Very friendly owner, feel very warm when you stay there. Everything very clean and tidy. Location is perfect just 10mins to sutton station. Strongly recommend and we definitely will stay again when we back home next time.

Good clean place, shower a bit on the small side, cooking, washing and drying facility's free to use.

My partner and I work near here and when we have crazy shifts this is where we stay. Can’t praise it enough. The rooms are great, really clean and modern. There showers and bathrooms are top notch. They have a kitchen down stairs where you can make your own breakfast from what they provide. Day or night when ever you have your breakfast… we have ours at about 8pm when working a night shift. There is a lot to choose from. Every thing from juices and milk, cereal, full English to just toast and jam. They have an electric door system that allows you access to your room and the front door with a key card which is great if you are coming and going at all weird how’s of the day or night. The owners are very friendly and only the push of a button away if you need to contact them. All in a great stay for the price you pay!

Great stay, great service and rates very reasonable. Clean room with everything you need including all day self service breakfast. Close to amenities, shops, bars, etc. We’ll be back!

Good basic stay but rooms far too hot.

Lovely room and clean, very helpful staff and the kitchen is a bonus which is always stocked up. Very good value for money will certainly repeat thanks.

Lovely room, was nice to have a fridge in, too. Short walk from the train station. Was a good stay, with friendly staff and would go back :-).

Very tidy rooms and helpful staff.

Overpriced for what it is. The manager was doing paperwork in the green room so it wasn't really available while we were there. (Tried to play a game of chess but we were too loud! ). Rooms are basic. Bacon, eggs and hotdogs supplied for breakfast. Good communication via email.

Its a nice place to stay in for cheap. It has a house like environment. Breakfast is provided such as cereal, eggs, bread etc. They turn on the heater only if you ask them after you get into your room. The bathroom was okay.

Very nice and confortable! We also found something to eat both in our bedroom and kitchen.

Brilliant stay. Everything you could possibly need, in a lovely room and whole hotel very near Sutton station.
