The hotel was near The Trafford Centre which is convenient when you want to shop or dine there plus the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Really enjoyed my stay and will come back again.

Very clean room and comfy beds.

Would certainly recommend, best one we’ve stayed in so far.

Stayed here on the 27th of April to the 30th but came home on the 28th because something happened to our property aka stolen rude staff didn’t care what so ever no security at all much needed you might just get something nicked like we did no help what so ever and to top it off no refund for a room that we didn’t stay in because we had to go home on the 28th because we couldn’t stay there any longer with what happened would highly highly recommend not staying here or if you do watch your stuff keep a close eye 👁 out because no one els will 🤬😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Great room, unfortunately the restaurant is not open due to their own Coronavirus restrictions. Nice bar. Very comfortable.

Had the pleasure of staying at this premier inn for work purposes. Stayed here for one week. I can say without question that it’s the best premier inn I have ever stayed at. All the staff where extremely helpful and friendly. I ate in the restaurant every night and every meal I had was served promptly with a smile. The food itself was good value for money and was very enjoyable. I was always asked if everything was ok and regularly heard other customers being asked the same. Nothing seemed to be too much for all the staff here. Well done and thank you to them all:

We always stay at a premier inn when we are training somewhere that is a couple of hours drive away. This is the first time we have ever complained; and have been disappointed we haven’t had a reply. The noise in our room was horrendous all night. I first complained at about 23:30 a member of staff came to my room and agreed the noise was bad. He offered me a free breakfast for us all in the morning, which was a nice gesture but my wife and daughter don’t eat breakfast. None of us slept all night, and we were so tired the next day, we couldn’t think straight. My daughter was training for England on the afternoon and was in tears, because she was so tired. I complained again before we left, and another member of staff came up to the room to listen. He also agreed the noise was bad. We left the hotel and were given a card with a address to complain to, ive made several complaints, telephone calls ect with still no reply. Feeling very let down, and won’t be staying again unless I get some satisfaction. Premier inn pride yourselves on a great night sleep, which we never had.

Big, clean and really comfortable rooms. Brilliant customer service and a short walk to The Trafford Centre. Stayed here for business, first trip away on my own and was made very welcome. Restaurant is open at convenient times and staff were lovely.

Situated just by the Trafford centre on the edge of Manchester, this is certainly one of the more unusual appearing premier inns that you'll come across. On approach it looks rather grand, set just off the road but it's obviously all facade. There's a generous secure parking area with properly sized parking spaces. No problems parking unless you drive a tank, or you're totally useless. The family rooms are large with two double beds and effective air conditioning (yeay). No bath, just a shower room and toilet, with a sink unit tucked into the corner of the room. Meals are at the upper end of expected quality for a premier Inn. The atmosphere was spoiled by an annoying child having temper tantrums. I can't really complain too much about that as I'm his father.

Standard Premir Inn fayre… spacious room, comfortable bed, polite staff, great breakfast… ample parking, cant fault Premier Inn, 99% of teh time you get exactly what you are expecting! Bonus this time, we were there for a concert, Billy Joel at Old Trafford, they had notices up explaining to guests how to get there and back, walking, buses, and taxis with apporximate costs… above and beyond! We never eat evening meal At Premier Inns… at this one do you self a favour walk across the road to Trafford Centre… restaurants from every nation you can think of and good value we loved ChaoBaby Thai food.

Stayed here plenty of times really good location! Huge car park which is rare for a premier Inn! Some rooms are showing signs of use but overall clean and tidy throughout! My only gripe is that the TV was tiny and when you're sat on the bed I was struggling to watch it!

Ticks all the boxes, next to The Trafford Centre and showers to due for. Also, great road links to the Lakes, Peak District and North Wales. There's even a driving range next door.

