Pete & Warren have such a beautiful house, & they make you feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble.
Will definitely stay with them, next time we are on the island.

Salmon scrambled egg toast prepared by Pete is the best we ever had in our life! Rooms are spotlessly clean, have a mini bar over the sitting room corner, daily treats from the host, great location to explore IOW, good restaurants nearby…couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic place to stay, very welcoming, lovely hosts that go out of their way to make your stay the very best. Beautiful, clean rooms with all those little extras. Amazing breakfasts with lots of variety. This is just the best place to stay!

We stayed at Grange Bank for 5 nights in one of the larger rooms. There were lovely touches in the rooms including everything from makeup wipes through to tunnocks tea cakes and sweets! Breakfast was fab as was the service and they even have a honesty bar for guests.

Absolutely superb. Pete and Warren are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and always a service with a smile. Great suggestions on places to go and restaurants to eat at. Would highly recommend staying at the Grange Bank House. We're definitely going back.

I’m not big into writing reviews, but Pete & Warren are exceptional hosts. I’ve stayed in some lovely places but never been made to feel so welcomed as here. Their attention to detail is second to none & it is just the best place to relax. Help with excellent restaurant recommendations and bookings was invaluable, given limited availability. The other notable thing, rare to find in a guest house, is the perfect balance between attentive hospitality and privacy. This was not my first visit and I very much hope that it won’t be my last!

What a wonderful place to stay and we have many many times. Warren & Peter are delightful hosts & can't do enough for you. The rooms are wonderful & the breakfasts simply incredible. There are some rooms available for visitors with dogs & Witney the resident dog is gorgeous. The Grange Bank House is a real home away from home.

Just returned from another wonderful break here. Warren and Peter (not forgetting Whitney their adorable pooch) are the the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly. Can’t do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing and sets you up for the day. I would thoroughly recommend Grange Bank House for whatever length holiday you want. It’s in an ideal location. Looking forward to returning in October.

Everything is perfect here! From the moment we booked: the 2 wonderful hosts Pete & Warren go to extra lengths to make your stay very special indeed. The breakfast is amazing, the service (cleaning, turning down of the bed) impeccable. And the situation is ideal 5min walk from the beach & the town centre rates are such good value, you must try it!

What can I say… You made us feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely your attention to detail and your thoughtfulness is perfect. We had a wonderful 4 night stay with our 10 month old Labradoodle. Peter & Warren are fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their home is immaculately clean & breakfast was of a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Guest House and look forward to returning in the future. We have just had a delightful 2 night stay at Grange Bank House. There is nothing I can say that hasn't been said already. Warren and Peter are wonderful hosts and their welcome is first class. Our room was immaculate and beautifully presented, with lots of extra touches (sweetie and chocolates are always good) :) we would recommend this hotel to anyone in an heartbeat. A great location, and just around the corner to the lovely pink tea rooms. We look forward to visiting the Grange Bank again in the future.

After staying at Grange Bank House last year I had no hesitation booking our return this year. We brought my dad with us this time and stayed in the companion suite. It was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds extremely comfortable and the turn down service is a really lovely touch (nice chocolates). Very tastefully decorated rooms, I particularly liked the giraffe picture on our wall and plenty of wardrobe space. Peter and Warren really are the most ama…zing hosts and made us feel so welcome, especially on our wedding anniversary when they presented us with a cake and card at breakfast. Speaking of breakfasts, superb, lovely selection, great start to each day and cooked to perfection. I would and do highly recommend staying at Grange Bank House to family and friends and we’re really looking forward to returning very soon. Huge thanks to Warren and Peter (and the gorgeous Whitney)

This is the place to stay, not just in Shanklin, but I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on the island either. The guys that run it, Pete and Warren are amazing, not only at their job as hosts but as people. Nothing was too much of a task. They’re friendly, kind and warm people. They made our stay 100 times better. If you’re looking for a relaxing, chilled out place to stay, with friendly owners and friendly guests, this is the place for you. I can not recommend them enough, and we will be going back ourselves before the year is up!

Brilliant stay with Warren and Peter. Such great hosts, they work hard to look after everyone. The rooms were well appointed and beautifully clean. Breakfasts were excellent and loved the location, a stones throw from the old village of Shanklin and a short walk to the beach areas. They arranged our ferry for us and parking at the guest house was well organised. A highlight for me was how much they welcomed our nervous little dog. It is very dog friendly which was much appreciated by us. The honesty bar was very handy and I enjoyed lots of small details such as the chocolates on the turn down service! Recommending it to everyone!

Stayed for a long weekend and it was a great choice. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was really yummy, and finally Peter and Warren were exceptionally lovely hosts. I also thought that the location was very good as it was a short walk to the beach and just around the corner from shops and pubs in the old town. Little touches that I enjoyed were the honesty bar and the way our small pooch was accepted! Totally dog friendly not just dog tolerant! Oh and the chocolates, loved those too!

The hosts are very warm and friendly people. We enjoyed our stay. It is nice warm and cosy accommodation. They serve very nice breakfast.

A lovely Victorian House, superbly decorated and hosts who cannot do enough for their guests. If you are coming to Shanklin why go anywhere else.

Spotlessly clean, cracking breakfasts, splendid hosts and an excellent location makes this place highly recommend.

Pete and Warren are two of the nicest people on the planet. They made us feel so welcome and I can't find anything negative to say about the place. The room was lovely. Exceptionally clean and bed was so comfy. Breakfast was superb in fact I will probably lose some weight now I'm home. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to be pampered (bed gets turned down and chocs on pillow) and treated like a much loved member of the family. Would go again in a heartbeat. Love you guys x.

Outstanding B&B in a beautiful location. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Pete and Warren who clearly work very hard. The breakfast is to die for, especially 'Pinnies' porridge and the beds are so comfortable. A real home from home feel. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful week at Grange Bank. Peter & Warren have pulled out all the stops to make their B&B just perfect. The decoration is lovely, the breakfasts amazing & the beds are really comfy. The whole place is a credit to the owners. I would love to stay there again.

Best B&B on the Isle of Wight. Sumptuous breakfasts, reasonably priced and cosy rooms. A lovely atmosphere. Owned by Peter and Warren a lovely couple who will do all they can to make your stay as delightful as possible.
