Visiting this undiscovered Diamond to play in our own golf club Captain's away day. I decided to make it a two day visit for myself and booked a double room, and took advantage of the Spa facilities. The course is well designed, and in extremely good condition for a young course and lot of fun, and good value. The hotel rooms are immaculate and very tastefully decorated, very clean with comfortable beds. The Gym and spa facilities, together with excellent catering make this venue 5 star plus. May I take this opportunity to thank the Pro and all other members of staff for there extremely welcoming and friendly service. You can only go from strength to strength.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great course too. Shame everything is shut by 8pm so no on site bar or dining.

The course is lovely, facility is lovely… my round of golf… shockingly bad, clubs on eBay soon!

Been going here for a few years now. I'm not a pro but enjoy a round now and then and use the driving range more. Recently had a new golf shop and restaurant built. Very nice inside, a well equipped shop and there is a selection of clubs you can borrow from the shop to use on the range. Had food after, full breakfast was hot and service was quick. My wife had the pannini and chips which was also very nice, Well priced home cooked food. The staff are very polite and helpful. Always feel very welcome here. Not a member either. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed in our stay! Paid £17 more for a double deluxe room and found it was 2 single beds pushed together. No one answered the phone for hours before our visit even left a voice mail message and no one rang back. Found out they don't serve an evening meal there so had to travel to Ledbury to get an evening meal. Ordered champagne for the room wasn't there when we arrived had to ask again for it. Simon the golf manager was very helpful once we arrived.

Lovely place. Simon and his assistant Connor, very professional but relaxed. Food very good. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Good 18 hole golf course and driving range, alongside there is also a spa and gym. Would recommend to anyone.

New golf course which is maturing nicely — testing course set in lovely countryside. Cafe serves good food.

Played course recently for first time in about 12 months, greens still very firm but slow and still no bunkers or putting green which is very disappointing as got so much potential. Pro shop very well stocked and friendly staff. Cafe okay but hours where cooked food is available needs looking at. Driving range is excellent.

First visit after a couple of years, very pleasantly surprised. Course in excellent condition, particularly greens. Simon and staff friendly and helpful.

Haven't visited Alexander Park for some time, since about 7 months ago, this time I see much change. The golf shop is perfectly laid out with a huge selection of golf gear sold at good prices, the restaurant was again clean well presented, if the service could have been a little faster it would get a 5 star from me. The driving range had the biggest change with its new Callaway side nets and range balls, really looked and felt professional. Onto the course, beautiful the course looked and played incredibly but missed the little things like ball washers, tee information and bins but I'm sure these things are on the way. My day here was great and I hope to visit again soon.

Very basic accommodation. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast service was a bit disorganised. Our waiter seemed absent minded. Their English breakfast was very tasty.

It's so friendly and a great place to play golf go the gym and eat.

Had a fantastic night away at the Alexander Resort. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful and the facilities were lovely. Food was fantastic. The treatments were great in the beauty rooms and the location is beautiful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again. Special mention to Sam who showed exceptional customer service.