Well, where do I start? If you have a room on the front of the hotel, you can't sleep with your window open due to the busy dual carriageway, the fumes and that the locals use it for racing up and down The Aircon only goes to 19 degrees. So good luck in the summer months. I was booked into the hotel through work commitments it wasn't my choice. I'd recommend the Travelodge around the corner, there's a wetherspoons in walking distance and no local race track.

We only used the lounge for a business meeting, but facilities are great and there's enough room to have a small meeting. Also nice drinks at the bar!

It's got a bed in it to sleep and a basic bathroom. My room is next to a load of fans so can't have the window open due to the noise. If you're planning on watching TV bring some binoculars. Not a good night sleep constantly being woken up by noise. Beer delivery at 7am clanging beer barrels is the perfect end to the night.

Very good place to meet up with people. A bit crowded. Lots of variety in shops from big brands to good restaurants. Only fault is lots of people there.

I went to Manchester for a shopping trip and stayed here. The rooms were mostly (not completely) clean. The service was good, and there was staff that spoke many different languages. The beds were comfortable compared to other hotels, but we're not luxury. Good experience a, apart from a few slip ups.

As Premier Inns go, this was one of the best! Stayed for work, didn’t eat there but the room was big, clean and had a shower room instead of a bath, which I preferred. Right next to the Trafford Centre, so gives you something to do if you’re a bored, lone traveller. Booked on the day of arrival for around £45. Bargain!

Good modern place. Clean and I complaints. Unfortunately the hot water failed the morning we were leaving so we couldn’t shower. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Staff were excellent.

Quite noisy. I was kept awake by doors opening and closing and foot traffic during the night. Otherwise breakfasts were great, my room was kept clean and the towels were always fresh.

Never stayed here, but the meeting facilities are good and the members of staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, often going above and beyond to provide a better service. Good access to Trafford Centre and local amenities with plenty of parking.

Good premier inn and we've stayed in a few, friendly staff (they weren't mad when we lost the key card) comfortable rooms our room had two beds which was great for me and were very clean. Bad points were; only a shower (previous Premier Inns we have stayed in have had both a bath and shower). The shower also was very Luke warm almost cold at some points. The breakfast was ok but again wasn't as hot as we would like. One last point which is the important one, GREAT location right across the road from the Trafford centre.

The room was very basic but perfectly adequate as we only paid £30 for the four of us! We paid extra for the breakfast which was good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Had a great stay her for one night when visiting the Trafford centre and the chill factore. This premier Inn is the best positioned one of a few for visiting both places. The rooms are slightly different to the other premier inns around the country due to the fact it was built as a tulip Inn and extended a couple of times after it was built. The main difference being the bathroom pod having a shower and toilet and the sink being in the bedroom. Excellent service from the reception staff. Never ate in the thyme restaurant. Stayed at the premier inn west hotel, location was perfect for Trafford Shopping Centre, staff was friendly, food was surprisingly good and lived how I could take it up to my room! Room was clean and perfect for price and what I needed. All in all a great stay.

Won't be staying there again! Stayed there four times now and it's gone down hil! No tea and milk when we got into the room, unable to close the window so they moved us into another room. Toilet in this room didn't flush properly! Went for breakfast this morning and it was only lukewarm — I couldn't be arsed to complain, just wanted to leave. Will not be going back!

Modern hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast and with a lot of choice. I was here x work and not x visit the city, I do not know if it is well connected with the center. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to access straight off the motorway and a short walk from the Trafford Centre. Quiet and comfy rooms if a little basic but can't expect much more for the price. A pleasant stay overall.

Lovely stay. Decent buffet breakfast at £8.99 with unlimited Costa Coffee self serving machines. No bed side sockets to charge your phone but I suppose that should make you sleep better ;-) Be careful to check if Manchester United are playing or if there is a major event on the same day as there will be traffic.

Good quality Premier Inn. Staff seem professional. One of the better run Premier Inns. The rooms in this hotel differ slightly from a lot of other Premier Inns. Sinks are in the room and not in ensuite. Also no baths showers only. One big bonus was the AC units to cool the room.

