My brother and I were due down at the beginning of April to run the Manchester marathon.
We just got off the phone with a friendly bloke called Rob who helped us rearrange the booking for October, when the marathon is now taking place. Couldn’t have been easier.
Thank you, we’re looking forward to visiting Manchester!

Its our second time staying and when next in Manchester we'll make it a 3rd. Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms & secure parking.
All helps to make a great weekend.

Staff attitude the WORST iv ever experienced! So rude and so full of cr**! We stayed for 4 nights on single 1nightly bookings basis as we wernt sure exactly how many days we would stay for. Since check out time was 11am, sharp at 11am we would get hotel staff barging into our rooms! No knocking nothing… they would just freely barge in when ever they wanted to throw hs out! And thats practically what they did every morning we were were. I understand 11am is checkout but my husband suffers from terrible un timely migraines and its difficult for him to do any kind if activity in that state when he gets a migraine attack. Even then, the staff didnt cooperate all they were concerned about was throwing us out because aparantly therw were 'other people waiting' to take our room and they needed it cleaned. So when this happened on the 2nd morning where they demanded we get out coz they had new guests waiting for our room, I went online and re booked our room for 1 more night… the same one! Once the room cleanin staff barged in again I told them the room was still ours! After that they didnt speak a word… when I asked them where their 'other guests' were that were WAITING to take our room they had nothing to say and the 'manager' just lied through his sorry backside! I hate this hotel and I would NEVER EVER stay there again!

Long term stay would-be very friendly and comfortable. Good housekeeping n reception staff were very kind. Loved the stay here.

Very nice clean self apartments. The only thing I would say is the carpets could possibly do with a regularly clean or replaced.

Loved it! Amazing staff and amazing apartments! Everything very clean. If you need anything they will make sure you get what you need. I will be definitely coming back there! Highly recommended!

I am checking in late and even though I was promised to get the instructions by email I did not get any. The out of hours telephone number is nowhere in the website or in previous emails and nobody in Bristol and Birmingham apartments (I found out the emergency numbers from previous staying) know anything.
When you call the normal phone number it does not tell anything like the emergency phone number (that does happen in Birmingham) It seems I am going to be homeless tonight.

Was given a 2 bed instead of a 1 bed, however was told if I use the other bed or bathroom I will be charged extra per night. The windows looked onto the balcony opposite so had the curtains closed during the stay. Interiors felt a little dated.

Clean tidy appartments, ideal of a night at the Manchester arena which was the purpose of our trip, arena is just round the corner so dont have to bother with taxis. Easy to get to main parts of Manchester, appartments are accessible by key code which provides added security. No parking available as we didn't book in advance but their is a multi story directly over the road which does overnight parking.

Great apartments, great location only downside is the lack of cleaning and servicing when you stay more than a week.

Convenient parking underneath, although I'd hard to find and a bit of a faff with the codes and stuff. However, the apartment was lovely, the bed comfy and it was far quieter at night than many places we've stayed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We found this place to comfortable and homely. It had everything we needed and more. It hàd an en suite and an house bathroom which wasn't advertised and was a pleasant surprise. Great location too. Already booked again.

Little gem this it's got to be said. Lovely fresh clean smell to the place always helps. The rooms were really really nice! Very spacious living room and kitchen in our 2 bed apartment, with a complimentary bottle of red wine waiting for us. Absolute bargain for the price and right next door to a hotel twice the price per person. Will definitely stay here again if in Manchester. Can't recommend it enough.

Lovely rooms and excellent value for money. Nice staff and surprisingly quiet for somewhere in the city centre.

I paid with a credit card almost 2 weeks before my arrival and received an email 5 days before telling me the address they had on file did not match the card I’d used. I contacted my bank multiple times and even received an official bank letter detailing that was inaccurate information. I was told via email by Premier Suites Manchester that “nothing was wrong with their system as they had been booking others all day”. I made a purchase on Airbnb the same day and had no issue with the card. I then updated to another card to see how they would handle the situation and recieved the same message. Ironic. As my husband said, what are the odds of this happening twice. Again, I received a similar message that nothing was wrong on their end so it must be me giving the wrong address. I suppose every credit card I have ever owned wouldn’t have worked for them. A friend of mine visited this same hotel a little over a year ago and recieved slightly racist comments by staff. Despite that, she still recommended the place since her kids loved it. Unfortunately, since my picture automatically appears in every email, I can’t think of another reason for this behaviour. In context, I also made a similar booking with a hotel 0.3 miles away from Premier Suites Manchester for different dates and they managed to find my address and credit card information without a problem.

From the check in through to departure the staff were excellent, friendly, professional and informative about the local area as well as the apartments. The apart, met itself was fab. Two double bedrooms two bathrooms which were well equipped, kitchen / diner with everything you could want in it and a lovely sitting room. The room was decorated well and was really quiet which was important for sleeping! Great location, right near Arndale, safe parking too — all in all tip top apartments would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Good value for money, get a lot of space. But the furnishings were old and tatty. Not totally clean with a distinct smell.

Cancelled my booking last minute and left me with no where to go. All because I was going to be 15 mins late to check In. They didn't let me know the check in time until half 6 and check in was 7. Guy didn't have any solution. Luckily found warehouse apartments who got a 5 star of me.

Very good location. The staff are nice and helpful they did everything me. But the room itself needs renovation.

Brilliant place to stay. Clean very spacious friendly staff. Right in the city centre close to all shops and restaurants. Had a great time will definitely be staying again.

I stayed here on Feb 19th while in Manchester for a pet shop boys concert… Staff were excellent, location in general was perfect in particular it's closeness to Manchester Arena and Arndale shopping centre… Apartment was spotless and very well appointed + super quiet.
I genuinely can't recommend this place enough.
I stayed with my wife but would happily choose for business or with my kids too A+

Stayed here last night as a surprise for my friends birthday! The staff were very friendly especially the woman (sorry forgot her name) on reception who checked us in! First time staying and would definitely stay again! Stayed in a 2 bedroom flat and it was very spacious with everything you would need for a overnight stay. I rarely get a night off without my little boy so was looking forward to a night of uninterrupted sleep and and the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. Will definitely return.

Awful. It was dirty out dated and we were unfortunate enough to have a tramp taking a crap outside our window. I have evidence of this. We stayed in room 317 which overlooks a crack alley. You have to drive past it if you want to park your car.

We stayed for 7 nights from boxing day. It's in the Northern quarter with access to everywhere either walking, tram or train. They have ideal parking (£15 per day) that you can come and go all day or just leave it for your duration. The apartments are very spacious and have everything that you need if you want to stay in and cook. We came and went everyday mostly without seeing/hearing anyone else.

Very friendly staff; amazing two bedroom apartment for less than the price of a hotel room. Very clean, nice and airy, good location for the Northern Quarter — will definitely stay there again.

We've used these apartments on more than several occasions. We book the two bed/two bath apartments all of the time as they are good for our needs. Location-wise the apartments are right there in the city centre so close to loads of restaurants, shops, and venues as well as public transport. Reception has always been accommodating and friendly. However, one huge issue is the housekeeping. It can definitely be better. The housekeeping staff are hit and miss. They do not replenish dishwashing liquid and the washer pods consistently. The cleaning is very superficial and the least is done. The sofas are a bit smelly as they've definitely been worn over the years. Also the cushions and pillows sag. Once the curtain in one of the bedrooms was falling off but was brought to the attention of reception. Another time the fridge door did not close back properly necessitating another fridge to be put on top of the counter. We liked the apartments but did not think it was well run as the location in Newcastle.

Always stay here when in Manchester. A home from home, excellent apartments.
