Helpful staff, very spacious rooms with all mod cons — a comfortable bed and pillows for a great night's sleep. No noise from airport which is literally a stone's throw away. Unfortunately d id not have time to take advantage of the restaurant but menu looked inviting! Highly recommended.

Just like any other Premier Inn — nice bed, constant hot water and basic TV. Only let down is small car park that requires you to pay if you manage to find a spot. But great if you are walking from airport as very close.

Hotel perfectly situated next to the airport so was perfect for my overnight stay. No noise, happy, helpful staff and a decent restaurant on site for breakfast and lunch meant I didn't have to faff around trying to find somewhere to eat in Southampton itself. Comfy bed, decent television set and a decent shower made for a very comfortable stay. Only thing I found to grumble about was the amount of floating scum when I made a cuppa. And the price wasn't too bad either so impressed overall.

Nice location next to the airport and train station. Not far to get into the main town either. Bus stop opposite as well. Restaurant is also good, meal deal is excellent value (£24.99 for 2 course evening meal, drink and breakfast). Recommended to book into restaurant as it can get busy.

The Premier Inn Southampton Airport. Was a great place to stay. I was there with my family for 4 night. The beds were great and the food was excellent. We used the Inn as a base camp while we toured about the South of England. Well worth it.

My wife and I stayed here for one night, early flight to Belfast. Staff were nice and pleasant enough. Great location, short walk to airport and train station. Room was spacious and clean. Food was very good.

All staff did really well during recent "Beast from the East" snow. I had an unplanned stay of 3 days here, but everyone did their best to ensure as comfortable a stay as possible — even when suppliers and some chefs weren't able to get to the hotel, they managed to put on some food and were all really courteous and helpful. Hotel is just a short walk from airport and railway station, and the room was warm and comfortable. — Many thanks.

Clean, neat and tidy. Decent breakfast although no non-dairy milks. Comfy beds. The only annoyance is paying for the car park as it's a ridiculous card payment machine and every time I've been, it hasn't worked.

Nice central position. Better now the renovation has finished! I'm a regular premier Inn user and love the breakfast. Unfortunately this particular morning the breakfast was awful. All the cooked stuff had been sat for ages! All the so called fresh bread was hard, including all the other pastries. Plates were dirty, as were tea spoons. Not a good experience!

The stay was fine. Clean room and nice bathroom. Couldn't find anyone though at 12am on a Saturday morning to check out there was no one around. Rang the bell and found the staff eating lunch. No one to help.

Very nice Premier Inn. The room had been renovated since I was last here Feb 2016 and the rooms are great, clean and the dinner and breakfast was great. Staff very helpful.

Very handy for airport also next to railway station bus passes in front of hotel which takes you into southampton. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Would recommend the meal deal as steak and mixed grill are included.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was tired looking. Parking good value at £3 for 24 hours. Staff friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here a great many times and have always been satisfied with the service we have had, the staff always very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant food very good value for money.

If you are staying for a flight then it's very near to airport and the motorway, it's pretty much a standard Premier Inn so you know what to expect. Rooms are comfortable, we stayed in a family room. However there are not enough sockets for a family, especially if your kids come tech'd up (along with their dad). Compared to other hotels I've stayed in recently there weren't enough for us all. Up your game Premier Inn! On site restaurant is good, decent selection at breakfast, nice and hot and a toast machine that actually makes good toast! Downside was no bar snacks available in the evening, we didn't want a meal just something light. Given the location there is very little else nearby so get something before you arrive if you only want a light bite.

The location is brilliant as it is near to the Train station and Bus station as well as the airport. The rooms are fantastic and have a great atmosphere however the only gripe that one would have is that there is no room service however it can be managed. The service of the employees and workers are great. They are friendly, helpful and attend to you when needed. Overall Premier Inn Southampton Airport is a fantastic hotel/inn to stay at when in Southampton.

Great place to stay, Clean and well maintained… BUT don't use the Thyme restaurant below. Food and services are below average. Unclean dishes and poorly maintained toilets. Needs new management desperately! I recommend the restaurants nearby. My next stop in Poole.