As premier inns go, this one is very nice. All the staff I encountered were lovely. Breakfast was on point. Job done.

Easy to access from the motorway, parking was no problem. Only a five min walk from the Trafford Centre itself. Family room was spacious enough and although we were directly above reception there was no excess noise. We had our evening meal and took advantage of the meal deal to have unlimited breakfast too. Nothing was too much for the staff, despite us having a messy toddler. My only gripe would be that at least one of the lifts was out of order the time we were there.

Premier inn app doubled booked me. Now one at the inn could arrange a refund. Now I have to ring head office on a 0871 number which if past experience is anything to go by will waste a good 30 minutes with all the waiting on the phone. Room was dated. Bathroom fan stayed on all night even though all the lights were off. So no sleep as it was quite loud. Staff were friendly but not able to do anything useful like sort out a refund. I think Holiday Inn express is a better cheaper alternative.

Checked in online the day before. On arrival at hotel plenty of car parking spaces. Quick and efficient check in.
Room was a bit stuffy on arrival however there was a fan in the room which helped.
Spacious and clean room with two double beds.
Toilet and shower in a separate bathroom and sink in bedroom.
All staff pleasant and helpful especially reception who helped us arrange a taxi to Manchester Victoria station.
Breakfast was good and plentiful — no complaints here.
Also are in the restaurant at night — staff recognised we had young children and brought their meals as soon as they were ready.
Car alarm in car park went off twice during the night at 130 & 2am however this is not the hotels fault and I did see staff going out to check the vehicle in question.
Great location for Trafford centre.

Room was incredibly clean, loved the trouser press in it. Service of food in bar was quick, waiter was even able to get me a table late at night despite not reserving one. Extremely pleasant, will definitely be staying there again. Free Wi-Fi was brilliant too!

Attended for a business meeting. Great facilities. Shame we hadn't been informed lunch needed to be ordered before 10am as the chef leaves after breakfast.

We stayed here for one night, you can see on arrival that the car park and building outsides are well looked after and maintained as you go inside you are greeted by warm welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean and of a standard you would expect the only thing was for us personally the bed was a bit soft, other than that no complaints. If you need to stay in the area for business or pleasure then we would recommend this hotel.

Room was great, very disappointed with dinner option, arrived at 19:30 and they had availability after 21:00 only. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good comfortable rooms, breakfast was very good. Bar services were expensive and disappointed that there was no ice and no glasses for spirits so a JD and Coke and Vodka orange were served in pint glasses. £17.50 for a double JD Coke and single vodka orange is day light robbery.

Great value for money. Booked a twin room for myself and a friend had two queen beds. Shower was excellent. It was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of parking we were attending a course at a nearby gym so location was perfect and we even popped over to Trafford Centre for tea.

Fantastic hotel. Staff at breakfast (like Gary) very accommodating of our dietary needs. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Location opposite the Trafford Centre cannot be faulted.

This is my second stay. I was very impressed by the welcoming and attentive staff from check in to departure. Rooms are very clean and spacious and true to the TV adverts, the bedding is really comfortable. I took evening meal and breakfast and the quality and presentation of meals were more than satisfactory. All in all, a good quality hotel equal to or better than some premium rate hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel stayed twice with the kids and friends brilliant offer 29.00 for a family room. Even though busy roads are nearby we didn't hear the traffic. Breakfast was very tasty to and a bargain kids eat free. Taking the kids back this half term just for a night again if you book early enough you will get the room for 29.00. Lots to do for everyone :-).

Dont waste your time eating the restraunt its over priced.

I have stayed here many times, sometimes just for a night, other times for a whole week. Every time I have stayed here, there has been almost nothing to fault. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful, the food is quite acceptable, the rooms are always spotlessly clean and it is easy to park. I keep trying other locations around Manchester as I have no particular affiliation to this hotel, and I stay in other premier inns around the Country, but I keep coming back to this one. Excellent and consistent. Nick.
