Very nice facility and helpful and pleasant staff.

Room is very nice worth the price and quite reasonable being verbally part of the terminal 4

Super friendly staff. Modern comfortable rooms with everything you need including complementary bits and pieces if you forget anything such as toothbrush etc. Was a bit concerned that it would be a noisy hotel with people catching flights etc, but it wasn't. Only disappointment was breakfast. Ok for meat eaters but some hash browns and veggie sausages or mushrooms would be great. Would definitely stay again.

Really just expected a 'overnight Heathrow stay' but so surprised. Check in was quick and easy. Service in the Destinations Bar outstanding. Lovely spacious room. Can't fault it.

Great accommodation and location. Best one since we started our 7day tour of Europe.

Impressive reception area spacious good design and modern included with Crowne plaza. Helpful staff altho the night room service for a drink was v slow … no ice or lemon for my G & T either! Large twin room with a great view of the desolate terminal 4! Beds so comfortable, excellent white quality linen. Room decor tastefully done, plenty of power points, could have done with a bedside table for both beds. Impeccably clean. Shower room bright, modern, extremely clean with white fluffy towels. Good air con, quiet room from planes and adjoining customers!. Iron & board neatly hidden behind a fab full length mirror. Well done one of the best IHG hotels and a great deal money wise. Breakfast good, plentiful and varied. Lovely modern well designed dining area. Underneath car parking bright & very clean, makes a wonderful change to all hotel parking! When in the area this is the hotel I will book!

The lack of shuttle bus is a problem as they are only hourly. T4 is closed just beware when you are travelling. Breakfast was ok scrambled egg was watery but the sausages are a must. The bar is stylish customer service is excellent.

Very friendly staff, beautiful kept accomodations, and peaceful atmosphere.

As a customer being in quarantin, I was never gone hungry Lots of good food.

Warm reception, comfortable room, well behaved staff and above all good food. 10 Days of quarantine went well, beyond the expectation. Special thanks to the restaurant team for providing customized foods as per our Indian choice wherever possible.

Hotel food designed by their chef is worse than food given in hospitals to patients. Hotel is average with average service but for £175 a day I expect a bit better food and better service. Security is rude at hotel.
10 days in quarantine are definitely feeling like I am either in prison or hospital. No health and safety measures are put in place.
Room is full of dust. Every second day I see a lot of dust on my black laptop, keyboard etc which I am inhaling 24/7.

My friends have needed to quarantine there and they have been treated worse than if in a prison cell. Disgusting food. All for the price of £175 per day! We are about to get hold of the news channels and radio stations about this! I will NEVER stay in one of your hotels again!

I was there in this hotel with my family in December 2019… it’s a nice hotel as well as clean atmosphere… everything was very good and staff was also very helpful… but two things I felt not good … one the breakfast was not as much good… and the second very important that they don’t provide drinking water bottles in the room as every hotel around the world provide and the more bad is that if u ask them to provide in answer they don’t provide as well as they suggest to drink the tap water from bathroom… I suggest you to charge more but must provide the drinking water in rooms…

In the past ten years or so, we have stayed at several Holiday Inns at Heathrow, but this one has so far been the best. Good sized rooms with modern functional shower ensemble, and the buffet breakfast (which is included) had an excellent selection of hot and cold items. But the best part was the fact that the hotel is connected to Terminal 4 via a breezeway, thus great savings on the Hoppa bus fares, to and from the hotel. The hotel management should highlight that on their website. We didn’t know this!