Excellent service. All staff were outstandingly helpful, professional and welcoming. Nice clean room. Great breakfast.

Lovely and clean with really friendly staff. Not so hot on getting the restaurant service and bill correct or fulfilling requests such as crispy bacon at breakfast.

Functional, sheets, towels & shower curtains all clean, soap dispensers full and the usual range of teas & coffees available. However the a/c controller was hanging out of the wall and couldn't be controlled from the room (they were able to switch on the a/c from reception but this meant we were unable to change the temperature). Room & beds smelt faintly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast options excellent.

All the staff we have met are so professional and our dinner was excellent. A big thank you to all.

The hotel was fine, only problem was the manager knocking on the door at 10pm to tell us the automatic check in had put us in the wrong room and we'd have to move. I wouldn't mind but the receptionist checked us in using the automated system, we asked a question about the room so she went to check on her computer. At no time did she or the computer say it was the wrong room. We never did change rooms so disturbing us was totally pointless.

Very helpful reception staff and excellent service. Meals in restaurant were fantastic. Ideal location.

The location was convenient for me as I had an event to attend the following day. The hotel was easy to find and there seemed to be enough parking available. Staff were friendly, attentive and always at the front desk. The room was clean and everything worked fine. The bottle opener on the wall was useful! I would have like to see some extra plug sockets by the bed though. Breakfast was alright, the dining area is nice and modern. The selection of food was good and the staff were attentive. However, I would have preferred my cooked breakfast to be hotter and I had to wait a while to get a fried egg. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Premier inns are so much better than travel lodges. The staff were really friendly and the dinner was very nice, the breakfast was amazing all the trimmings, all I could ask for, for breakfast! The room was clean and the bed was comfy, couldn't hear and plane noise either. Recommended!

Clean cosy and spacious rooms, extremely quiet and perfectly placed next to both the airport and train station.

Really nice and comfortable. Air con wasn't working first of all but staff rectified that straight away and we're really nice and friendly.

Air conditioning was barely functional so the room was stuffy. You have to pay extra for the car parking which although only 3 pounds is irritating In principal. Rooms are clean, up to date and the bed was comfortable. The restuarant was good enough to produce a rare steak which was a pleasant surprise.

Decent Premier Inn close to the airport and Southampton Airport Parkway. Friendly staff and decent Thyme restaurant/bar. £3 per day parking with plenty of spaces. Friendly staff. Hotel has not been refurbed with larger TV and furnishings, as at Southampton Eastleigh Premier Inn.

Excellent room, food and service. Perfect for the airport and nearby retail parks at Hedge End.

Good location for visiting the Uni. The combined dinner and breakfast deal at £23 was good value. I like the Premier Inn breakfasts. Overall the stay was good value and Premier Inns are my default hotel group in the UK.

We had a lovely stay here. A good nights sleep in comfy beds. Clean rooms The restaurant was very nice indeed for both dinner and breakfast.

An excellent start to our cruise holiday happy hour at the bar is a great idea everything was excellent.

Hotel was fine. Food wait was 45 mins for mains. And not cooked to my liking. I requested rare rib eye steak. And it came well done.

It was pretty much what you would expect from a premier inn until I went upstairs to the restaurant for something to eat. It was a Tuesday night and not that busy. Waited at least 10 mins for my order to be taken and then waited another 25 mins for the starter to come out. The 'wild mustard mayo' was disgusting but the waitress swapped it. My main was nice though, steak and chips. I then had to ask for my drink as I was sick of waiting for the waiter to bring it. Normally one waiter serves a table but all the waiters were serving everyone and it was very badly organised. As I looked round the room there were atleast 4 other single diners that weren't happy. In the morningfor breakfast the top 2 plates were dirty, stained with food and the bacon was barely cooked and the hash browns were soggy. Definitely not worth over £8.

Nice premier inn. Stay in tons of these all over the UK. It's quiet, easy to park and has excellent transport links. The bar is ok and well stocked. Nice enough menu and all you need for a decent night's rest.
