Fantastic hotel. Iv been here 3 times and it's excellent service each time. Great service, Great staff & very good value for money.

Nice Hotel with good air conditioning, Liam was a great help & very friendly made our stay complete, parking can be a pain with the one way system.

Top rate premier inn, rooms are basic but comfortable and have all you need. The Staff at this hotel, made our stay memorable, going above and beyond to help us. Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious.

We booked a night stay at this premier inn and what a great choice, staff were very very friendly and attentive, rooms were clean with everything you required. We would recommend and stay again if in the area.

Nice hotel, quite new, rooms are clean and prices extremely affordable. The staff is friendly and the food is quite good. I will try other Premier Inns if the occasion presents itself.

I like Premier Inn for business trips. They are clean, quiet, great value, do excellent breakfasts and the staff are generally well — trained and friendly. This was my first stay in Basingstoke and I wasn't disappointed. The location is great for the town centre — I walked from the station. The only slight downside was the bar/restaurant area is big, open and not very inviting. If you fancy a quiet drink you'll need to find a good pub. Best of luck with that in Basingstoke!

Everything I've come to associate with the Premier Inn. Comfortable bed and reasonable food. No parking which is a pain, but the long term car park next door is only £1.00 from 18:00 — 7:00 so it's not a deal breaker.

Both dinner and breakfast is great and good value for money. Staff are amazing and very friendly. I would definitely come back here again.

Tried this one as the other Premier In on the outskirts is a bit naff. Much preferred this one although the restaurant is small and lacks atmosphere. It's akin to a canteen really, but room was good and everything worked. Parking is a bit of a chew as the car park holds about 10 cars. The public car park opposite is free overnight but is a nightmare to get to depending how you approach it as you need to go around the one way system to reach it. Breakfast excellent as always.

Like all Premier Inns, the good thing is you know what you are going to get and it is going to be comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were friendly, and helpful as needed. Location in town centre is fine, though make sure you take note of the one way system if arriving by car. View, on the other hand, was less good, but as a place to spend the night at good value price, b it is hard to go wrong.

Staff were welcoming and approachable, and rooms clean and comfortable. A short walk from the centre of town and near plenty of pubs. Also has its own bar/restaurant, where we enjoyed food and drink.

Excellent location although you have to use a public car park — £4 overnight if you arrive before 6pm. Very clean, warm and well appointed rooms (if a little small). Very polite staff.

Rooms and Hotel are ok and typical premier Inn. The restaurant is close to the main door so there's a draft when it's cold regardless of were you sit. Also if you get a room near a corridor entrance you get noise from that door and vibrations, plus the stair case is adjacent so that can vibrate the room when people use it. Staff were nice and helpful.

Newly built hotel offering the usual Premier Inn experience. Breakfast was good and served with a smile.

Good central location, you walk down the street, turn the corner and there it is. welcoming friendly staff the moment you enter the hotel. take the lift and find your spacious comfortable room. ample bed, all you need for your stay.

Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and efficient. We stayed here at a very busy time for the hotel but the staff remained efficient and attentive. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room and delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order with pretty much anything else we wanted. Kitchen staff asked if we were happy with the food and if they could do anything else, the kitchen was spotless. We've stayed in 5 star hotels and never received this attention or care! Reception guy was helpful and had pre-empted that we would need directions to our destination and had them all ready printed. Great! Although in the town, it wasn't noisy. Would stay again.

Cheap, new and staff are great. Perfect location for Basingstoke town centre.

Very long wait for food but it was good when it arrived and the room was nice.

Staff is extremely nice. Rooms are clean. And the breakfast is good servings.

Very quite. Good sleep, but occasional knob tradesman guest shutting their doors on the early morning like they are at home and causing annoying thump hearable in your room. I guess some people just meant to be an obnoxious excrements.

The beds are as comfortable as they brag about, check in via their automated system is easy, I ate there and received a rare steak instead a cremated one which was good. Overall it's a good option for a business stay …

Not stayed here, but have regular business breakfast meetings here. The food and drink is ideal and the location is great. But, the staff are what make it — a great team always attentive and friendly.
