centre in a building with no on site parking apart from a few disabled spaces. Otherwise, a day pass for a nearby surface car park can be purchased for £6. The room was a standard Premier Inn room with few frills but was clean and tidy and perfectly comfortable. A small TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi completed the features. No bars of soap, shower bottles or cosmetics were provided but liquid soap/shampoo dispensers were fixed to the wall. The real surprise was the restaurant. Smiling service was accompanied by properly cooked food from a menu that went beyond 'run of the mill'. We had paid for breakfast in advance for our two night stay but also ate in the hotel on both evenings, not being lured out by the multiple nearby restaurants. I can recommend this hotel for budget accommodation in Canterbury.

Great staff and service. Lovely rooms with great beds. The steps to create a greener hotel are brilliant and more hotels should follow the premier inn example.

An ideal location just outside Canterbury city wall. You can walk into the centre of the city and be within the wall in about five minutes. As this hotel is relatively new our room was nice and clean and the restaurant where we had breakfast the best morning was also clean, new and had a great selection. I'd happily stay here again.

Typical premier Inn but great family rooms, and a restaurant on site. Parking a short walk away might put some off but get a voucher and it's sorted.

Good price, good location, parking an issue but there is a car park about 2-3 minute walk. Hotel offers subsidised parking for £6 for 24 hours. Good location however, easy to get into the city centre. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Slight let down on the cleanliness of the bathroom and slight mould on ceiling due to ventilation issue.

We were able to check in using the on screen system in the reception area but still needed to ask about parking and a receptiknist was available to help (and was very helpful) immediately even during our late 10pm check in. Room was very clean and well cleaned whilst we were out during the day, bed very comfy, shower water pressure good. Overall very good value for money, love a premier Inn, slept like Lenny Henry.

The staff were lovely and friendly, any queries I had were answered to the best of their ability. The decor was modern and fresh and is what I would expect of a newish hotel. We felt welcome and the hotel is in a prime location not far from the town or transport links. It's also close to a number of restaurants in the city. A great stay which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay at not too much of an expense.

Service at the beginning was poor. Our check in time was 14:00 and we arrived at 14:30. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to check if the room was ready. We booked two rooms, as we are in a family of 5. We were told one of rooms was ready to use but the other had not been cleaned yet, and that we had to wait 20 minutes till it was ready. We stayed in our first room for an hour and we're not notified about whether the second room was ready. We went down to the reception to ask and they said it was already ready and handed as the key card. They did not even bother to notify us when it was immediately really, acknowledging the fact that a family of 5 was staying in one room for an hour. Despite this poor service at the start, the rooms were nice and the breakfast service was very sophisticated.

Good location, modern premier inn hotel. Comfortableroom, quiet room, good shower as expected. Unfortunately they had some problems with the fire alarm around 700am, which led to the alarm sounding intermittently over the next hour or so. Management were very apologetic and have us a full refund. Standard Wi-Fi is free but very slow, you can pay £6 for 24 hours of high speed access.

This hotels facilities are more than adequate, rooms are big and very quiet considering they are on the main road. There is no parking at the hotel but they offer a reduced price for nearby parking at £6 per day. I didnt use this service as it seems far away and a little expensive. I used the park and ride service which allows you to park for up to 48 hours and also dropps you straight in to town. The hotel is a two minute walk away from the town centre.

As you'd expect from a premier inn. Simple and easy to check in, pleasant room. Downsides, the corridors were full of laundry for which no attempt was made to hide. Also found another guest's used dirty underwear behind our spare pillows in the room, quite disgusting.

Great service here. The staff were able to check us in ahead of the normal time as the rooms were ready early. Warm, quiet rooms with comfy beds. Parking is a two minute walk away at a public car park, be sure to collect a voucher from reception first. Recommended.

Room well furnished, quiet & comfortable. Only downside being no dedicated car park at the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with plenty or TV options and space. I didn't interact with any staff during my visit which suits me fine as we were mostly not sober when coming back to the room. Extremely cosy bed and high pressure shower.

Very helpful staff, spacious clean room. Good food and facilities. Perfect location for access to city centre. Only downside was no onsite parking, however a council car park was only a few minutes walk away.

Staff were fantastic, food was lovely & room was clean. Overall, very impressed. I have always stayed in Premier Inn's and this is by far the best one I have ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend.

Good location. Friendly staff. Food was a bit delayed, but otherwise I had a lovely stay.

Lovely and helpful staff with personality (they dressed up for Halloween). Rooms clean and fresh. Only downer was a random fire alarm which was rather distressing.

We stayed at the Premier Inn, Canterbury on the nights of 15th and 16th of May this year. We found the accommodation and reception very good. On the 16th we decided to dine in and found, that quite unexpectedly, a large party of Dutch visitors booked in and wanted a buffet preparing. The staff handled this extremely well and remained courteous and professional in their handling of a very trying experience. The waiters — Jordan, Emily and Tom were fantastic and Lewis their supervisor managed them in very well. First class efforts.

I would say this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in from the arrival to check out. The young lady on the desk could see I had health issues and offered to carry my luggage to my room. The room was perfect spotless! the bed was more comfortable than my own at home, slept like a log. The breakfast was A1 in quality and the restaurant staff were very attentive. To sum my stay in one word PERFIC.
