Thanks to Pat and her team. Pat and her husband are very friendly. The B&B is clean, the rooms practical, the breakfast good. Although close to Heathrow Airport it is quiet. Parking available. Good value for money.

Very helpful staff with great communication. All emails were replied to within minutes. Comfortable clean room and very good, generous breakfast. Ideal location for the airport and a good Indian restaurant close by. Would highly recommend this b&b.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience here. They were immensely accommodating and very hospitable. The room was fantastic and immensely peaceful. The room had everything we wanted including tea, instant coffee, a kettle and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The owner recommend many food places, tourists sites, the best way to get to places and had great breakfasts in the morning. Quick walk to the train station and close to fantastic food. (We didn't have a car, but parking looked easy enough. )

Hotel in a decent location and proper rooms. It was possible to park the car locked up.

Always use this bed and breakfast when flying from Heathrow only a 10 minute taxi ride away. Spotless rooms with en-suite bathrooms, comfy beds and good tasty breakfast. Family run by Patricia and son Tom. Both welcoming and very helpful each time we stay. Many good places a short walk away to eat out and a shop and pub either side.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean room, good breakfast & price. Would use again if in the area.

Good price, close to the airport, clean rooms with all basic amenities, good service. Single room smallish. Reception closed at nights.

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! Owner waited up as we were late getting thru customs. Arranged reservations at a restaurant and reserved a car to take us back to airport in the morning. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds.

Nice and clean B&B. Very quiet at night. 5 min walk from train station and 15 min drive from airport. Would stay again.

My dad booked this place for me as I came for an interview to Heathrow, I had the pleasure to stay here for two nights. I’ve nothing else to say then that the place is lovely, public transport is super close, you have little super markets to buy something to drink, if you need a taxi in the morning they are more then happy to call it for you and so on. …
I was super nervous when I came and they made me feel at home. Much appreciated.

This place was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised when I got here. Room was really nice and (I thought) the hosts were nice too. But the next morning I slept through checkout (10AM). I went to checkout at around 12 but no one was manning the counters so I left the key on the counter and went to my car. Then hostess (didn't actually catch her name) came knocking on my car window as I was about to leave. Then she had a go at ME for not waking up on time. I was told "I hope you know I have to get a special cleaner to sort your room out now". Apparently the cleaner was knocking on my door and I didn't answer so she left left my room. So the hostess yelled at me and stormed off. How is that my fault? If you have a checkout policy you have to enforce it, not abuse your guests for accidentally forgetting to adhere. It left me really annoyed and upset and I'm never gonna stay here again. I think that's so ridiculous. I was feeling very apologetic but I didn't even get a chance to apologise at all.

It is a very nice place. People are very lovely and helpful.

One of the nicest and most fabulous places I've ever stayed around the world. The building has so much character! It has a great location! Lots of great places nearby to eat dinner. It's a home away from home! A superb cooked breakfast! The rooms are comfy and clean and have everything you need, private shower rooms, coffee/tea etc each room has character. Some rooms are wheelchair accessible. The hosts are awesome and a wealth of knowledge. They can help you with airport runs for a small charge. Excellent customer service! It's a hidden gem! We would definitely stay here again!

Owner is very welcoming and the facility is well taken care of. Great place to stay if you have a flight out of heathrow.

My niece and myself had a lovely 2 night stay in Oakwood B&B we were in west Drayton for a baby shower. Our twin room was very clean and comfortable good choice for breakfast including full English Which was excellent the owners and staff very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again.

Welcoming, clean, close to Terminals 2 and 3. Got an upgrade to en suite. Loved it. What's not to love. Pub next door, 3 takeaway and a local shop 2 minutes away. Had a great night sleep! See you soon!

Excellent location for people leaving, or arriving as in my case, from Heathrow, really friendly people, cosy, clean and cheap!
What more could you ask for?

I stayed here far too short a time this past summer (apologies for the tardiness of the review — better late than never! ). I was simply staying the night between connecting flights. The hosts were so kind, accommodating my VERY late check in. I enjoyed a magnificent English breakfast the next morning and was even shared a lovely chat with the owner. I expressed my desire to get a proper scone while in London and he celebrated with me when I stumbled upon a bakery nearby selling them. He called a taxi and took care to ensure a specific driver came to deliver me to the airport. He even held the driver, telling him that I was running 3 'minutes late due to my scone and that enjoying a proper scone couldn't be rushed. The driver agreed and happily waited while I enjoyed my scone and the host's company. Great people, lovely b&b, wonderful hospitality.

Room was clean but small, staff friendly but sound travels well here and the place felt quite noisy.

We loved staying at Oakwood. Delicious, hearty, custom breakfasts. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, informative hosts. Near Heathrow and Windsor Castle. It's a bit of a hike to 3rd floor rooms, so packing light is a plus.

I inquired about a booking I tried to make on line. Unfortunately the lady at the other end of telephone answered rudely and unprofessionally. Glad did not go ahead with the booking.

Very kind hosts, super fast check in and key drop, bus 350 every couple of minutes from and to Heathrow terminal 5 in 16 minutes, the rooms furniture is a bit 60th but new shower + tv.

A very good place to stay for my meeting the next day at Heathrow. From The start the family made me feel really welcome and looked after all of my needs very well indeed. The full english breakfast was absolutely superb. I have highly recommended my colleagues to stay in such a customer friendly Band B. Thank you.

Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it is shabby, but inside was cosy and super friendly hosts who took care of me as if I was family. My room (upstairs, facing the street) had excellent double glazing so I enjoyed a very peaceful nights sleep. A very good hot shower and comfy bed all very fresh and clean. A cab for my early morning departure was organised for me and my car carefully stored to await my return. An excellent value and highly recommended. Breakfast at my 06:00 departure smelt great… but I had declined the previous night… a mistake I wont make next time.

Real warm welcome. Would stay here again, and recommend to anyone to stay here. Car safely locked up, pub next door, and real nice Indian restaurant very close. Excellent breakfast in the morning, and minutes away from airport. Thanks again W Morgan.

I stayed here two nights last year (2012). It was at the end of our vacation and we stayed at 4 places during our stay. This was the last, and definitely the best. The place was very clean, there was gated parking in the rear, the high-speed internet actually worked, as did the in-suite bathroom, and the breakfast was good! It was ~5 mins to West Drayton station by foot and ~5+ mins to Heathrow by car. If I'm ever in the area again, I will certainly try to stay there.

Stayed at Oakwood for 5 weeks from 5/11/12 — 8/12/12 until I could move into a permanent residence, in that time I had a great stay there. The whole guesthouse was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very welcoming and willing to help in anyway they could; this combined with the full English breakfast every morning made for a wonderful stay. I met some great people there with whom I continue to talk to now, and because of all this I would greatly like to thank Patricia, Tom and the folks at Oakwood for a brilliant time.

I stayed at the Oakwood regularly over a 2 month period after an accident. Patricia, Tom and team were extremely accomodating and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and good value for money and the breakfast is fantastic. Thanks to all.
