Had a meal here. The quality of the food was very good. The ambiance was of a high standard. Staff very helpful and professional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is truly fabulous. The rooms are well presented, the communal areas are light and airy. The decor is tasteful and homely, but most of all the staff make this place. We had the pleasure of being looked after by a few friendly faces for our recent week long stay and they could not do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable, accommodating our every wish and need. The chef looked after our daughter with her food allergies. The bar and restaurant staff made sure to fit the whole family and high chair, the reception staff were welcoming on every exit and arrival and helpful to answer all our questions, and the room was made up every day with a lovely little touch of fresh biscuits too! We really can not fault this place and are sure to return very soon! Thank you guys, made our holiday very enjoyable to your lovely island!

We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very Covid aware with screens between tables. Highly recommended.

We went to the Isles of Scilly for the first time in 15 years! I knew this hotel as The Godolphin as it was next door to a flat my grandparents used to own and was pleasantly surprised to learn of the name change. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and accommodating, showing us up to our room. The view of the harbour and street was just as I remembered! We wanted to stay an extra night and they did everything they could to accommodate us, even moving us to another room. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection of cooked and continental options. All in all I was very impressed and will be back here again next time I can get over to St Mary’s!

My wife's birthday yesterday so booked a table here, service slow, starter was excellent but the main course was bland, needed lots of salt and pepper, great shame, didn't bother with a dessert.

Just had lunch. Well, what can I say? Absolutely fantastic food, great choice of menu to choose from & the service was exceptional. Mariola, the waitress was extremely charming and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here before we go home, a 5 star rating from me.

We only went to the restaurant, didn't stay there. The food was very nice, well cooked & served. Reasonable prices. "Music" was intrusive.

Excellent food and service, offers the best coffee on Scilly's. Food it always exceptionally presented from a sandwich to main meals. Atmosphere is always well relaxed and friendly. Perfect garden to sit out at lunchtimes and enjoy the sunshine.

Probably the best bed I've ever slept in. Also the restaurant downstairs was great. Bad Wi-Fi though (less than 1mbps download+upload speeds) so if you want to send people lots of your holiday pics you might be waiting a while.

This is a very friendly independent hotel. The front garden lights up at night to feel like a sub tropical paradise. The food is pretty good (I'd give it 7.5/10) with some excellent dishes and some less desirable — the scrambled eggs and river trout is an original and delicious breakfast. The staff are very competent and friendly. The hotel is missing a back garden — that would be the clincher for my fifth star.

Everything about St Mary's Hall Hotel is brilliant. Amazing food, friendly and attentive staff, clean and tidy rooms with very comfortable beds. You will not be disappointed!

We sat in the garden for a drink and it was such a gorgeous setting. Beautiful and very relaxing. Lovely drink too. Would love to return and stay at the hotel.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented. The garden offered a perfect place to relax at the end of the day for a drink. We stayed there for 4 nights and explored all the other main islands by using the ferries.

I would love to stay here! I have never been to the Scilly Isles, but they are in my top ten bucket list of fabulous UK holiday destinations.
